After having my car break down on the highway all i had to do was make ONE CALL that was ALL!!!! I had a great experience they picked up my car took it to a trusted mechanic and even made me happy about my car breaking down. Happy ending 10/10 would recommend.
When our new camper fell off the hitch of our SUV and we were stuck, we called JMB Towing. Thank you JMB Towing for your roadside assistance! You saved our camping weekend! The driver (we forgot to ask his name) was so helpful and friendly. We would definitely call JMB again for towing and roadside assistance.
Told me to cancel my other service and then said they were too busy to come out.

I was in a rush and they arrived very quickly to get my car to the dealer. Driver was very friendly and helpful (wish I could remember his name). Price was also very reasonable. I hope I don’t need another tow but will definitely call JMB again if I do.
Great and professional service. We had one of our trucks break down in Milwaukee area they responded quick and professional got our truck to the shop and we were back on the road in no time, and made our delivery on time.

I’ve tried to be patient, but this situation has gone too far. You’ve had my car for two weeks with little communication. You've delayed answering calls, and now you're telling me the damage to my car is too much for you to help cover — despite the fact that it happened while it was in your care. The underbody was damaged, and I now have to deal with the dealership repairs on top of everything else.
As a mother, I can’t afford to keep waiting while my transportation is held up — this is impacting my life and my kids. It’s starting to feel like a game, not just from you but from dispatch as well.
I need this resolved immediately. If I don’t receive a clear plan of action and a commitment to help cover the damages within 48 hours, I will move forward with legal action through my attorney. This is my final attempt to settle this without involving the courts.
Had a tire issue crop up out of nowhere, Louis helped with the issue and got me back on the road. The drivers make the company and I can tell this is a great company with how great their drivers are!

They had decent rates, especially compared to another price gouging company in the area who was going to charge $1400 vs $350 JMB charged, plus they were quick and courteous!
I have shared my experience with the other company on my social media and mentioned JMB as the one to go to, so hopefully other truckers will remember it when in need of your services.
Today I was in need of a jump start on my white 2015 Grand Cherokee Jeep …I talked to the owner and he came immediately to us and jumped our vehicle got it started and were able to get a new battery at the NAPA store in Cudahy …our experience with JMB Towing service is second to none,for how fast they got to us as we were in a parking lot with no heat and no running vehicle.The owner was so very kind and professional,I would definitely use this service again as i have JMB as a contact on my phone if I ever need there services again !! Absolutely a 5 star company …thanks again from my wife and my self 👍a great company!
