Ezri is absolutely fantastic!!! I purchased a headlamp bulb, was not able to open the cap because it was so tight and it was in the most inconvenient place to get to and he opened it for me and even replaced the it for me!!! Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you! I found my new auto parts store.
I try to do some of my repairs on my Dodge truck and Honda Element. The staff here has been consistently helpful and had any needed parts. Most recently I went in on a rainy day and asked about some wiper blades. Kevin suggested some that happened to be on sale and even installed them that day. They work great!
I stopped by late Friday night and was helped by a very knowledgeable person at the counter. I needed a $3 oil drain plug washer and she took the time to hunt it down. The store was clean and well organized. They even carry boating and ATV parts. Pretty impressive.
Paul at Weaver Auto Parts - Odana Rd. has helped me as novice auto restorer many times over the years and goes out of his way to do things right. Today I stopped at Midwest Engine Repair on Milw. Street (much closer to my house) and the guy there spent 10 minutes explaining why he couldn't do the job, so I drove across town to Weaver and Paul told me what he needed to do and called later that day to let me know the work was done. Paul's a Can-Do person, such a rarity.
Wrong bulbs: Looking for front turn indicator bulbs for 2008 Honda Odyssey. Nice enough people but had trouble finding the correct bulbs and in the end sold me the wrong bulbs. Back to NAPA on University or Auto Zone on Verona Road. Won't go back.
To be fair, I have always turned to we Weaver auto parts for what I need for my car or truck. Always welcomed the small business feel and the friendly, competent service. In the last three weeks, however, I have been in there twice and each time there were have been employees without masks. When I asked why they are not wearing masks, The gentleman said “I have sinus problems.....and so does she” referring to the woman employee without a mask.
I’m gonna call BS on this one! “Sinus problems” is a thinly veiled way of saying, “I just don’t care enough about you to inconvenience myself.” That’s the last time I will shop at Weaver on Odana Road.

Poor. Bought a reman power steering pump. Paint hid all the mating surfaces on top. Marred and gouged. Leaked like a sieve. Could they make me a return customer? Nope. No help there.
The staff at this location are very knowledgeable on all makes and models of vehicles. Always friendly and glad to help. I have no problem driving the 45 minutes it takes me to get to this location because of there awesome service.
These guys went above and beyond. I needed a new bulb for my headlight and they helped me get the right one and gave me the tip not to touch it with my hands or the oil from my skin willmake the bulb burn out faster. Then when I was in the parking lot trying to take off my headlight to put the new bulb in, they case out and showed me how to replace the bulb without taking off the whole thing! This really made the day of a car illiterate fellow! Thank you so much!
Got the wrong brake light earlier in the day on a Saturday. Went to exchange it arriving at the store at 4:50 PM, but, they were closed even though they are supposed to be open until 5:00 PM on Saturdays according to their website and the sign on the door.

Weaver saved our vacation. Quick story...
While driving from Illinois to northern Wisconsin, my husband and I had both of our wiper blades tear at night while it was snowing. With limited visibility, we were forced to exit at Madison. We drive a Range Rover, and spent almost 2 hours trying different auto parts stores in the Madison area. No stores carried the part or were willing to help us figure out what to do with our wiper blades.
And then we called Weaver. The owner Leon was able to disassemble our wiper blades, disassemble a set they had on their shelves, and fit the blades onto our wiper assembly. Not only that, but the wiper blades and service cost us half as much as new wipers would have cost. Leon and Weaver Auto Parts saved our vacation. It's the friendliness and willingness to help and service people that makes small businesses great, and this company is no exception.
Very bad experience with this company. after a week of placing an order, the salesperson Michael Ray got back to me saying the order was cancelled without his knowledge, he then requested for my card information once again in order to reorder my parts and refused because the old order has not been refunded. It has beeen extremely difficult to reach him ever since but he was easy to reach when I first ordered for my parts. my money has still not been returned to my account after 3 weeks. I just discovered their bad rating at the Better Business Bureaux. BBB

I called on the phone before I came in to see if they had what I needed. They were helpful on the phone and did indeed have it in stock! Great experience overall, fair prices.
Everyone is very helpful but Paul and Matt are my "go to" guys, very sharp and since I'm very picky that's important to me. I refer these guys to anyone I come across that needs help with auto parts and many times machining services. One of the best parts houses in Madison!
p.s. Who cares about appeal, it' a parts house. I don't need or want fancy just excellent product and service, they give both!
