I just had such a frustrating experience with this company. I scheduled a date for junk removal online a week in advance. After scheduling, I had so many very confusing interactions with someone named Robert. First trying to ask about switching the date and time I booked, then saying it was a consultation appointment and switching verbiage the very next day making me think the date scheduled would be when the junk was actually removed, to just a lack of basic comprehension skills. I felt like I was being purposefully messed with for how dumb of an experience I was having with this back and forth interaction. I cancelled my schedule service with them inevitably. If you feel like getting punked or having a bizarre experience, use this company.

Olentda and Lavell were lovely to work with. They came to pick up a sofa we no longer needed the same day as we got our quote. Navigating our narrow entry halls can be difficult but they did it with no issues and were very respectful the entire time. I would definitely recommend for hard to move furniture, especially through hard places to move items.

Excellent service! Olentda and Lavell were phenomenal - they called to give me a couple of minutes to get my dogs secured, then were in and out within 20 minutes. They were speedy, careful to not bang into any walls, and made kind, friendly conversation as they worked. I will absolutely call Two Men and a Junk Truck again if I need any major hauling done!

All I have to say is WOW!!! colin and his guy was amazing!!! Just amazing!!!!! This company is very professional. And if you need to add things last minute it wasn't a problem. and please tip theses guys well. They work very hard

The two gentleman who came out today were polite, helpful, incredible careful and respectful of our furniture and belongings and quick in removal of items. It is January, and they were diligent about wiping their feet each time they came into the house. They were awesome and I would not hesitate to call them again!

I’m moving back to my home country and needed to get rid of some large furniture. I was a little worried about communication since my English isn’t great, but everything went smoothly from scheduling to pickup. Olentda and Lavell were friendly, professional, and very efficient. They explained everything clearly, gave an on-site quote, and finished quickly. The price was average or slightly below compared to other quotes I got. Very satisfied!

We had a heavy upright piano in our basement that needed to be moved out. Olentda “O” and Lovell came, and although surprised at the task at hand were nothing but wonderful. They called in some back up and were successful in getting the piano out. The total crew, especially O and Lovell were kind, courteous and very careful and aware of not damaging anything and cleaning up afterwards. It was an excellent experience from a customers point of view and would definitely hire them again if ever needed in the future.

I live in a complex that is too big for the city's free pickup service and this company was great. They called 15 mins before arriving for pickup and were extremely friendly and efficient. The quote was lower than expected (paid a little less than $100 when I was quoted $150+ by other companies for a 5'x3'x2' couch) and the employees were easily able to carry it down a flight of stairs. 5 star price and people!

I contacted a another company. The other business did not show at time given. I called this other company Three times. No solution to my requests. I then called Two Men and a Junk Truck. This company appeared on time. The 3 gentlemen were polite, well trained and finished the job with respect to my home. Highly recommend this company. Thank you to the 3 men!!!!

Scheduling was a bit of a challenge. Twice canceled and rescheduled. The first time was at the very end of the day, but the second time we were rescheduled was done a day ahead of time. Seems like they tend to overbook their teams. The actual team doing the removal were top-notch. Polite and efficient. Really great to interact with them. 5 stars for them!

My entire experience with “Two Men and a Junk Truck” was outstanding. Making the appointment was simple and clear. A time was set to give me an estimate in just a few days. The Two Men let me know when they were in my area and could come over in 20 minutes. They arrived right on time and proved to be friendly and capable. We agreed on what furniture they would take and we agreed on a very fair price. After the payment was made, my chairs were taken away with no muss, no fuss. Smiles and handshakes all around. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

You get a morning or afternoon time slot but what I love is the driver calls you the day of and let’s you know when they will arrive. The were fast efficient and super friendly. They give you your quote before starting and accept credit/debit cards.

Sean and Lauren came in and removed a freezer, commercial steam table and grill with ease and expertise. They were a great team and did it in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
