Excellent Customer Service. I just spoke with Kenny who gave me Good, Sound Advice of what I should check which helped me pinpoint my issue. I was able to get the part I needed and now good to go. Customer service like that is what keeps you coming back!
I received the most helpful and kind service from Brendan and Kory recently at the Rainbow City location. I am sad that the other local stores have closed, but am glad to know RBC will still be around. Both were so helpful on Feb. 2, by helping me troubleshoot my issue with a part, then finding that part and telling me exactly how to install it. Rare to see customer service these days and these guys went above and beyond. I watched as they gave other customers exceptional service as well.
Went to just get a service engine light checked out. I’m not really a mechanic but I know you need the car to be in the on position for any check engine or otherwise lights to come on. This heavy set female working there who was complaining about where she had to plug in the diagnostic machine before doing anything claimed that you read codes in the accessory position. When I tried to explain to her…..politely that you can’t read anything in that key position she gets an attitude and says “ I do this all the time, all day and every day”. So I gracefully bow out and say thank you. That being said the autozone across the street had associates that were a lot more helpful and atleast knew that the key has to be in the on position for any of the dash lights to come on in order to read any service lights.
Needed rearview mirror adhesive. Walked in, Blake's sitting, typing on his phone and acted like he was being disturbed when I interrupted him to ask where the adhesive was.
Great staff. They were Uber helpful and persuasive in my car needs. If I had more money I would've bought more than I expected to simply from the salesmanship of the employees. Great job guys and the pricing for what I was looking for was better than anywhere else
The entire crew at Rainbow City are first class. They are professional, courteous and always willing to help. Internet orders are always completed accurately and on time.
They have professional friendly service. Their parts were cheaper than the other parts houses. And they had the parts in stock that I needed. The other places were going to have to order them.
My windshield wipers were making a lot of noise. So I purchased new blades and the friendly guy at the register agreed to put them on my car and filled the solution jug with fluid. I drove away happy. Great customer service!
Great employees loaner tool program is a great deal. Working on a 1951 ford tractor had just the right tool to remove valve springs. Best part is that it was free. Can’t beat free in my book!
The employees let you browse and answer your questions all while not being overbearing like some people can be to aggressive when trying to help not here at least for me.

Great selection of parts for whatever car you own, very friendly and knowledgeable staff that is very eager to help. If they can’t get the part you need they will call and find the part for you somewhere else. Love doing buisiness with rainbow city advance auto parts.
Went to have a battery put in a company vehicle and sales said it couldn't be done without cutting cables and drilling. Went across the street to O'rielly's and was put in in about 10 minutes without any cutting or drilling. Customer service at Advance need more training.
