WOW!!!! This place is amazing! They sell very reasonably priced lift kits and will also install them as well. Got our 4Runner lifted for a very reasonable price! Thank you guys!

I had an extremely poor experience with this business. I brought in my lifted truck to have the lift removed. I was quoted $3,389 for parts only and was clearly told that no additional costs would be required. After payment was made, I was later contacted and informed that additional funds were needed to purchase more parts, directly contradicting the original agreement. I objected to this unexpected increase, as it was not disclosed or authorized beforehand. When I went to retrieve my vehicle, the staff behaved in an unprofessional and hostile manner. I requested a refund since no work had been performed and no parts had been installed. The business refused to issue a full refund and only returned $1,800, without providing a clear explanation or itemized accounting for the remaining balance. Additionally, my vehicle was returned in worse condition than when it was dropped off. When I attempted to seek clarification When I tried to understand why, one of the employees started yelling at me Please save yourself the stress, time, and money. I do not recommend this place.

I went in to Total Off-road to buy my son some sideboards, I knew nothing about them. These men were so patient with me, in finding me the right ones. Thank you for the service you provided for me. My son will be getting his sideboards for Christmas. Great place to shop.

I had high hopes for great work to be completed at this location. Unfortunately, the final results were less than desirable. I had over $5,400 worth of wok done and have found several issues that are disappointing. First, the attention to detail was pretty low to include cutting my inner wheel well plastics for unknown reasons instead of just removing them for the install. It looks like it was cut by a 5th grader with a sawzall. Second, using zip ties in several locations where bolts and fasteners should have been re-used. Third, not adding grease to any of the joints in the brand new steering components via the zerk fitting and then having me drive 500 miles. Finally, and the the biggest issue was a terrible alignment job that ended up ruining my front wheel bearings within a week and a half. I made them aware of the bad alignment since the truck was pulling extremely hard to the right from the moment l picked it up. l was advised to just drive it for the recommended 500 miles and they would check it then. Now l have to purchase two new wheel bearings, have them installed and have another alignment done on my dime, costing over $1,000 at Les Schwab. It now drives at it should thanks to Les Schwab. It really feels like l got the raw end of this deal, but they gladly took my money.

We had a leaking axel seal on our 2001 Toyota Tundra that we dropped off to be serviced. After picking up the truck we noticed issues with the brakes. The ABS was engaging when it shouldn't have, any slow stop or light application of the brake pedal, the ABS would engage. It didn't have this issue before being serviced and we know they had to disengage the brakes to do the seal replacement, so we gave them a call and we were told to drop it off again and they would look at it. We stopped by the following Saturday during business hours to find they were closed. There was no note on the door, no recorded message on their phone line, no post on social media. We waited for about 20 minutes in case it was a lunch break or something. Within that time 3 other customers came by, one couple drove from Issaquah. Needless to say, not very happy. We left our truck behind using the key drop and left a voicemail stating that we were leaving the truck behind to be looked at, per our phone conversation earlier in the week. Mid day Monday we hadn't heard anything, so we gave them a call to follow up. We were told it was all good and were given the same quote for unrelated work when we had initially picked up the truck after the axel seal work. We asked if the ABS issue was resolved, and we were told they hadn't looked into it, which was the whole point of dropping it off the 2nd time. No word by the end of business Monday, so Tuesday we gave them a call to find out the status. They said they bled the brake system and it was once again good to go. We picked up the truck today and after about 5 minutes down the road, the ABS engages again and now the truck pulls to the left. Fed up, we drove another 7 minutes down the road to Les Schwab. We gave Total Off Road a call and after being on hold for 30+ minutes, we explained the issue had not been resolved and it is once again, worse than when we dropped it off. They didn't seem to care less. Insisted they looked at it from top to bottom. I would highly recommend you avoid getting any work done at total off road. You should never leave a shop with your vehicle being in worse shape and unsafe to drive. You shouldn't have to followup every time to find out your vehicle is "ready". If you're going to close shop during business hours, the least you can do is put a sign on your door. Bad customer service all around.

I had high hopes for Total Offroad. They installed my leveling kit, 35” tires, and wheels — a big investment, and I expected quality service to match. Unfortunately, the rear shock they installed turned out to be faulty. Since then, I’ve gotten nothing but delays and excuses. They claimed the replacement Bilstein 5160 was on backorder, with no ETA, no follow-up, and no sense of urgency. I even offered to temporarily run a Bilstein 5100 while waiting, just so I wouldn’t be driving my 2025 truck with only one good rear shock. But they refused to offer any credit, refund, or return option. Instead, I was told I’d have to pay full price — as if the issue was somehow my fault. The worst part? I ended up finding the exact Bilstein 5160 they said was unavailable and got it installed elsewhere without any issues. So either they didn’t bother to look, or they simply didn’t care. Throughout this process, the staff I dealt with were brash, dismissive, and showed zero accountability. No professionalism, no ownership, and no effort to make it right. They didn’t offer any credit or refund despite the inconvenience and safety concern. I’ll be reaching out to their corporate office to see if they’re willing to step up — but based on how I was treated, I won’t be going back. I strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

They will install faulty parts and wont take accountability. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else

They forgot to put the lug nuts back in…. We took our truck in to add airbags given the weight we tow. At the end of the day my husband picked up our truck and was just about to the highway and the truck ‘broke’! He called and let them know there was an issue and they offered to cover the tow truck and he is presently waiting to be picked up.. he walked around the truck and discovered the issue, called them to tell them and they left! What in the actual hell!

Recently had lights, winch and suspension installed. Lights have not worked since install (3 in-store trips, each time fail). The suspension is clunky and not working properly (unsafe) since install. The store manager/team is not easy to work with, brash in candor. The fault is with the customer, not the store, when it comes to failure of the products they sell and install - poor attitude. I would not recommend spending your time or money with this shop - find another location and save yourself some hassle.

The staff here is excellent, especially Aaron. I had a complicated order for an SUV awning , involving backorder parts and special request parts that took over two years to fully resolve( manufacturer problems) and Aaron was totally on top of all the communication and resolution. I'm one very happy customer and would recommend this shop for your adventure vehicle gear

Collin and Aaron (spelling?) at this location were amazing and the other guys working were great too. Excellent customer service. I bought a used Bronco that this shop had done a ton of custom work on and they remembered the original owner and the work they had done on it. One of the pins from the quick disconnect light rack had broken and they were able to replace it and fix everything quickly. They show that they value their customers and take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

Collin and the team did an absolute perfect ticket on my 2015 Ram 1500... I couldn't have asked for a better experience.... My next upgrade for any vehicle will be at Total off-road....

All of the front counter crew know their stuff. I went in looking for certain items they steered me in the right direction and got me the best price possible. Then it came time to get the accessories installed they made the appointment and they got it done in a timely manner and it looked great. The technician who installed all of my accessories took the care and the time to make sure that it was done right. They definitely have won my repeat business.

Total Offroad & More really helped me out of a tough spot! I contacted Aaron Grice at the Lynnwood facility and arranged to have a set of skid plates installed on my 2023 Ford Bronco. I purchased the parts online and was only able to get two of the seven plates installed myself. I lacked the tools and the experience necessary to get the job done properly. That's where Total Offroad & More comes in. We discussed what I wanted done and they gave me a very fair price, considering the complexity of the installation. They even shaved off a little time when they were able to complete the task in less time than originally estimated! When they were through, I examined their work closely and was very satisfied with the results. The fitment was perfect and the parts looked like they had been installed at the factory, right down to the paint daubs added to the mounting hardware. Their showroom was full of components and systems to make your 4x4 perform optimally, and I was pleased to find a wide range of products from reputable vendors in their inventory. I highly recommend anyone having their vehicle serviced here. The staff is very courteous, knowledgable, and experienced. It's apparent that they are also comfortable tackling challenging projects.

Bad experience. I needed new shock bushings, so went to the store and was sold a $188 (including tax) inspection that was suppossed to be refundable as a credit toward a future service. The shop identified $6500 in recommended repairs, which seemed excessive given the state of the vehicle and overall condition of the suspension. I decided to just replace the shocks, then at checkout was told I could not use the credit unless I had all $6500 of recommended services performed. After some compaining, the representative also said it was because I had used a promotion (bought the shocks on sale on Labor Day) and that they couldn't use another. Which is it? and sorry, an inspection credit is not a promotion.

Zach at the Lynwood store was awesome to work with. I ordered a new controller for my older Smitty Built winch, that upon receipt would not work. He refunded me without any questions, and was able to hook me up with the correct controller that they just had lying around in the back, minus the rocker switch. Definitely will be going back if my wife’s Jeep ever needs any parts.

Rip off! I paid for the initial check required for a lift tires and wheels. Quote was $6k fine, seemed high but.... had the service check done then received a quote for full lift with a $3500 increase. $1k in misc parts.... when I asked what the cost was they called instead of responding to my email. A coworker had the same EXACT things done and paid a 3rd of what I was quoted. He had his lift done a couple months ago so inflation isn't to blame. Update, corporate contacted me and refunded my initial inspection fee. We will try again another 4WP shop. I will say the asst. manager also contacted me and with the misconception that there was a miscommunication because of "TRICKY" invoicing. I let corporate and the asst mgr know there was no misconception or tricky in the estimate provided, it was clear we were going to be charged $80 for lube and $1200+ in misc fees. Just a lesson that we should always double check estimates and invoices.

This place is hands down the best 4wp store I’ve been to. Evan has been nothing but helpful. We were able to order some weather tech floor mats through them and they price matched them! Definitely come here for any of your off-road/ on road needs.

I ordered some parts online for store pickup, and realized I made an error shortly after ordering. I knew I was going to have to call in next day and make a change to the order... to my surprise, I was called in the morning by 4 wheel parts, asking if I made an error and wanted to change my order. That's service; and it was appreciated not having to track that down on my lunch break.

Seriously the best service and technicians I had ever work with. My truck was done quickly and head of service time. I love the honesty of the service advisors on the front desk will definitely be coming back for my lift and rim and tires combo. If anyone is looking to get work done on their truck or jeep this is the place you need to come too.

Don’t recommend doing business with them. Having the benefit of a physical store is incredibly minimal when they don’t actually keep parts in stock at the store. I ordered $2000+ of drivetrain parts for my Wrangler, and I was assured it would arrive within 4-5 days ready for pickup, which was perfect because I really needed the parts before the end of the year, otherwise I wouldn’t have time to finish the build. The parts arrived well over 3 weeks late, with absolutely no communication or way to track my order until it arrived. I called more than once to cancel the order, but I got a voicemail recently that my informed me my parts had arrived. What? Currently sitting on hold trying to get my money back. You want a good indication of a business? This is the third call to the store that I have made with a wait time longer than 30 minutes. Currently at 36 minutes, we’ll see how much longer I have to wait. Use ANYONE else. I’ve had incredibly great customer service experiences with ExtremeTerrain, and one of their customer service reps even came in over the weekend to help me with an order.

Bought my Baja Designs Squadron Sport Amber fog lights. They also installed them and did a great job! The staff is very friendly and helpful answering questions.

Outstanding service, give me peace of mind! 150 miles mild trail drive and 1k + miles on road trip after the lift install, everything is smooth. Will be back for more mods and service in near future.

I purchased a pair of mountainoffroad JM200 through 4wd.com, which is a sister company to 4wheelparts and The mounts fit! Thank God! The JM200 bolted right in to my 1976 cj7 jeep's frame and to my V6 engine (off a 1988 S10 blazer 4.3 v6 engine Z vin TBI and th700r4 transmission and cj7 Dana 300 t-case!!!) This is the third pair of DIFFERENT engine mounts I've tried. The other mounts were weak looking and NOT one bolted in where I needed them to. And the other mounts didn't give me enough room for the front driveshaft. But FINALLY these just bolted in! And I have plenty of front driveshaft room as it lifts the engine up nicely in the engine compartment! I Love that they are not only strong and heavy duty but they are also good looking too. I still need to have them welded in. And, due to my experience of not so honest and fair auto shops, I may have to buy a mig welder and do it myself. ~Now if only MOORE made a good transmission crossmember to go with this combo.. ;) also, I tried to have a local auto repair shop install them but corey fibbed and said the jm200 brackets wouldn't fit my 76 cj7 and that he could buy another more expensive pair elsewhere. And he basically charged me for $281 to tell me this. I reviewed his "business" too

Yesterday a hose pipe at a car wash pulled my awning off my camper-van. I was supposed to meet a group for camping in an hour so I was in a panic. I called 4 Wheels Parts and Jarrett, the manager, calmly said, "Bring it in and we'll see what we can do." I arrived 20 minutes later, they drove it straight into the shop even though they were working on other vehicles, and 15 minutes later, it was reinstalled. Everyone was calm and kind, considering I arrived in a frantic state of mind. They didn't charge me a dime and I even got to my group on time! STELLAR SERVICE!!! They've got a lifelong customer in me!

Came in wanting new springs for vehicle that was sagging and had product in mind I had researched that would fix my problem. The sales person steered me to their in-house product instead quoting it would be a much better product and would fix my sagging problem. Also the quote for the install kept creeping up from the first verbal quote when I ordered the products. There was no way to schedule, lock in the pricing or pay for the install until the parts came in. So on day of install, the quote went up several hundred dollars. Springs were $350 and install was $650 so I was a bit frustrated with a bit of a last minute sticker shock when I handed over my keys for install. Paid for the installation and parts totaling $1K to find out it did nothing to fix my issue. The installer called after install and said the spring weren't rated for the install and still sagged. The sales person said sorry, no return or refunds and stated that once its installed there is nothing they can do. How can they not be held accountable for recommending a product that doesn't fix the problem. Contacted corporate with feedback knowing it wouldn't solve my problem but thought it might help them for future considerations. Did not hear back from them so leaving this comment instead. I ended up ordering the springs I came in for and installed them myself. It fixed the problem and I should have went with my instinct. I've had previous problems with this particular 4WP and a previous one in my hometown. I am done with 4WP. It's just not worth me trusting them anymore.

Avoid having 4 wheel parts installing for you if you can unless you just love their branding and logo, or your buddy works there. Bought a pretty straightforward part there. I purchased it online from 4 WHEEL PARTS. From beginning to end its clearly apparent they are making no effort to benefit the customer experience. The integration between the online and local store is seriously lacking. You have to actually wait for the part to arrive at the local shop to have an install done. The you schedule a specific time to bring in your truck and they wait 2 hours to start on it with no communication of that fact to the customer. There are local auto shops with much Better customer service than these guys. They must think they are competing with the cable company or something.

I called this store to place an order over the phone. The rep I spoke to couldn’t wait to get me off the phone and hurried through the order. He tells me it will be in stock the next day and charges my credit card. I show up and they drag out the bed cover to the front counter. I had to ask them to help carry it outside, which felt like a request they should have offered since it was a hundred pounds and an awkward box. Once we load the box into my truck I look at the packaging and see they gave the wrong product. I go back inside to speak to a rep. After waiting around for one of them to ask why I returned, I explain their mistake. I get no apology and they offer to order the correct product which won’t arrive for two more days. I asked if I could receive a discount or a gift card due to the hassle (Amazon was same price, same delivery day, and would be the correct item). Manager flat said “No” and again offered no apology for the mistake. Their customer service from my phone call to place an order, to first attempted pickup, addressing the issue, and picking up the corrected item was piss poor. While I understand mistakes occur, a solid company makes efforts for their mistakes to keep the customer. Sadly, I won’t be shopping at 4Wheel Parts again and cannot recommend them to anyone else.

I decided to take my new 2018 Tacoma TRD Off-Road to this location to get all my mods done. Jarrett, the manager, did an excellent job helping me find all the parts and accessories that I was looking for. His product knowledge is on point and customer service was top notch. I'm very happy with how my Tacoma turned out and I'll be taking my truck there for all my future mods.

I was too unsure of what I needed to buy online so I decided to buy local at 4 Wheel Parts. I asked some questions about “spring perches” and quickly realized that the person helping me knew nothing other than they exist and you should only buy what the book says is compatible. Was thrown off and decided to put in more research and buy online. I also required a set of bushings for my new springs I purchased earlier online. I give them the part number and manufacturer and they tell me they have to order and it will be in in 2 days. I agree, they ask for payment, and then go right back to what they were doing before I asked for help. I was interested in getting some new seats but the sales people did not seem interested in helping me so I decided to leave. Sad as I really wanted some new seats and was unsure of what would work best in my Jeep. I was told my part would be in on Monday by 2pm. So I call at 2:30 to be told they have received it but have not sorted out their shipment yet. I ask if I can pick it up in 30 min and was told by an irritated voice that they have a large shipment and they will call me when it’s ready to be picked up. Never received a call and decided to go in next day to pick up. Overall there sales people are rude, seem to lack interest in 4 wheeling, and give you the feeling they are there only to take your money and provide virtually no assistance. I would strongly advise everyone to spend your money elsewhere as supporting these types of shops just hurts everyone in the long run.
