Not only was the lady on the phone helpful she was concerned and patient. The guy who brought my car home was the same. My car arrived right after me safely.
Excellent and professional service! Had to be winched out of the yard where I had pulled off the driveway, trying to back a Boat. Ground was wet than I thought and could not get traction. Tow truck operator was very courteous.
This fella was outstanding!! He was quick to show up and show out! He had to lay in the mud and water in order to get me hooked. Didn’t phase him a bit. Just jumped right in.
Unfortunately, I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service he provided. From the moment we started talking, he was friendly, professional, and demonstrated excellent communication skills. During the short ride to Ryder, he took the time to share helpful information and answer questions, which made the trip both enjoyable and educational. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to help really stood out.
What impressed me most was his commitment to customer care. He made sure I felt comfortable, listened attentively, and treated me with respect throughout the entire experience. It’s not often that you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great service, but he certainly did. His positive attitude and professionalism left a lasting impression on me.

The driver was amazing..he was efficient, very personable and professional. He was also there about 20 min or so after I called. He was very pleasant to talk to. Nice young man.
My friend Keith Rudder suggested I use Hurst if I ever need a tow, and Im glad I did. Fair pricing, super fast and friendly, and Bo was awesome. He took good care of my car and was a really awesome guy.

Great company! Reliable & timely! Mr. Keith was super nice and made sure my friend and I were super comfortable and okay. He went out his way to drop us off at a rest stop while passing town because we were in an accident. He helped bring our suitcases and bags in and made sure to tell the staff to take good care of us! Great guy & great company! Highly recommend!!

After my car was hit by a tire on the interstate this morning, I needed help fast. The tow truck company responded quickly, communicated clearly so they could locate me easily, and treated me with kindness and professionalism the entire time. They carefully handled my vehicle and got it where it needed to go safely. I’m incredibly grateful for how smooth they made a stressful situation.
The fastest service I have received yet. The tech got me moving in record time. Extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Great experience. My semi had ran over a blown tire from another semi which damaged my air tank fitting. The tech was able to improvise with another fitting to build the pressure and get me rolling, then escorted me to the closest shop

We were stranded in Tuscaloosa after the Morgan Wallen concert. Our dually went into low power mode. It was 1am and we really didn’t know what we were going to do. I called Hurst Towing and they were there in what seemed like no time from Fultondale. We had a nice comfy safe ride home, us and the dually. Very dependable, reliable company. I wouldn’t want to call anyone else! Our driver Landis was amazing. I immediately knew we were in great hands just by the way he got out and handled business.
Highly recommend. The woman that answered the phone was so helpful and kind. She helped me get everything set up to tow my car. Mike the tow truck driver was phenomenal. He was very pleasant and kind and made light of the situation, made conversation with my dad and I as if he had known us forever.
Tow truck driver was very professional and helpful. Very prompt to help me get my truck off the main road. Price was a little bit expensive, but I would choose price over wait time any day!
