These guys are old school, they don’t need to google what you need, they just walk in the back and get it. It’s worth the trip if you’re not close by!

Just came back from James auto in Hanceville, and I just have to tell ya; they are AWESOME. They have the best prices around, they beat the bigger places by far, and the quality of the parts are second to none. I will never shop anywhere else. James and the others are so helpful and courteous. They have always treated me with respect. If they don't have what you need, they'll help you find it. James auto is the best

The absolute BEST employees around! I had not 1 but 2 employees crawl under my Trailblazer to try to help my dad put a part on close to closing time. Not only are the employees nice but the owner James is very nice as well. You can't beat the prices either. I've bought big box retailer products as well as chain retailers and James's Auto prices are HANDS DOWN at least 60% lower here. Bravo for having such a great local reputation ♥♥

They will sell you want you want and get it for you if they don't have it. They will also explain why one thing is better than another. This has often saved me money.

Great auto parts store people are very friendly and go out of their way to help you and the prices are cheaper than the chain stores. I bought a set of brake pads and two rotors for my truck and it was $75 and some change when oreillys wanted $128 change and the cheapest price I found at the chain stores was $101 at Advance Auto Parts in Cullman. If they do not have what you need they can usually order it and get it the next day. I definitely recommend giving them a shot you will not be disappointed

Convenient, honest, and affordable - There are many different reasons, but I mainly use them due to their employees. The knowledge of their employees is typically a much higher level than what I have experienced at other large chain type automotive parts stores. Instead of just having someone input the make/model/year of my vehicle into their computer system and telling me if they have the part in stock, they ask some intelligent questions about the problem I am experiencing and then help troubleshoot as well as offer advice and sometimes alternative solutions which has saved me money and trouble on multiple occasions. They also offer top quality products as well. The top notch customer service, along with their selection is what makes me return time and time again.

This parts store is A+! I was stranded with a shredded alternator belt, and no tools. And I was 75 miles from home. They lent me their tools to change the belt, and let me help myself to their hand cleaner and bathroom. Very nice guys and gal at James'!

This is the place to go for not only name brand parts but also knowledge. James and his team are friendly, freely gives advice if asked, and will make you come back not only due to price but the confidence he gives you knowing what he says and sells are taken very seriously.
