This is a store that definitely has everything you could be looking for with regard to your auto/truck. Plus, the staff is extremely helpful and will assist you by answering your questions. They will even go out to your vehicle to assist you if you need me. I’ve always been pretty impressed with them and this is definitely a great store..

Was having a horrible day till I came in and tom Z and Earl W helped me with my battery when I bought it 2 years ago it turns out the person helping me didn’t put my warranty on my account they didn’t try and blame me like other store they immediately told me they would replace it for me and let me know that nested time I come to buy a battery they will make sure it’s on my account

Just purchased a battery online. Upon arrival for pickup I noticed the corner of the battery was chipped. I asked if there was a duplicate in stock. The attendant said there was another in stock but brought a different battery, claiming it was the same. I addressed that these were 2 different batteries but was receiving push back.I left the store to go to my car and verify online and confirmed they had 2 different part numbers and were clearly 2 different batteries. I proceeded to renter the store to receive the $10 difference as the replacement battery that was given to me was cheaper than the one I initially ordered. Disappointed that the individual denied she was giving me a different battery and didn’t take accountability for it. Additionally, she did not take initiative to refund me the $10 difference after intentionally giving me a different battery. Not an honest business.

Chase really helped me out in a pinch today. I was heading up north and wanted to get on the road asap. I had a burnt out tail light and after calls to several places who would sell the bulb but not change it for me, Chase told me to bring it in and he’d do his best. Turns out it couldn’t have been an easier thing to do myself, but I really appreciated his willingness to help me out and I was gone in less then ten minutes. Thanks chase!!!

Don’t go here if you need help with your battery. I went here to have my battery tested because my car wouldn’t start after I got out of work. They said they wouldn’t test it because it was drizzling outside. So I called Advanced Auto Parts in St Francis and they said that they test batteries. So I went there instead and had it tested. Sure enough I needed a new battery. I purchased a new battery and they put it in for me. I will be going to Advanced Auto Parts from now on. They were super helpful.

I went in to get a basic battery test and replacement. After the test, learned I needed a new battery - I was told he couldn’t do it because it was too complex to take my battery out. Went to Advance Auto down the street and they were able to install the battery in less than 10 minutes. All around, tough experience.

Best customer service experience! I wasn’t there to buy anything but get a battery/starter test done. After the test they had to assist their customers inside, obviously. When they had free time, they came back out to discuss what my best options were and break down what was wrong and why. Big thanks to Tom and Trent.

Manager Andrea needs to re-learn her customer service skills and not talk down to customers. Our business has used Autozone for at least 15 years but her rudeness may just shift our business to any other auto parts store. She had to ask her staff for help so that made me think she was extremely new, maybe she just isn't right for her position...

4/5 Excellent customer service. Oil+Filter bundle @Mobil1 Extended Performance High Mileage fully synthetic oil. The filter has surface rust on it, box shows signs of being wet most likely when it shipped. After showing manager the item I was told that’s how it came from factory. Plan to email Mobil Oil to point out possible issues in their shipping process.

I'm a nurse but poor mechanic, I asked "Earl" in Cudahy if he could help me with putting oil in my Vibe. He went to get his coat, came outside and added the oil. He was very kind and helpful. I couldn't thank him enough for his customer service, I would recommend this store for GREAT customer service.

The store manager Earl Wagner is such an great employee! He needs some recognition!! My car stopping working few blocks away, called to hopefully see if they could come to me and check the batter out. Without any hesitation earl made his way to me in less than 20 mins! Amazing customer service 1000/10 recommend this auto zone !! Thank you Earl you’re the best!

They helped me put some brake lights in my car.. service was great and they where quick to find the bulbs I needed. Very helpful in assisting me and very polite. I go here everytime for parts.

Walked in having an odd size wiper blade (22.5) yes you read that correctly. I had no idea where to start. Christopher the manger on duty the afternoon of May 24, 2021 was such a great help. Took off my old ones got the correct fitting ones and even put them on. I attempted to tip him however he politely declined but I wanted to give credit where credit is due. While yes he was doing his job, I personally felt that he has great customer rapport that you just don’t get anymore. Thank you again!

The guys working here on 09/10/20 went above and beyond. I was sent to their store around 7:15pm after another autozone refused to install a new battery in my car. These guys said they’d do it for me no problem, and were so pleasant it made the end of a long night easier. I couldn’t thank them enough, and will be back for my future autozone needs.

I had a light out on my car but wasn't sure what it was called. (I have a weird 3-light arrangement on the front.) The guys here were so friendly- even came out to my car to make sure they were giving me the right part and then replaced it for me to further make sure it was correct!

Been there many times and lately very disappointed. Before you would walk in, get greeted and get service. Lately it's been no hello, women in back always talking, questions left unanswered, waiting time increased just to check out. All the time the women in the back giggling, talking, etc while the younger guys out front try to keep up. Very disappointed and will have to travel further to the competition. Part of 4 jeep clubs, owner of 5 vehicles I'll be taking my business elsewhere seeking for service. See ya!!
