Had a really good experience with stars auto, I have had my car for over a year now and its been great to me. But not only was the car great, the people were too because they were people first and wanted to make sure you left the door happy.

Today my children and I received one of the most inhuman mistreatments, in this dealer's junk, they made us drive for two hours and when we arrived we saw one of the sellers lean out a window and then when we stopped by the door we saw him and he saw us and he never opened the door for us and it was raining, they never opened the door for us, then one of the dealer's managers answered a call we made where he continued mistreating us proposing that we come back on Saturday, after driving for two hours which in total is four hours two to go and two to return, who will give us back the money for the gas, or the time we lost? There is a God in heaven who knows how to do justice, even though some have made a good comment because maybe it went well for them, I don't want another person to have the same fate as me, be careful with that dealer, I consider that he is already a disaster, be very careful with that dealer in the state of Wisconsin, it is not worth dealing with people like that, they lied to us Because the car was no longer there, after they told us to go get it, it is most likely that they sold it to someone else, may God reward him according to his actions. I got a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek from them in September 2023 and have had no problems. Wasn't a "too good to be true" kind of price, but given the mileage, year, and condition, they could have easily charged a couple thousand more. Before buying it I wanted to get it inspected. They let me drive it on my own to an independent Subaru dealership to have it checked out. I am not saying that you should expect dealerships to pay random third parties to do inspections. The point is that they were willing to let me go and do my own inspection before making my final decision. In retrospect, it was probably pretty inconvenient for them because they also had to wait on a loan approval process for me that took longer than expected. Me scheduling the inspection probably held up the sale a couple days, but they knew I was serious about buying it so they took me seriously. I like that it is a smaller family owned business and that they didn't try to over-hype the car. Don't expect everything to be perfect at any place, and make sure to ask these places for the VIN so that you can look up reports on your own. A car dealership is required to have the state inspect their cars before they sell them, but they are not required to buy reports for you. I paid for my own Carfax service ahead of time so that I could look up many cars on my own. The one thing about big dealerships that you might not find at smaller ones is the willingness to give you a free report, but you have to be there in-person and it takes up a lot of your time that you could have used to look up a bunch of cars on your own at home. Those places might also charge you a high administrative fee or application fee, often into the several hundreds of dollars. Star auto didn't charge an application fee (I can't guarantee any place always waives application fees, and this was a year ago, so you'll have to talk to them about that, but I didn't have to pay the application fee). I waited a year to write my review to make sure the car was legit. The car is even better than I expected and I'm glad I found this place.

I have been doing business with these guys for a couple years now. They have been like family to me now. Quality cars and they have been repaired right. They help me when I need it and I also help them when they need it. Definitely recommend people to try to visit this used car dealership first.

A very decent seller. It was recommended to me by my friends and I'm glad I bought my Honda from him. The seller gives a warranty on the car for 3 months, there is time to check everything. But the best thing about my buying experience is that when I had a problem with air conditioners in the car after 5 months, the seller made the repair for free!!! I highly recommend it!!!

Great place to get a used vehicle for a very reasonable price. If you're in the market for a Subaru, then this is the best place to find one. Trust me, most Wisconsin people NEVER give up their Subaru. The salesperson is very knowledgeable about their vehicles. They even offer in house financing. My son just bought his first car, and it was priced well under the competitive internet price. I definitely recommend this location.

Bought a rav4 month ago, very pleased with the car so far. Had an inspection done at Toyota dealer it passed the safety inspection easily. They seem to know about their cars, will trust them for future purchases.

I have dealt mostly with Don, but, if you need a car at a good price, let Don take care of that problem for you. I purchased a 2021 Chevy Trax LT, with 7500 miles , clean inside and out! $14,000! That's about 8 to $10,000 under the going rate. I have already taken it on a road trip, no issues. So, people complain about a rebuilt title, but if you have a fender bender in your vehicle, your insurance company will repair it. And for the most part people still drive that vehicle. If the front end wasn't crushed, just a dented fender or a damaged rear bumper or quarter panel, and with out the airbags deploying, you better grab it!

They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I’ve enjoyed doing business with them when i purchased my vehicle. Pricing on the cars were fair, the buying process was easy and i left with a great deal on the vehicle i purchased , they have a great amount of variety of vehicles to choose from. Last week, I bought a car from Stars Auto Sales LLC. It is 2014 Honda Civic. It is working well so far. I am really satisfied with their service. I found their price is much cheaper that other dealers. They have lots of variety of car to choose from.

Great selection of low mileage cars with rebuilt titles. Got a great deal on a 2019 Subaru with only 20k miles on it! Great inventory selection with lots of low mileage vehicles. Never registered a rebuilt car but Dom was very helpful and patient with explaining the whole process. Registered in Illinois without an issue. Will recommend to friends and family in the future.

Bought a rebuild 2020 civic si w/ 6k miles from Don. Very easy to deal with. Great car... I put 260k miles on my last rebuild. Hoping to do that with this next one. If you understand what you are buying here along with the pros and cons of a rebuilt title car, you can get a good deal.

I was a little hesitant buying a rebuilt car from a small dealership, but we’ve had it for a while and it runs great! Probably paid 40% less than we would have buying the same car without the accident history but they did a fantastic job on the repair. Would definitely buy from here again.

Star auto was wonderful to work with. They were patient with me while I worked on getting a loan. I love my car that I got from them. I had a small problem the first week of having it and they ordered the parts, fixed it, and even let me borrow a rental car! Highly recommend them.

I’ve waited nearly two years since purchase to leave this review. We bought an 06 Ridgeline with a salvaged title from Stars Auto Sales. Of course buying a vehicle with a salvaged title from a used car dealership sets off countless alarms in your brain, but after looking the vehicle over and test driving, information on the reason for the salvage designation, and the opportunity to be freed from car payments by buying such an affordable vehicle was enough to convince us to make the deal. We have been thoroughly impressed. Stars was honest and up front about every detail, and the proof is in the performance. We have put 40-50k miles on it since purchase and have even taken it on a 2k+ Mile family trip with no issues. Obviously since the truck is 15 years old we have had some normal maintenance consistent with the age of the truck, but overall the truck has been an overwhelmingly good deal. I plan to keep an eye on Stars’ listings whenever I’m in the market in the future- even though I live 4 hours away.

i bought Toyota Camry 2013, 4 months ago. It is in perfect condition. They are HONEST, helpful, they have really good deals when you compare with others. the car had a minor accident. they showed me the pictures how was the accident. I have really met many car dealer, they are the best. they are not trying to push you, they are flexible and no hidden fees as many others. I love my car, and I loved the experience. If you want peace in mind, just buy from them!!

I bought a used Outback about two months ago. Don was terrific to work with. He was honest about the vehicle's history, even allowed us to take it overnight to be checked out by our mechanic. I am SO very happy with my purchase, we may head back to get another vehicle soon for our teens. This will be my first (and probably only) stop for all future auto purchases.
