The folks at Ohana did a great job on my wife’s van. They got us on the schedule quickly and once the day came they got the job done within the timeframe they said. I appreciate their honesty during the initial diagnostic process, telling me what should be repaired and what other issues could wait. We’ll definitely go back.

Kelly and her staff are truly amazing. I’ve used them 2 times in 3 months. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Always have a smile on their face and willing to answer any questions I have. I will use them for all of my car needs .

Took car in with engine trouble and an AC with no problems. I left with NO AC and a missing Outside Temp Gage. After inspecting the AC line, I found what appeared to be 5 stab marks by I think a flathead which happens to be in a place which requires a mechanic to remove the part to be viewed. And somehow, my Outside Air Temp Gage vanished. The good news is that they were going to give me a great deal to fix them. Only $400 more than the mechanic I did use. They had such good reviews, so I am very disappointed. My AC was working, no noises or indications of trouble. If those holes were there prior, I wouldn’t had no AC prior.

I have been to their shop three times and thought I was getting Honest service. It has always been quick however this last time when I went in they overpriced my estimate by $500 I got my shift shaft seal replaced for $200 at another local well-known shop

We went through CarMaxCare and were told the damage wasn’t covered because Ohanas deemed it user-caused damage. This was despite the fact that we only had the car less than a year when it started shaking on us. We went in for an alignment because that’s what Ohanas said was the issue. Long story short, the car was still shaking the exact same way when we got it back — the problem was not fixed. We took it to another tire shop that immediately fixed the problem, explained the actual issue, and told us this place never fixed anything. That shop charged $40, compared to Ohanas charging us over $500. Complete waste of money.

I took my car in on Monday November 4 because my heat was not working and my engine light was on all the time. They repaired my heat and fixed my engine light. By far the nicest auto repair place I have been. Will absolutely go back for all my auto needs. And the prices are very reasonable and all the staff is great and friendly. But my favorite employee is PRINCESS the shop dog I absolutely love her. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH

By far the best place to get your car repaired, I have a 2017 mini Cooper clubman and I can tell you it is very hard to find a good mechanic who knows how to service those. I don’t care what the cost is, these guys know what they’re doing and make sure your car is serviced right. I can tell you if you want your car to be repaired the right way, choose Ohana Auto Repair because I can tell you, your money is going to be well worth it rather than going somewhere else for half the cost for a possibility of a cheap repair. Definitely satisfied and will continue business with Ohana.

I took my vehicle to this auto shop because of the good reviews I told them my problem with my vehicle something is drawing the power out of the battery They told me that it would be $172 to find out what the problem is I was ok with that they called me to let me know that my battery was bad My husband told me that could not be the problem cause we just got that battery like 4 weeks ago We went and got my vehicle didn't have it but 2 days and it did the same thing We took it back They had it for 2 days to call and tell me it's my alternator My husband said he didn't think that was the problem but after jumping it off so much he thought it could have made the alternator bad but he said when he took it to O'Riley's they said the alternator was good I wanted my vehicle they told me how much it was going to be I was like that's a lot but I will have my vehicle Cause I have to use it to get my disabled momma around it's more convenient for me The price was $900 and something I was thinking that's to much but like I said I wanted my vehicle I went on and told them to do the work change the alternator They change it the price to me was too high but I check around alternator for my vehicle was $500 and something lifetime warranty I went to pick up my vehicle ask them about the warranty on the alternator they told me 2 years I wasn't pleased at all about that not wanting to be rude or be that person with an attitude I just paid and left Didn't have my vehicle a whole week and it did the same thing 😡 I WAS MAD 😡 😡 😡 How is it you charge me almost a $1000 for and alternator job and then you kept my old alternator only gave a 2YEAR WARRANTY in what should have been a LIFETIME WARRANTY after what I paid I WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP AGAIN NICE PEOPLE I want take that from them but how they did business with me was a rip off Cause instead of really fixing and finding the REAL PROBLEM you guess at it there's ways of checking out things to make sure it's not that or this but to me y'all took the easy route guess it's this if it ain't that then it must be this WE had already did what y'all did before bringing it to y'all but y'all said the machine show up that it was the battery then it show up it was the alternator SMH like I said y'all got some good reviews but I was definitely not pleased with my service I took my vehicle to another shop they had my vehicle for 1 day told me they found the problem went and got my vehicle they told me if I have any problems with the work they have done just bring it back I have had my vehicle for about a month now NO PROBLEMS I want put there name down butTHANK GOD for them BUT best to believe I will never use y'all again DO PEOPLE RIGHT ALL PEOPLE 🙏🏾

I never leave reviews but Andrew at Ohana is a standup man, I needed engine work done and he let me know that Kia could cover it for free under warranty and that he wouldn’t feel comfortable charging me the thousands it would’ve costed me without checking, he even called Kia for me and was on the phone a good 45 minutes and let me know everything they said. That is dang good business, I couldn’t have afforded the repair my car needed, God bless you Andrew.

Ohana Auto Repair exceeded my expectations on every level. From the first call to final pickup, their communication was clear, honest, and consistent, no surprises, no guesswork. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything over the phone before they did anything. Most importantly, they got the repair done on my commercial vehicle faster than I ever anticipated. This is the only place in our area that I will take my vehicles whenever a repair is needed, and that's because I trust the people at Ohana. The people are always friendly and awesome to deal with. They take the time to go through the charges for any work they do, and they listen when I tell them about my concerns. Ohaha will continue to be the only place that I use for vehicle repair!!

I gave Ohana Auto Repair regarding my skid plate being loose and they told me to bring it in. Immediately they started working on my car. Skid plate no longer drags. One of the best customer services I have ever experienced. Thank You Guys!

I would 100% recommend these guys! I called on a Thursday, they came to my job to check out my car Friday. . Parts ordered and delivered by Tuesday and car fixed by Friday! I had a pretty big job (timing chain in a pathfinder) and the gentleman worked so hard to get it done in the time frame I needed. A+ service and communication. Will definitely be back for any car repairs in the future! Thank you guys!

Needed a licensed and insured mechanic shop my warranty insurance would accept. By chance found Ohana. They were very patient despite my ford taking up space in their lot for over a month( which was no fault of their own). They helped us navigate the frustrating reality of dealing with insurance companies and jump through hoops to get payment approvals from said company. I’m happy to have my car fix and thankful for Ohana🫶🏻

Gary at Ohana was very courteous and professional when they inspected a car for me that I was considering buying and shipping back to Phoenix, where I live. He gave me an honest assessment of the car and spoke in clear terms that you don't have to be a gearhead to understand. If this shop were local to me I would probably end up taking my other cars to them for service. Prompt, professional and patient. Can't ask for much more.

Ohana Auto Repair graciously picked up a car I hoped to buy from the dealership, inspected it, and then drove it back to the dealership, all at no charge! I live in Mississippi which is known as the hospitality state, and Ohana showed great hospitality to me. I appreciate their kindness!

Middle of the freezing week and had electrical problems with my Mercedes, dealer is an hour away with the normal extended wait time...took a neighbors suggestion and FOUND a great shop! Knowledgeable, experienced family shop, qualified foreign car mechanics, with super state of the art diagnostics....and genuine customer concerns! I cannot say enough good things about these guys!! 👉 [BACKSTORY] So my problem began when I took my 2021 vehicle to the dealer's service center after it began having problems & threw a code for P0299--turbo underboost issues. It was then that I found out that the 100,000 mile warranty I thought I had turned out to be only a 60,000 mile warranty because I was the 2nd owner. And my car had 60,900 miles. So, I paid them $400 to fix the problem only to return 2 days later & be told I now needed a turbo which would cost me $3500, even though they said they'd fixed the problem. 🤬🤬 There wasn't a chance in hell of them touching my vehicle again. 💯 I had worked with a boy several years back who also worked for Ohana Auto Repair. Plus, I had heard nothing but good things about them. I picked up my car from the Kia place & drove it straight there. I am a single female so through out my life I've dealt with these mechanics who think they can get one over on you because you are a woman. Little do they know I come from a family full of mechanics & dirt track racers. BUT as soon as I got to Ohana & explained what happened they confirmed what I had thought all along with the other place. I left my car there for them to be to diagnose. They didn't just put a computer on it. They broke the turbo down to have a look inside & then confirmed it was bad. The part I needed was expensive so I started searching online for a cheaper version & when I found it, they were happy to purchase the cheaper part which in turn saved me money. The entire repair ended up costing me around 1900, almost half the cost of the other shop. They were respectful throughout the entire process & kept me informed of what was happening. They also done a fantastic job of explaining everything to me in detail. And even though I did not have the money up front,(it took me a week to get it together)they still ordered the part & worked on the car. I ended up getting the money the day the car was finished. You won't find many places that will do that. I am more than pleased with Ohana Auto Repair & in the future I won't take my cars anywhere else but there. So I'm the kinda guy that can do most of my own car/ truck repairs. I've rebuilt motors, pulled and replaced transmissions, and serviced brakes, clutches, etc. A friend referred me to Ohana because they do repairs the right way and their prices are fair and reasonable. They took the time to investigate the issue I was having with the AC Compressor in a truck, told me exactly what it needed to be fixed, and gave me a fair price to do it. They communicate well, their front office people and techs are friendly and knowledgeable. They are my absolute "Go To" when I don't have the time to do it myself or I just don't want to do it.

Felt like I should do this immediately. My wife, I and two small children decided to go to the beach over the holiday weekend. 2 hrs into the trip our Jeep started to misfire. Nothing worse than being just far enough from home and still too far from our destination with car issues. We found Ohana auto. They diagnosed the car extremely quick and found a couple issues that needed attention. Then they called the auto parts store that sold me a def product and had the part warrantied without cost to me. Then they gave us one of their vehicles to my family didn’t have to wait at the shop. Short of it is they made time for our problem and had us on the road in about 2.5 hrs and it wasn’t bc they were not busy. Everyone was extremely friendly especially the ladies up front and their lead mechanic. I am not a fan of mechanic shops, and choose to do most of my own work, but these guys are a class act and extremely impressed me. Should be more stars bc they deserve them. THANKS GUYS.
