Went into the business to sell some scrap, I had No.2 Copper(19 lbs.) 2 aluminum wheels Insulated copper(5lbs) Scrap aluminum(30 lbs) I already knew the weight as I weighed it at home before I went in. I gave her the scrap, as directed, she hands me a piece of paper, I go to the teller and go home. I didn pay attention to the numbers while I was there, but when I got home took a look at the paper and realized, the numbers were all off by at least 25%!!!! Pre weigh your things or bring a scale with you!!!!!!! Or they’ll try and jack u!!!!!

Ridiculous unbelievable not professional at all. Do not take your scrap here and rip you off and try to be like the police and tell you you have to have up-to-date tabs. Even if you have a trip permit.

After visiting several other yards I realized how much I love these guys. They will be getting 100% of my business from now on. I highly recommend you do the same.

This place bad, first time coming in, testing the water, if they would help know the process but they just ignore me. I basically give free metal (catalytic converter, 4 rotors two are new, and axle). I thought i gonna get something but they just ignore me and didn't let me know about the price, so I just left. Disappointed about this place.

The people here are very rude, tried to ask a question dude said I don’t care before I could even get my question out lol. What a poor way of doing business. See you soon guys!!! ?

We only got $18. for 72#s of cans. The younger middle aged employees are nice enough. The older Asia man in charge was rude. Wasn't worth it.

I may be biased towards this location because it's the nearest to me and I haven't ever recycled metal anywhere else. But overall, I enjoy the reliability and customer service they provide. Hard working family and employees. Everyone smiles and is happy to help. Thank you!

I will never take anything to this place again. They only gave me about half of what Schnitzer Steel normally gives me for my recycle. They are very picky about a little bit of screws and handles in the brass and gave me a extra lousy price on my brass. Shop around! Get a price before you give them your salvage!

Decent place but if you want to drop off washers and dryers they charge you 10 bucks each and cash only. Waste management takes them for free two miles down the road.

Good news is that if you were looking for scrap material you can purchase from them. They don’t just take in. However, if they don’t weigh their material before they charge you. You were most likely pay a little bit more if you’re nearby in a pinch I need a piece of steel. good place to go.

Would Rate a Zero Star if possible, They are taking advantage of being in the city and paying pennys for the metal they receive with zero pricing available ahead of time. They then refuse to refund and return said metals. DO NOT GO TO THIS FOR METAL RECYCLING ONLY BRING GARBAGE . Not even 10 Cents a LB for over 500lbs of metal. Cost more in gas and labor than what they paid.

Don’t bother dropping anything off if you expect to get paid for your metal. Showed up and dropped off about 100lbs of steel. They told me to put it in a box then afterwards told me they don’t buy and that this is a donation scrap centre. Waste of time and energy.

Extremely rude! Called I was polite just had a question and the guy hung up on me. I am the calmest guy but I wouldn't mind slapping the punk that I talked to.

If I could give them 0 stars I would the website said they were open drove all the way there to find them closed with a sigh saying closed at 4:30. I got there at 1:30. Very unprofessional would not recommend this place to anymore.

I sold scrap copper and brass here. The process was easy and staff were helpful and friendly. Plus I got paid more than I thought I would.

Folks, near and far, make the trip right here for your recycling. I have to give a shout out. If Mike is working shake his hand and let him know he's appreciated. Knowledgeable, honest, hard-working, friendly, I'm going to run out of words in this post with quality things to say...I'll tie this review in a bow with a quote I found myself saying out loud, in m car as I drove away today (I was by myself in the car btw ?) "Man, I can't wait until I get to come back!" Financial benefits aside, it's the first class experience that left me feeling good, and has all summer long.

Always good service and fair prices. I am in hvac and scrap a lot of copper/aluminum, electric motors and compressors. I have been going there since 2018 and have always been happy with them.

Took 800#'s of steel, all clean, painted and got $16. According to web steel goes for $140 per ton. Got totally ripped off. They just wave at you wildly, point to read signes and give you nothing for the metal. Total disappointment.

It's my go to scrap yard. A full service megalopolis featuring the menagerie of everything steel. A quantum physicists dream, a welders supply, an industrial artists aesthetic, a quantum leap compared to all them other afficionados. Yeah sure, you betcha!! Take that to the bank.

They're very nice and there Price's are better than any other recycling center. On average around 30 to 40 cents more on copper, brass and aluminum. United and Marysville recycling centers will lie and pay less. I have took my stuff there for more than a year, about 25 times, and never felt that I was being decieved. Thanks.

I been here plenty many times for years. And I agree with the other people reviews... The scale is some times whacked out or some pretty shady scale transaction. Only some times. 1 negative moment. I brought bags of crushed cans. They only wanted to give me $11. I didn't want to do the deal and took the cans back. I went straight to Seattle downtown scrap yard and they gave me over $30. But I tried this event again and not really gained, lynnwood offered $9, Seattle gave me $12.

Not the best prices i've ever gotten, they definately watch the market for any drops. The staff is polite and generally helpful. They have a decent collection of bicycles and hover round parts

I usually take my crushed soda cans here for recycling and have received $40-43 for a little more than 4 huge garbage cans full. This last trip, I received $10 for the same amount of crushed cans. When I asked why the amount was dropped so low, they said recycling prices for aluminum has dropped drastically. I would have taken them back, but they had already mixed them with others and was moving the bin away. I will not return!! I don't believe the prices dropped that dramatically. Balongy.

Worst place to go around lynnwood. This shop has a scale that they have setup to make it so they pay less for it than shown. I brought 100 lbs of copper they wanted to give me 100 dollars for it so i packed my pile up and then took the same amount to ace where they weighed it and it was 119 lbs. They offered me 165$ for the same pile of copper where lynnwood recycle tried out cheat me out of 65$ and 19 lbs of copper somehow wouldn't show up on their scale. This is just a place full of crooks and cheats. Go to ace metals in mukilteo instead. They pay fairly and they give you the actual weight instead of using a rigged scale. I won't ever use this place again. Ace metals or if you want to go to Lake stevens but ace is the next best

Friendly and helpful. Was very happy with the first load @ .24 second load of same material but not clean was .02 per pound. Receipt was for iron. A really heavy magnet barely stuck so it wasn't iron. Not sure if it was a fair price or not. Probably best to get a quote up front. In fairness I was ready to take whatever they offered rather than disassemble the heavy parts. The first load was right in line price wise.

I was robbed by this place, blatantly and I am going back there and calling the police to press charges for fraud and theft. Dont let them take the metal after weighing it until you see the totals and the receipt for how much you will be getting. They lied to my face about the weights the prices and the rules. Total theives and liars..
