These guys are top notch, I have dealt with a few different tow yards and these guys are responsive, professional, and very reasonable on price. If you need a tow, these are the guys to call. I needed 5 cars moved (not all easy to access) and they treated them all with care and were able to pull off the impossible in getting them. I will recommend these guys to anyone needing cars moved or picked up.

My 1992 Lexus got towed to this yard after an accident. I have a friend who owns a tow company so he towed the car out to my house the next day. I waited a few weeks for him to get spare parts for the car, assuming he had the key. After he got the spare parts, he towed it back to his shop and told me he needed me to leave out the key. I was very surprised when he told me he never got the key from Wallys. So I called Wallys and the same guy I dealt with was EXTREMELY ADAMANT and very rude that he “gave the key back”, which he did NOT. Just like most tow yards, these guys are serious scum bags. STAY AWAY AND BEWARE!

My car broke down in the middle of the road on Luckacuck, and Chris from Wally’s towing happened to be driving by. He went out of his way to stop and help boost my car, and stopped traffic to make sure I was able to bring my car off the road, thank you Chris amazing customer service

Slow service and Call back , come to find out I paid a premium in comparison to other companies. Un professional and it’s almost as if the flat bed driver didn’t know what he was doing. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had a great experience with Wally’s Towing a few days ago. My car battery died while I was driving and I punctured a tire swerving off the road. Kevin towed my car back to my apartment as well as gave me a ride. He was friendly and gave great advice on how to fix my car. He also gave me a huge discount which REALLY helped me out. Should I need a tow truck again, I’ll definitely be calling Wally’s.

This company is a scam. Tried to get us to pay for a “delinquent” payment, when we have never had a vehicle towed, ever. They Listed off a dozen addresses, non of which we have lived at and then told us because we refuse to pay the balance (which we offered to pay by they refused to give us any info) on a vehicle that didn’t belong to us then told us to find another company and hung up on us.

These guys were easy to work with and super helpful after my car was stolen, recovered, and brought to their yard. Bryan was willing to cover up a broken window for me to protect the inside against the elements. Amidst a really stressful process of dealing with the theft and coordinating with insurance, a small gesture like that really helped and brought me some relief and just one less thing to worry about. Thanks so much, sir!

They took good care of my vehicle after it was totaled in rear end accident. Always responsive when calling, patient ,and understanding. Tow yard is secure day and night. Only dislike was that Liberty mutual insurance took a week and a half to remove it.

We drove our car into a ditch and we were so lucky that Wallys Towing was open. Not only that, but the guy helping us, Ryan, was amazing and super nice! He was super quick at his job and our car was not damaged at all! I really recommend this company to anyone with any car needs, and I will definitely call them again if I ever need to tow my car.

These guys are great, I've used them to move some of my non running vehicles around, but needed them big time when my F-550 died on I-5 S and was a foot and a half into the slow lane with cars, trucks and semi's zipping by at 60 MPH crazy close to my truck. Ryan showed up ontime called WSDOT and got a lane closure going immediately and got us all safely off the freeway. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Do not use this business. I made arrangements to have my sons car picked up from our house. They said it was no problem that we would not be home. They gave me a time frame of 10-3. I checked with the person they would be delivering it to. That time frame worked for him. I gave them the address and phone number and told them to give him the keys. They left the car at the wrong address, unlocked with the keys in it. Then they said they went out of their way to help me. HELP ME!!! I paid you and you didn't do the job correctly.

Richard was amazing! The truck was clean, he was extremely professional and they showed up with about 15 minutes of our initial call. He stuck around after we got to Les Schwab and just chatted with us; something that is missing from a lot of the service industry today! I strongly recommend calling them for whatever you need! Simply put, they rock!

Best company around. I own a shop and I even struggled to get a tow on a cube van. Either everyone was to expensive or couldn't do it. Due to its size and weight. Im very glad these guys could do it and on top even was able to do a schedule unlike any other company. Will always be my first call and I will always refer them to anyone. Thank you guys.

Wally's Towing is awesome! Fast friendly and affordable service very professional. I had a vehicle to move when I called their quote was 50% less than everyone else in the area. They were at the location in less than an hour Richard very polite and friendly for the small amount of time I spent with this man I would give him 100% he went the extra mile and put the vehicle exactly where I wanted it and it was a bit of a tight fit. Had to have my car towed, they were extremely prompt and quick, and the driver was super nice and friendly. The operator as well was super helpful. Also extremely careful with my car and did not damage anything. Fast, efficient and affordable. 10/10 would recommend!!

Excellent Service from Ryan! Manhandled my heavy 750 Honda onto the flatbed and even wheeled it into my parking spot when we got it home. I was having a bad day, dealing with my stolen motorcycle, police, etc., so it was very nice to have an easy experience getting my bike home. Thanks Ryan.

I was far down in the list, so it took a little longer than the estimated time, but it was well worth the wait! Got my van out from a tight garage with minimal room for the truck to maneuver and did it fast and professionally. Great service.

Wally's Towing saved my Christmas. They helped get me and my car home safe and couldn't have been nicer. They also gave me fantastic advise on what to do next with my car. Will be using their service again when ever the needs comes again!

Ryan was awesome!! Called for a tow and was given an ETA of 90 minutes but much to my delight he came after only 60! Instead of towing my car like I had requested he was able to jump it and only charged me 50 bucks when this was after-hours, saving me a lot of time and money. Highly recommend this company, great experience!

Kevin and Brandon both responded quickly to my call for help New Years Day/Evening. Incredibly friendly, professional and happy to help, I couldn't believe my good fortune to have them there in my extreme time of need. Using to different towing trucks and coming out on a holiday evening I was shocked by the low rate I was charged for what to me was a very scary situation. They rescued and saved my beloved Umlimited Jeep Rubicon and they are my heroes!!! Thank you Kevin and Brandon!! I would never call or recommend anyone else but Wallys Towing when needed!!!

Ryan was such a cool guy! Sometimes you can have tow truck drivers that are not very friendly, but I could tell he was dedicated to his work. He also told some really funny stories that kept me laughing the whole way to the repair shop. Nice to know there are still cool people in that field! Thanks again Ryan!!!
