I agree with many of the previous comments. I would also give them ZERO stars if I could. The person I spoke to was RUDE, refused to listen to my account of the incident (debris flew out of the the bed of their truck, struck my windshield twice, and cracked it), and then hung up on me when he didn't like what I was telling him about the incident.
I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM A POSITIVE RECOMMENDATION.
If I could give the company and owner 0 stars I would! He was very rude when I called him today about a driver that was in the fast lane doing over 84 mph on 565 during rush hour! The driver had something coming from his truck that was hitting cars. The HSV Utilities truck that was in front of me got over and I got the most of what was coming off of the truck. And I was about 6 car lengths behind and slowed way down to avoid the debris coming off. When he finally got over I had to reach a speed of 89 mph to get where I could get the name of the company and he saw me and slowed down. When the owner got on the phone before I could explain what happened he interrupted me very unprofessionally and said "look lady your are just trying to get a free windshield and that if anything came off one of his trucks it would have been steel and demolished my car". I finally got his to shut his mouth to tell him that I didn't have any damage and I didn't need anything for free, I was just letting him know that this driver needed to slow way down and didn't need to be in the fast lane. All he said was " I will take care of it " and hung up. I didn't get an apology for him assuming I wanted something for free or for how he spoke to me. If he talks like this way to a female then he obviously wasn't raised how to treat a lady and if he is married I feel sorry for her! I would never use this company just because of how he spoke to me. It was a good thing he didn't talk to my husband because southern men don't go for that!

Been using them for years along with all other, employees are always very helpful. A decent convenient stop just off hwy 31 so easy to find with all types of loads.
Spoke with an incredibly rude and frustrating owner today regarding an unsafe trucker- he tried to tell me any driving school would've taught me to get over for a truckers signal when I was letting him know about a situation where the signal was given without enough time for cars to get over and the truck merged into other cars causing unsafe road conditions multiple times throughout a short drive period. It was a clear situation where this defensive and rude attitude was completely uncalled for and unreasonable! Most company's would be interested to hear feedback on their employees, especially when it is a safety concern; not Britt. After arguing with me about whether the situation was caused by his trucker or other drivers he asked for the car info and then hung up.
No business with truckers or drivers should ever try to contest whether or not a situation is what someone is trying to tell you it is with somebody on the phone talking about a safety concern! This should've been a simple phone call, I'm shocked it turned into a defensive and petty matter because the owner was unwilling to take any negative feedback and did not want to hear it.
It is not a matter of arguing with people; it is about finding out the truth and if there is an unsafe situation but in this matter I was treated horribly before I was even able to tell him the full situation as he had an opinion before I could finish. It was incredibly combative, incredibly rude, and horribly unprofessional. Though I've never done business with them, that type of customer service and dealing with A SAFETY complaint tells me everything I need to know about how they would treat me as a client and how they operate.
Mr. Britt the owner is incredibly rude and rude will not work with you. When offering suggestions he gets heat for over talks when you are attempting to speak and yells at you with name calling and cursing. Highly unprofessional group.
