Couldn't have been better. They gave me a price over the phone, set an appointment and came and got the car. The tow truck driver was kind and loaded the car in less than 5 minutes.
I've been going with this business sense 80s took in copper had 2 big buckets 1 bucket was 63lb of blue copper there lb19 no what got my biggest attention the bucket of red copper was 141lb there lb was103 not cool disappointed 😒
I had an awful experience with this metal recycling company. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful from the moment I walked in. They made me feel like I was a nuisance for simply asking questions about their services. Customer service was practically non-existent, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. It’s clear they don’t value their customers at all. I will definitely not be returning and do not recommend this business to anyone looking for professional and respectful service.

Had to sell a junk car. Called around and All Metals gave the best price. Scheduling was quick and easy. Marty came by to pick up the car, you couldn't find a nicer guy. All and all a great experience, I wish more businesses were ran with such care and respect these days. Would certainly recommend.

Called All Metal to have my old vehicle removed. Had to leave a voice-mail, as when I called it was closed. The very next morning they returned my call, and within 2 hours Marty was here to pick it up!

As difficult as it was to say goodbye to our beloved minivan, Ol' Blue, I'm so glad that we called All Metals Recyling. From my first inquiry call with AJ, to rescheduling the pick up with Cory (to give the kids a few more days with her to enjoy one last Charlie Brown movie and DQ car picnic), to a confirmation call with Sidney, and finally, the pick up service with Marty, our experience with All Metals Recycling was PHENOMENAL. AJ, Cory, and Sidney were friendly, helpful, and specific on the phone (I got a quote for putting our minivan down on the first call with AJ, and it was generous considering our van had 254L+ miles on it). Marty was super friendly to my girls and me knowing how sad we were...and he was swift with loading Ol' Blue up on the truck bed. He handled Ol' Blue with TLC and promised us he would take good care of her on the trip to All Metals (with my nudging). After a quick inspection, paid me the full quoted price on the spot. Straightforward and easy to work with! I called to have my car junked and felt I was a given very fair price! They scheduled for the next morning and arrived exactly on time. Marty from All Metals Recycling is one of the nicest people I’ve met. I’ve never had to scrap a car, but calling and scheduling was super easy and took probably 2 min. I pay AAA for a membership but they wouldn’t tow it from the dealership and it was just a hard time in general loosing my vehicle so the fact that they came and got it was a life saver. I was able to schedule a pick up the day after I called! Marty was so professional and kind and even removed my plates. I didn’t even think about taking those. He even waited 15 minutes while I cleaned out my vehicle and we had a really nice conversation. Hopefully I’ll never have to do it again but if I do I will definitely be contacting all metals recycling. With all the stress of losing a vehicle I thought I would’ve been crying the whole time put my experience was 100% better because of Marty! Thank you
