Took in my Toro rear propelled mower. Sometimes would start, but others times would not...James thought it was the automatic choke... Ran well at first but seemed out of sync...He took the time to fix the timing Correctly.. very knowledgeable ...

Told me there's a issue with my clutch and engine readjusted the valve and checked the clutch the clutch was fine after re adjusted thr valve and pull worked just fine and starts good this guy gave me bad advice I had to pay him 25$ for his advice which was a waste of the time very non intelligent person when it comes to preador engine stick to lawn mowers and one other issue I fixed was carb wasn't fully plugged in so he can keep his 25 dollars old man ?

If I remembered what was not provided by you to a 5 star level 7 years ago, in another state, I would be able to better respond to your.... 7 years later response.

I was right in the middle of one of the first mowings of the season when my mower died. I talked to James at Heaven Sent and he said I could bring it right over. He was able to find the problem and fix it with the tuneup that it needed. He also educated me on proper, lawnmower care, especially clean gas, and using it up in a short amount of time. I then decided to take my gas pressure washer over to him that hasn’t worked in two years. I figured it was probably the same kind of issue. Sure enough! James was willing to do it right away. He was done in 40 minutes. I was so grateful! We were able to get our patio done that weekend. His pricing is very reasonable as well. Thank you, James!

Called James today to fix a lawn mower because we had read good reviews on Yelp. He has an extremely convenient service where he will come by your house and fix the lawn mower on the spot. He was here within an hour. His prices are very reasonable for the service. He is friendly and very knowledgable. I am very happy with the results. I will definitely be using him again. So much easier than folding up the lawn mower, loading it in the car, driving to shop and leavening it the for a week.

James, the owner of Heaven Sent, is an honest businessman who fixed my battery- powered lawnmower today. I could not be more pleased. I looked online for assistance and others had similar issues with this mower, a Worx brand. I really like this mower but after 3-4 years it suddenly wasn't working. I described the problem to James over the phone, drove up to Lynwood from SE Seattle at 10:30AM, and by 2:30PM THAT SAME DAY I had a working mower with a sharpened blade! James is the kind of handyman who understands how to fix things the old fashioned way- by actually understanding how the various components parts should work and operate. It was well worth the trip.

Well I'm writing another post because the owner deleted my post about this place being run by the most unprofessional and rude person in the entire world. Obviously he us just trying to hide how he treats people. He treats everyone horribly and when they say something he is super rude and uses unnecessary language, or completely tells them not to come in anymore, trust me no one wants to anyways, he deserves to get shut down! Called us names for writing a bad review, but if you treat people poorly they are going to say something about it. Don't waste your time here until someone learns some professional ways to act. :)

Rubbish Items and Lies. I was lied to in order to make a purchase and when it did not work I called back and they said all sales are final. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone today was the same individual who helped me yesterday where he pointed out to me that the weed wackers inside the shop were not ready. So, on my way out I noticed another bin of weed wackers outside of the shop. I asked if these worked, he said yes. I then asked if they are all gas operated and he said yes. He even went on to say he added new tubes/hoses within the weed wacker (and why would someone do that if they don't know if the machine works or not before hand?) itself. However today, 15 hours later, his story has completely changed. He claims he said nothing is guaranteed to work. I reminded him of everything he said and pointed out how he even went on about new hoses & that his statements induced me to purchase this. His response? Just more yelling, denials and the eventual "Fine, just bring it back in!" while HANGING UP THE PHONE. Pathetic experience with rubbish products ... take your time & money elsewhere. Oh, and all of this is over $11; sigh.
