Winter Battery Blues means our battery died while out shopping. It failed starting with both our boost-charger & a friendly guy helping us try to charge. I assumed it was alternator or starter. We called Liberty and Taylor arrived sooner than the estimated time. He first tried his larger jump-pack with multiple connection attempts, no luck. He decided to pull out the truck's charger, and that did the trick. Saved us a tow and got us going, advised us we'll probably need a new battery. Super friendly guy, appreciated his help. This is the third experience with Liberty over the years and they've always been professional and efficient.

Jose was a wonderful driver who helped me get me and my car to a tire shop with about an hour's notice. He was very kind and helpful and I would definitely use Liberty Towing again!

They were super professional and speedy! "Jose but call me Jos-B" got my flat changed in below freezing temps and even filled my spare tire with air so I'd make it to the tire store. Thank you!

Great service all around! Liberty was willing to tow my motorcycle on a super-cold winter day—many local tow companies won’t do that. Dan was able to fit the tow in the next day, for a fair price. Jacob took perfect care of my motorcycle, and clearly knows his bikes!

My car died during this winter weather and couldn’t get to start so I called liberty towing, was told I’d have to wait a bit because they were busy. I did have to wait an hour but was able to get the car home and safe. I never got the operators name but he was very kinda and helpful. He was in and out in 10mins. Overall this will my go to place if I am ever in need of towing assistance.

My son’s friend was over due when he called saying he was out stuck in a corner field. When we got there it was clear the situation called for a professional. We started making phone calls. Needed a tow and wasn’t sure where to call so after a quick google search called Liberty. My call was answered right away and with just a few questions they said someone would be out with a couple of hours. That was fine with me but someone showed up within 30 minutes. Even better! Price was reasonable, car was loaded quickly, and now it’s getting fixed. Helped take a stressful situation and make it just a little bit easier.

This was my first time using Liberty Towing, and they made the entire experience incredibly easy from start to finish. My call was answered right away, and everyone I spoke with was so helpful and patient as I figured out where to have my vehicle towed after discovering it had a flat tire the night before. I had left the car in a restaurant parking lot overnight, and the tow truck driver even stopped by my house to pick up my keys — truly above and beyond what I expected. had my truck broke down with the storm we had to call Smith towing to help us out they told us!!! they were busy then we call Liberty towing services in tthisshow up immediately in less than an hour we try to do the right thing we call the city to let them know that we are having a truck problem but we figured out and we have delivery towing coming in like 20 minutes all the sudden couple officers show up and we tell them that probably Liberty towing should be here in about 15 minutes and they immediately called Smith towing!! all the sudden they weren't busy anymore !! they showed up in like 10 minutes They tried to take our truck so they can charge us just to towing it literally a few miles away!!! We got so lucky because the guy from Smith towing didn't want to mess with the truck the plow and the Salter saying his truck wasn't big enough but the officer didn't want to just let it go! Then they went to talk in private!! Because the officer really won them to take our truck!! Lucky us Jacob from Liberty towing services show up in like 5 minute after the guy from Smith towing!!! ( With a similar truck truck side) We have to wait until finally the officers Let It Go and let Jacob from Liberty towing services do his job and take our truck to the shop and did an amazing job that guy is a pro!!! I had a flat tire and could not replace the spare because I had the wrong tools. I called 2 other places before trying Liberty because I knew they were located on the other side of town. The first company I couldn't get past their phone menu, the second company quoted me a price 3 times higher than I expected. Liberty answered the phone quickly and got my information. Taylor arrived in about an hour was professional and efficient. The process was painless. He aired up my spare and put it on for $90. I think that is very reasonable. I won't hesitate next time I need road side assistance.

Called 11/28/25 for a tow from Madison to Janesville. Got a quick quote, and they had a driver dispatched within a half hour. Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Got my truck home before impending snow storm. Thanks!

I want to personally thank Liberty towing for the prompt service and advise that the tow truck driver gave me. I ended up having a flat tire on the side of i-90 and was waiting an hour and a half for another tow company to call me back to tell me they didn't have my tire. So I was able to get a hold of Liberty towing and was towed within the next 30 minutes to tires Plus in Madison. When the tow truck driver dropped the car he noticed that I had another bad tire and I was able to get that taken care of and fixed right away to be safely put back on the road . It was a great end to a very scary situation.

I highly recommend Liberty Towing. My daughter got into an accident recently and the vehicle was picked up right away (during a Packers game on a Sunday night). The person that answered the phone, and the driver that showed up, were incredible. The driver instantly helped make my daughter feel better about the situation, and he also helped me with the best course of action to take. Not only are they a quality company, they have amazing employees that truly care. A+ experience. A+ company. A+ employees.

First time ever needing a tow truck if I ever need another one I don't know how they could live up to the experience I had today. I was so scared stuck on the on ramp to 90 and Taylor was so calm, helpful efficient and safe. He was there so quickly and went above and beyond to get me off the highway.

Dispatch sent a front lift truck after i told them the car was lowered 2.5 inches and would need a flat bed, showed up 30 minutes late and the excuse was they were busy. then took another 40 to get me a flatbed truck. Disappointing service but drivers were very helpful and careful with my car

Absolutely the best experience with a tow company I have ever had. Wonderfully friendly lady that took my call, super professional driver, response time of less than 30 minutes for a 2 hour haul. They went FAR above and beyond to help me and my four legged passengers. If you need a tow this is the place to call!!

We had a 1976 Chevy Tioga RV that had been sitting at the back of our property for 20+ years. My friends at Redline Auto Care in Mazomanie, WI and I were able to get the vehicle to the road (tediously) over the course of several days and some careful planning. I called 8 (yes, 8) different towing companies asking if they would tow it to no avail. One said that they "don't tow vehicles prior to 1981 or older." Kind of weird, but yeah, anyways... I called Liberty Towing and Dan helped to guide me through the whole process. He had me contact All Metals Recycling to ask if they would accept it, which they stated they would. Called Dan back, he had an opening for the next morning at 8:30AM. Tow truck arrived, we filled the back tires which were a little low and got it safely to All Metals Recycling. We didn't have a title or registration, so Dan asked me the day before to write up a "surrender" notice that we were surrendering the vehicle to Liberty Towing and then to All Metals Recycling. Everything worked out great and I would definitely recommend Liberty Towing to anyone who may need a helping hand. They certainly made my day and got me to the point where I could breathe a real sigh of relief.
