Our EV was dead as a door nail in the small bay of our 3 car garage and needed to go to the dealer to be addressed. Tee came out and worked all the magic to get it out and was awesome to work with. Then took extra care when delivering at the dealership on uneven ground making for another set of tricks required to offload. The whole situation was a mess and he had a great attitude the entire time. Would 1000% recommend!

Best tow service I have ever had. I had two flats and needed a flatbed tow. I was connected with Amazon towing through my insurances roadside service. The Driver was here within 15 minutes, my car was loaded in less than 5. I was 3 minutes behind the tow truck to the tire store. By the time I arrived my car was unloaded and the driver had taken care of all of the paperwork. I was more than happy to hold the door for him as he walked out!

???????????Be aware of this company. Irresponsible driver is blocking the entrance to our property. Refuses to move 10ft backwards, advises us to wait until he is done with hooking up. As a result, we are being prevented from entering our property.

T was awesome! Nice guy who helped us out by giving us a tow/ride from a fairly busy side street in Seattle back to our home in Bothell after our truck broke down. We were coming off of I-5 S in Seattle leaking gas on an empty tank. We pulled off on a side street and Amazon Towing met us quickly in just 25 or so minutes to give us a tow back home. T was our driver and he was efficient and kind in loading up our long bed truck. He also gave my boyfriend and I a ride back at the same time and was very friendly the whole way. Driving was smooth & safe also.
