We had a flat tire a few blocks from O’Reillys But drove to the store.Mason Took very good care of us got some fix a flat and he had his own little 12 V air pump. He put the fix a flat in the tire and aired the tire up with his pump. My wife and I both have bad backs we’re in our 70s and it was very much appreciated. What he did was above and beyond. He asked for nothing, but I tipped him, of course. THANK you Mason AGAIN VERY MUCH!!!
We stopped on a Sunday morning with several dashboard lights on our car and still had seven hours to drive. Scott took the time to troubleshoot all of our systems and even checked a few that might be in question. He was able to find the problem and resolve it in a manner of minutes. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my wife and I were taken care of and we could continue on in a safe manner. In today's world you do not often see that type of customer service much anymore. Scott was truly a professional who cared about resolving our problem but also about our safety as we travelled on. O'Reilly auto parts will be my number one stop now on because of people like Scott.
Went to my usual auto parts store (advance) to get my tail light replaced. They came out and looked at it and couldn’t figure it out so I went over to Orileys. Noah came out looked at it went to get a tool and had the old lightbulb out in seconds! Went inside without looking at the computer and picked my exact bulb and replaced it for me! He was a gentleman and opened the door for me too! He was very knowledgeable and kind. Will be back for any other car needs!

I want to recognize Amanda Foreman. I was traveling from Huntsville back to Clay County and my car started overheating and i was fortunate enough to see O-Reilly's. Amanda saw me come in and asked the problem and immediately went outside. She pulled scematics to determine the root cause and was willing to call mechanics to get other opinions. It turns out the fan went out so we topped off my radiator with coolant and water and she filled 2 jugs of water for me to take with me just in case because I still had 65 miles more to drive and it was already after 7pm. Her professionalism and her caring nature for people stood out and I just want to say I have never had such a good experience as I had there.
O'Reilly Rbc has got to be the best place to go for sales and service. All their employees know their stuff and are very happy to help. Every time I have gone in there not having a clue of what to do Amanda has always helped me out. She goes above & beyond for every customer that walks in her store. Noah and Luke have always been there with a smile to help me along side with her. I will NEVER go anywhere else but Rainbow city. Amanda makes you feel welcome and teaches you as she goes. I would be lost without her. Thank you guys so much!
I have to say THANK YOU SO much to Luke for being such a kind and professional gentleman this afternoon. I needed a new battery and I had been to the Attalla location prior and had a very bad experience and decided to try another O'Reilly. Luke was busy with other customers and still got to me promptly. I sincerely appreciated his help today. Rainbow City, you are lucky to have Luke. This man deserves employee of the year!
I just wanna say how Thankful I am to Amanda and Shane for going above and beyond to help me today.
It literally took over an hour to put a bulb in my car.
I had 4 people try, no luck, I bought the bulbs from O'Reilly's and stopped back by and asked for help.
They never even hesitated.
Said yes ma'am and went to work on it.
Had to take the whole light assembly out.
I told them several times, it's ok but they did it and it's working perfectly.
I am so grateful.

This center is filled with ready to help people that have extensive knowledge. Shane was perfect in assisting me find what I needed and also ensuring it actually fit my vehicle by doing an inspection. Josh the mobile mechanic, who was OFF, stopped to assist me with an install that he didn't have to and was extremely PLEASANT while doing so. It's not just a matter of what they did but also HOW THEY DID IT WITH A SMILE.
The “assist manager” has an awful attitude. Refuses to honor price matching after stating they do it and doesn’t help when customers come in looking for stuff. Won’t be going back. Management needs to do some reevaluations.
We were about halfway along on a road trip today and our van started running very rough near this location. We pulled in and waited for them to open. Amanda and Justin were very helpful and nice and we were able to figure out the problem and got back on the road in just a few min. Very impressed!!
I needed a battery changed in my 2017 Cadillac the older man said I would have to take it to a garage to have them replace it... I drove to auto zone and they put a new one in took about 15 min. $255.00 loss to you
An older man at Orileys told us that the battery in my friends 2012 ford focus couldn't be changed there and that we would have to take it to a shop because they would have to move everything around to get to it. However, a nice young man at the advanced autoparts down the road had no trouble getting the old one out and the new one in. It took us less than 30 minutes to pay and drive off with the new battery. Never go to Orileys they're lazy.
Got everything I needed and more John was very helpful sorry didn't get his last name just an all around great guy that knows his stuff and he even took time to answer all my questions had a little mishap with my headlights when I first got there no fault of John's but the other guy solved that problem and we moved right along I will be returning 😁😁😁😁

Absolutely outstanding service! I’ve been restoring a 79 Chevy truck for the past few months. From day one, every person that worked at this location went above and beyond to help find the part that I needed. Not only were they friendly and professional, they were incredibly knowledgeable, which made the restoration that much more enjoyable. It’s obvious that everyone there has a passion for what they do. I’ll be a loyal O’reilly customer for life.
I have been there quite a few times and the one middle aged guy I think his name is John has attempted to help me all three times and he is no help what so ever.... Went next door to autozone they helped me and found what I needed without all of the mindless nonsense orielys gave me... and was in less than 5 minutes.... i recommend you go to advanced or autozone....
