This is by far the worst experience ever took my car here for brakes and a day later brakes locked up on me could have tore my motor up and cause more problems they had my car over a week then now I’m experiencing the came matter was lied too about ordering a part needed too fix my brakes now I have too wait a week before gettin my car back and missing work kids doctor appointment this is the worst experience ever wouldn’t recommend… i was very understanding at first now I’m frustrated and pissed 🤬
Wonderful time and cost saving advice from them so I could get on with my day. They are my go-to people for oil changes and mechanical issues. Trustworthy.
Adam and Samantha were wonderful! I've had years of bad experiences with mechanics but the minute I spoke with them I knew I was in great hands. Their prices are awesome and their level of expertise even better. I'll go to them with any problem with any car every single time because I know I can trust them!
I have had my car there for a week and first it was 2 days and they said it was fixed when I went to get it , it wouldn’t go into shifts and was worse than before . I took it back now my price it out the roof and it’s a week later and my car still isn’t ready . Who knows if after this part it will be ready or not! I will say Chad is a nice man there and tries to work with you and is very kind . I don’t know the other guys name there but it’s been iffy with the relationship between me and this car shop. I would love to leave a good recommendation on here if my car was done and actually fixed right I will but I will state how long it has been without my car . Even had Mother’s Day without my car and missing multiple things I need to have done due to my car being in shop still. I pray it’s ready today if not I don’t know what I will do but I know I will lose it! This so far has been my experience now if changes I will cha ge this to the requirements but so far not to good yet . And having to wait so long i should of taken first to Toyota or Nissan and it would of been done for prob same price maybe cheaper but now I’ve spent a week waiting and having to make difficult I accommodations because it happened to happen when I’m moving and I need my vehicle. So prayers today that it is ready.
I was in today after calling asked if they could fluids and tires for a trip I was going on. Never told $50 charge. Came in talked to gentleman never told me $50 charges. When leaving was told was $50 I was shocked. I payed but now can't afford trip as I had $75 for gas after leaving I had $25 left for fuel. . Very upset give them 😡🤬 will let others know.
The WHOLE ENTIRE staff were nothing but hospitable and helpful. The tech named Ron is an awesome guy and very great at what he does. They had me in and out in under 30min. Fastest service I've ever had. Great job guys. I'll most definitely be back soon..
Best auto repair. Very honest. If you are a woman and know little about your car, D&D is a place you can trust to do your repairs and charge you a fair price.
Horrible service, ended up returning my truck in worse shape than before I left it, with the comment..."I've got so much business, I wouldn't care to work on your truck again."
He accused me of trying to change a water pump on my truck myself and stepping the threads. I would tear my motor down that far to work on it myself. I bought the truck used. That's just bad character to accuse your customer of things, especially when they're paying you to fix their vehicle.
I came back to add to this review, because even two years later this place still makes me angry. How can he have 4 star reviews with such horrible service. Maybe if you have an easy fix that they can overcharge for, but don't go with anything more than maybe a tire. Arrogant business owners like this should not stay in Rainbow City with "more business than (he) can handle". There just be a lot of false reviews for this business. I've looked them over, and there are many very generalistic "good place fair price good people" generic reviews. Most good reviews seem to be tire replacements.

Very nice people extremely good at their jobs. They are so good that they stay covered up so you have to be patient... But rest assured when they are finished with your vehicle it is fixed correctly.!!!
They lied to me about what was wrong with my car...It appears they never really looked at it at all. They gave me a price if 1000 to fix what wasn’t even broke.Took it somewhere else and the fix costs $60 total.They are dishonest people trying to take your money!
This place is great. The folks here treat you like family. They take care of you the way they want to be treated. They go above & beyond to take care of you and your vehicle
I needed my starter fixed on my car today. I called about 5 places for a quote on fixing it + a tow. D&D was by far the most affordable. Ron and the woman on the phone were very friendly. I am a young female, so I’ve have instances where my husband will call shops for quotes and when I arrive somewhere for work, I’m instantly up charged $50-200 more for the exact same thing. This didn’t happen with Ron, I could tell he is an honest hardworking man who genuinely wants to help. This is who I will be using from now on, and I will be sending my family and friends here. (Take this from someone who’s weary of most mechanics lol)
Recently our car broke down while vacationing in Alabama. I can't say enough good things about how grateful we are for all of the help, support, options, etc. that Ron gave us. Because of him, we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation and our car is safely back in Indiana.
I always get superior service and friendly smiles. I should though, since my husband is the head tech. But for anyone who isn't family, they're really good people and do a great job
I took my car to them a total of 3 times because it was having trouble with starting. Needless to say, I am still having the same issues. My car is much worse than it was when I originally took it to them. My engine feels as if it going to exist to work, can't go over 40 mph,the engine now shakes, my security system no longer works, the fuel gauge is off from when they changed the fuel pump and the light no longer comes on to warm me of low fuel, the glove box now falls to the floor when I open it and there is a part in the engine that was never there that looks like it came from the junk yard and it does not bolt to anything,just looks like its out of place. IDK what or why they would do this to me, the only thing I can see is that I am a single woman and I got taken advantage of that I was an easy target. I refuse to take my car back to them! Why would I? I believe they purposely did things to my car to make easy money. Ladies beware! Never again!

The crew at D&D supercenter handles all of my cars. They handle anything I have and they're honest with me upfront. They let you know when they can get it done, they let you know how much it's going to cost and they let you know when something changes.They call if it's a small charge or a big charge, no matter what and get approval before going forward. I like that. It helps me understand what to do. They even give me advice when I can do something myself plus their diagnostic cost is so low it's just easy.
