I have only had complete satisfaction, never any problem. My friends who l have recommended Rich's for body work have been satisfied by price and quality of work.
When to Rich's to have a bumper replaced on my 1 year old Toyota, it was cracked in a hit and run. The part came in under what I was expecting and the labor seemed fair. Replace the bumper and everything looked great. Fast forward a month or two. I am on a road trip in Georgia and I start to have issues with rear parking assist sensors. Stop on the local Toyota dealership in Georgia. Turn out the brackets that hold the sensors we're not secured properly. And they are falling off. Had to pay for new brackets and the labor to remove the newly installed bumper so the new brackets could have been installed correctly. Just upset that I had to pay for the same labor twice.
If I could post no stars I would. The man who “helped” me told me to come in for an estimate and when I showed him what I wanted fixed he kept trying to find anything else on my car to fix but, what I was actually asking for. He tried to manipulate me and cause fear that there were issues with my car without even looking at it. He is a price gauger and not professional. We will be going with any other option.
I highly recommend Rich's Auto Body. They are professional, polite, and personable. I went to a near by dealership's body shop for an estimate to repair my car and was treated shabbily. This was not the case at Rich's. Zeke the manager is a really great guy and has excellent customer service skills. He found the needed part for my car and gave me a realistic timeline in which the job could be completed. They even finished the job a day ahead of schedule. There are not many body shops around today that do not make a customer feel like just number. Rich's provides quality work and makes a customer feel like human being. Thanks Guys!
I would never recommend using this company not only was the work not done properly he charged me for thing's that he never did on my car, he also over charged me for everything that he did, he said at 1st he was going to get dealer parts then he said they weren't available for my car which was a lie because I called the dealership. Also told me he replaced the condenser coil and didnt and he used junk yard parts and then didnt even paint my car......This guy is a 100% Crook and don't ever go here unless you want to be ripped off!
DO NOT USE Rich's Auto. I've been there two times since they changed ownership and BOTH times were a disaster. I thought the first time was a fluke and boy was I wrong! I'm amazed they are still in business. I took my Yukon Denali in for bodywork (surface rust around the rear fender). It's been about 30-days and the area they so called repaired looks worse than it did before I first brought it in. I took the truck back and nicely pointed out the area of concern (assuming they'd apologize and take care of it) and the owner told me that this sort of thing happens all the time even inside 30-days. Now, why would I pay over a Thousand dollars to have something "temporarily" repaired? I went home and called 4-hours later and this time...the owner (Zeeke) had no time for me. ZERO Customer Service...You guys are a bunch of crooks and I will NEVER use your services again. #Spreadtheword
I've used Rich's on multiple locations, for pin striping, accident repair, and some dent fixes. Each and every time they made my Lexus look like brand new! I found them very easy to work with, fair, and very honest. They work well with the insurance companies too, which is a huge plus. I will continue to give them my business without hesitation, and I highly recommend them.
