Service members are great, use to be my go to place. Filled a claim to get a repair repaid for a failed part and was told no since I had to repair it myself the 2nd time. Another corporate company that will not respect their customer base.
My car battery that was 10 years old finally died the man I talked to I think his name was Lee. He was very helpful and friendly. I ended up getting the Acid gel battery it cost a little bit more but worth it.
They also told me that they buy and old batteries you have around your place for $10.00 each that helped with the cost.
I like this store, the people who work there are helpful and friendly enough. Clean and well stocked. Not too busy most of the time. O'Reilly's can be slightly more costly than other stores but that's not really this locations fault. O'Reilly's can help a feller out of a jam.
Went to buy a battery and one of the workers offered to help install it but he ended up forcing the connectors on the new battery with a hammer and also had it hooked up backwards. Had me try to start the car multiple times and ended up calling in multiple different “mechanics” to look at my car to see why it wouldn’t start anymore. Long story short, my car had to be towed and went between 3 different “mechanics” again over the course of almost a month to replace the PCM, alternator and every fuse in the car. I finally have it back but it still doesn’t seem to run the way it used to and they have been and were very slow to get back to me about what was going on with my car throughout the whole process and even when they would talk to me they didn’t seem to know what was going on with my car. I would never recommend to buy any parts here and I definitely wouldn’t recommend to have anyone there help you with your car, you’re better off searching online and doing it yourself. -10/10
Great place to stop and get just about anything. Now I will say that most the people working there are just that, working there. Please don't get in line asking these people how to rebuild your engine. They sell parts and get you parts. Take your vehicle to a mechanic and not make everyone behind you in line suffer thru your ignorance of asking the counter guy/gal a zillion questions how to work on something. If you don't know how, there's this thing called Google and YouTube. It'll show you more than you need.
We stood in line for a good 5 minutes while there was no one in front of us with all of our items on the counter and not one employee of the 3 inside even attempted to ring us up. Finally a 4tg employee came out in from his lunch break and we got rang up. Like really. No wonder they can’t find any good help. Probably because all the dumbass’s of the 3 ran the actual good employees off.
The folks at this store have always been very nice and helpful any time I have to stop by to pick up parts or anything else I need. I pick up batteries, oil, and car cleaning supplies here as well. Speaks well of the way this store is managed. The people at the store a knowledgeable and what they don’t know right off they work hard to run an answer down. Rare quality in customer service these days, but it is surely appreciated! Thanks!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Place is always neat clean and well stocked. If they dont have the part you need they will have it usually the same day. Competitive prices.
My trip to O'Reilly Auto Parts was perfect. I found all but the oil filter that I wanted to work on my truck. The young lady at the counter looked up the filter that I requested and in just a few minutes I was on my way home. This was a very positive experience and it was first thing in the morning. Thank you for being there for us and so pleasant as well.
Went in after work for an exhaust flange gasket told the lady at the counter what car was for she pulled up a page on the computer with like 20 gaskets I showed her a couple that it probably was but I needed to know the size to know which one it was “they look identical but different sizes” she then starts clicking on ones that obviously aren’t the ones I said were the right ones, I continue to tell her it’s not gonna be any of those she doesn’t listen or say anything just keeps clicking one by one, so I say never mind I’ll go somewhere else, she still says nothing went to auto zone got in in like 5mins
My son went to this store in hanceville to get brakes for his car and the counter guy told him not to buy the cheaper brand. My son can only afford what he bought and the counter guy shouldn't embarrass the customers. Most of the people I know can only afford to spend a certain amount and he could have said we have other brakes but they might run a little more instead of letting everyone in the store know he was buying a cheaper set.
Very helpful, and professional people at this location. I do business here repeatedly. If they don't have what you're looking for in stock, they will order it and usually will be there later in the day or at least by next business day.
I'm pretty sure the woman that put the computer on my car didn't know what she was doing. Nothing against women because they can be just as good as men at some things, but she said our car had a CADILLAC converter 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤭 I told my husband we'd be sure to get it fixed since it would convert our Ford into a Cadillac. I know that computer didn't say that! 🤪😳
These folks are always nice and helpful. Store is always stocked and clean, always assist with looking up parts and finding it in another location when out of stock or giving the options for ordering.
