Bought an amazing used Cummins from them over a year ago and I’ve put over 50k miles on it and still have ZERO issues with it whatsoever. I’ve been very happy with my truck AND they made it affordable for me. Highly recommend anyone in the market for a sharp truck or any vehicle.

I purchased a truck from the guys at H & R Motors last week for my son and I have to say they are a top tier group. I live 2 hours away and found a truck they had online. Me and my son drove up, looked at the truck and decided to buy it. The guys there are so down to earth and seemed to truly care which is hard to find these days in the car business. So, we bought the truck and made the 2-hour drive back home. The following day the check engine light came on, I contacted the dealership just to inquire if they knew of any issues the truck had that might cause the check engine light to come on. They checked and had no knowledge of any issues. I had a local mechanic check the truck in my town and turns out it had a bad oil pressure sensor. The guys at H & R sent the money to me to have the truck repaired. They definitely did not have to do that as I bought the truck "as is". I was shocked but extremely grateful for that gesture. I highly recommend the guys at H & R if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Do not do business with these folks. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. I was going to just leave it alone, but I would rather try to save others the expensive headache. I was 100% lied to from the beginning. I should have known when I showed up and they wouldn't even walk outside to show me the vehicle that they were up to no good. I was told through Facebook market place by the owner's wife that the vehicle had no issues. The vehicle rode rough, but I initially thought it was the very cheap mud tires they installed. I got an hour down the road on my way home and stopped to get gas. Upon turning on the truck, the dash lit up like a Christmas tree - check engine light, airbag light, tpms etc.. They flashed the computer to keep all the lights off during the test ride. When I scanned the vehicle it had over 9 codes. In the first week of having the truck I found the following: 1.Throttle body was dirty and would stall the truck. 2. After replacing all o2 sensors found the cats were clogged up. 3. Had to replace the tires due to the ones they put on were way to wide and beating up my control arms. 4. Also had to replace all 4 broken tpms sensors that they left. 5. The converter started slipping and upon flushing and replacing trans fluid and filter the technician said that the fluid that came out looked fresh and he would put money that the car lot I bought it from had to of changed the fluid and put some shutter fix in to sell it. 6. The only way to get inside the truck was by the fob, because both keys would crank the truck but not unlock the doors. 7. Passenger seat position sensor for the airbag was bad. 8. Truck still rode horrible after putting the right tires on and it was discovered that the new leveling kit that H&R motors mechanic installed meant double blocking the truck. So not only dangerous to drive around in, the front shocks were 100% outstroked the whole time. 9. They painted over all the rust. *Hopefully by now you get my point to never buy from this establishment or if you think spending 27k on a lemon is nice then go right ahead and get scammed like I did. One day hopefully soon they will mess with the wrong individual and get shut down for the crooks they are.

Very nice people, who care about the customer and do their best to help the customer out. They have good looking trucks that are well taken care of along with making sure they fix anything. Very pleased!

I purchased my truck over a year ago so when it came time for my daughter to get one H&R Motors is the only place she wanted to shop. Go see my good friends Wesley and Christy at H&R Motors. I have bought two vehicles from them over the past few years and will buy from them again. Several of my friends and colleagues have bought vehicles from them also after I told them about my experience there. I truly believe they care about the customer. Wesley has told me several times if I find something wrong he will be happy to make it right. They don’t pressure you into anything but they are there to help when you are ready to make a purchase. You won’t be disappointed!

This was about the easiest vehicle purchase I ever had, I bought a good truck for a reasonable price with no pressure at all. They fixed the minor issues I found, replaced the windshield at no cost to me. Randy and his staff were a pleasure to work with. They wanted me to be happy with whichever truck I bought and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting in the multiple vehicles I was interested in buying. Learn from my mistake and DO NOT PURCHASE a vehicle here!!!!! Bought a truck from them. My circumstances changed with my job and I needed a bigger truck. I go to trade it in for a bigger truck elsewhere and learned that these people PAINTED OVER RUST. They made it look extremely nice when I bought it, but they knew exactly what they were doing. Crooked people. There’s a lot more that goes into my awful experience, but this was the topper. Do not purchase a vehicle from them or waste your time trying to do so.

Brandon is not a car salesman. He is a human being that cares about other human beings. Even though I didn’t purchase a vehicle at this time, and at no fault of their own, I would highly recommend anyone to check with them when looking for a vehicle. Worst experience of our lives my husband and I were so excited thinking we had a gotten a great deal on a truck. We went to sell it two years later after putting less than 25,000 miles on it to find out they lied to us. They showed us the car fax of a clean truck in great shape. The dealer we tried to sell it to showed us the car fax where it was disclosed to H and R Motors that it had structural damage reported to them by the seller. What was supposed to be a great experience because we thought we had equity and we’re getting a larger truck to start a business has been nothing but a nightmare full of tears. Don’t trust these people they are crooks that took advantage of two 23 year olds trying to buy a truck that was safe enough to start a family in. Please trust better people they have almost ruined our dreams of being able to start a business because we had to spend an additional large amount as a down payment on our new truck because of the lies they told us.

These folks are the really good. They work with you to the best as they can. Even if you sign an “as is” contract they still take care of anything that happens to your vehicle when you drive it off the lot, even since they don’t have too. For a small dealership they take care of you as if they was a big one. Definitely recommend them on buying a truck or any vehicle for that matter from them!

Buying a used vehicle can be nerve wracking sometimes, especially since the truck isn’t new and you just never know what work the truck may need. Fortunately, H&R Motors understand this and are willing to help make the used vehicle buying process so much less stressful. The trucks they have are really nice so I’m glad we were able to overcome the buying used obstacles and find the right one for us!

We recently bought a truck from them. A wheel barren went out and it took them a week to get a eBay part in and never told us when it will be ready and wouldn’t answer my boyfriends calls until I called off a different number to find out why we weren’t getting answers. They kept bringing up a truck we traded in saying it has problems as if it was our fault when whoever bought it probably drove it rough. Now here we are with upper control arms needing to be fixed for some reason when they were fixing the truck for a whole week they didn’t see this issue and we’ve tried to get in touch with someone since yesterday and still have not got any answers. They should help make things right instead of leaving us without any answers. We’ve only had it for over a month. We can’t get the alignment done until the upper control arms are fixed which they said they pay for the alignment to be done when we bought it. I be willing to give a better review later when we are directed to a person who will actual be professional and communicate. I don’t recommend because if you get a truck from here and it has a problem before it’s first payment then you may not get it fixed since they never do as they say.

I looked for a 4x4 truck under 150,000 miles for quite some time. Stumbled upon H & R Motors. I can honestly say you will not find better quality, prices, or service anywhere in the Southeast. Had four trucks I was looking at and three of them sold before I arrived. Luckily, I found one before it hit the lot. Wes and Randy took care of me. Recommend 100%.
