Corey was very friendly and very skilled, he stayed overtime to make sure I was taken care of and checked in to make sure everything was OK after my car was dropped off at the mechanic. Would highly recommend this service for any towing calls at odd hours - having had a couple car emergencies late at night or on holidays, AK towing has very reasonable rates without “after hours” upcharges.

Corey came out to jump my battery. Turned out to be a loose battery cable and a loose wire to the alternator. Terrific job diagnosing and correcting the problems! Much appreciated!

Mike was great when he came to help me with my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He was also very efficient. I think my spare was put on in about 15 mins. It was dark and cold so I really appreciated him being speedy. Thanks Mike. I would definately highly recommend him to anyone.

Corey did a flat tire service forme. It was night time,pouring down rain. He showed up with the most positive attitude. He got right to work and within 15 minutes was done. The tire was flat. I had trouble replacing the flat with a spare one in the dark. AK Roadside came to the rescue. After a short time waiting after the initial request, Mike showed up and did a fantastic job, helped me get back on the road very quickly.

We just want to say Super Big Thanks to Sam and his partner with AK Roadside & Towing! They came out to us pretty late into the evening were also super quick. Maybe less than an hour! We weren’t able to change out a busted and shredded up tire. We tried to do it ourselves but realized quickly we needed a key for it. They quickly and efficiently took off the bad tire, replaced it with the tire we had. Absolutely handled that without any hitches and very smoothly. To anyone needing their services we highly recommend them. Fully prepared, very polite, very kind, and a super good job, well done! Thanks AK Roadside and Towing.

These guys are great. Really friendly. Through. Actually seemed to care and fixed our battery not once but twice because we didn’t drive it long enough. Really appreciate their attitude and good service. I see why they have such good reviews.

Michael was very helpful at the Issaquah_Commons. He called me twice to tell me how many minutes away he was and helped me understand better where to find the correct metal to try to hook the grounding wire too and made sure my car was running well before he left and even followed with his truck when I got out on the road to get back onto the freeway to make sure the car was running okay and the service was quick and done well. He took a time also to use a dry cloth to wipe out the fuse box area that we had used to do the jump on. They were concerned if I was in a safe place. I would recommend them again. I initially had called through AAA.

Mike rescued me at 8:30 at night on a Sunday night out in the middle of nowhere! From the moment he called me to let me know he was on his way he was extremely confident and said you would be there in approximately 19 minutes, according to his GPS. I wanted to hear a sooner time, but he did not overpromise and that was deeply appreciated. I set my phone timer to 19 minutes and he drove up in 17 minutes and 30 seconds! Also, as soon as he got there, he took charge and immediately checked my spare for air and then proceeded to change out the tire and have me on my way in less than 10 minutes! Not only that, but with a smile on my face. I had a truly excellent experience!

AK Roadside & Towing was amazing! I had Mike as my dispatcher; he was quick, communicative and friendly. It made my unfortunate blown out tire by the highway a lot less stressful. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of Roadside assistance or towing in an emergency!

Literally just had Corey help me and he was great. I had a flat tire and he was an effective communicator about time, instructions, location that the car would be towed, etc. He was also kind and understanding which is what you need when you have a flat tire at night.

Corey of AK Roadside was very professional and skilled. He also did a great job communicating his arrival time and informing me when the towed vehicle would reach it's final destination.

We had a great time with our driver. Corey was great. We were laughing when we got dropped off. We heard all about him growing up. Where he lived and his dog. He know so much about everything. I was left by my first Tow truck. For having a load on my truck. He came and fixed all the things that were not tied down properly. He walked around the truck and made everything all right. He loaded up my truck and we were off down the freeway to home. He entered the GPS and were off. He even offered to let us eat. Even drive through. But we just wanted to go home. He put the truck in the driveway with prosition it was perfect. Thanks Corey it was great.

I hope this is the right location to leave a review. Took a short trip down the road and on the way back, my car was leaking fluids from the front end and temp was climbing, steam coming from the hood. I pulled over when the alert sound started and opened my hood to my engine bay being soaked with liquid. One of your drivers named Nick had been driving by and stopped to check on my situation, out of the kindness in his heart. He was able to help me see what the culprit was (detached radiator hose). Unfortunately he did not have the right tools to help get the hose back on, but still restored some faith in humanity. Too many people drive by without offering to help in many scenarios. I am grateful for Nick stopping to see if he could assist. I will never forget your kindness. Safely home now after my neighbors came to help with the right tools. Praise the lord!

Corey was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable. He kept me updated the whole time, carefully diagnosed my tire issue, and showed me I didn’t need a costly replacement. Thanks to his experience with the gas station’s air machine, he quickly figured out the real problem and saved me a lot of stress. Highly recommend his help.

Corey was amazing and was able to tow when 2 other towing places could not. It was a difficult job and he made it easy. Payment was easy w instant receipt and he sent photos of dropping the car at dealership. Also was familiar w process like its been done hundreds of times Very professional even had headlights and lights w uniform. Felt like the Fire Department or Doctors arrived to safe people !!!!
