They they were very nice very helpful quick and efficient if you need your tires aired up they're very polite and they're pretty quick at getting everything else done as well in a very proper decent manner
So, I take my car for an oil change, pretty standard. Oil is full when I leave. And somehow completely empty 30 minutes later. Whatever part of thier job they just failed to do, has just destroyed my car. Complete garbage. Go ANYWHERE else to get a simple oil change.
Will not be going back to this place again. I asked for everything to be checked I need air in my tire and needed wiper and I was told they did it all ..well No air No wipes but I was told they was good they wasn't so yall lost a customer today....
This was my daughter’s first time driving her own car to get an oil change and Alan at the Express Oil Change in Rainbow City, AL was a great help! He explained what the visit included (oil change, car inspection, etc) and showed her how to reset her car’s oil life monitor after the oil was changed. We would recommend this Express Change location.

mr alan, very respectful, very honest, isn’t very pushy, told me everything that i could need in the future and recommended them but didn’t push back when i said no, good man.
I just came in for a pressure check on my tires, and the guy that helped me was very quick. The only thing that I didnt like was his first words to me were, "You're very loud." Overall though, it was a great experience.

My tire pressure indicator light came on as I was driving out of town. Scott came right out and checked and corrected the pressure in all my tires. Not the first time I have used this location. They are all always friendly with prompt service!
I’ve visited the shop several times over the years. Customer service is top notch. Just this morning I rolled in on a flat. I needed a new tire. Thirty minutes later I’m done and headed down the road. Alan is super nice and a pleasure to do business with.
Visited the Rainbow City, Al location for an oil change and tire rotation. They wouldn’t rotate my tires because they said the tread was too low and the was a lot of dry rot. They gave me a quote on new tires and I told them I’d think about it. They seemed upset that I didn’t make the purchase. Also, they refused my online $20 coupon for the oil change saying it was a corporate thing and they were a franchise.
I left and immediately went to a competitor and they gladly rotated the tires and said I should have another 5000 to 7000 miles of good safe tread left and they found very little dry rot.
My family has been to this location at least 12 times in the last 18 months and never had a problem. They also have always honored my online coupon. Not sure what’s up and not sure if my family will ever return.
I've been doing business with this company for over 10 years now on several different vehicles, and had very good satisfaction on anything they have done to my vehicle! They're good respectable men, good attitudes, and always in a good frame of mind!

Alan was amazing! I shared my prior experience and concerns. He quickly took accountability, though he was not the employee that helped me prior, explained everything step by step for the current services, helping me build trust for his recommendations. His thorough needs assessment and follow through still has me out of there in less than 20 minutes. Fabulous service, he took a prior disgruntled customer on the fence, and made me a loyal customer with one great interaction.
Sean, Sabrina, CJ, David and Alan. Went in for an oil change these guys changed my whole day. What an experience; my lights were out on my car. CJ was like we will fix em free. He meant they will, his team members; these guys stepped right in and changed my lights. They cared to do it. This world has changed but not that good ole southern way of helping one another at Express oil change in Rainbow city. These folks went beyond good customer service. It was like making sure family was safe on the road. Whoever is ready this, you better get to Express oil change if you want folks to care about the service they are offering to you. Express oil, 2024. Got my vote!!!
