Bought two axles from their ebay affiliate "superior auto parts" and only received one. Took three days for someone to get back to me and tell me I'm wrong. Now I'm out $95 and my cars still on stands.

Bought a free spin kit for my 2003 dodge ram 2500. I get 10% better gas mileage (11.2mpg to 12.5mph haha but everybit helps) handles much better, and everything should last longer making that front not spin. Purchased from Hank. 100% would buy again from them.

Trying to figure out how they get away with these prices.. their ordering process is complex, can’t just walk in if your a local, which is not helpful then when you pay for the part, months later they will call you up and say you didn’t pay off your account. Regardless of of receipts saying I did pay in full…

Purchased a front differential in 2023 had an issue with it had to warranty it out thought that was the end of it just got a call from someone in their accounting office stating I never returned the core and that I will need to pay for the core that was returned. Be careful when dealing with this company.

We've dealt with Randy's for a long time, countless Ring and Pinion sets from Yukon, axle assemblies, Lockers, you name it. While the Yukon stuff has been pretty good, we have had nothing but issues when it comes to the customer service and "support" from Randy's. We recently had a failure on a 2012 Dually rear axle assembly they built for us. The unit has around 5k miles, its full of metal and the ring and pinion locked up on it. We paid to have the unit towed to our shop, We called Randy's and we were informed that we could buy another unit and pay to ship this one back, once they went through and deemed it a warranty issue we would get a refund, or we could pay to ship the rear end back to them, and they would go through the warranty process and fix it; then ship it back. Only then would they reimburse the shipping, labor. Not sure about the tow. Bottom line, our customers knowing that we have there back is our most important goal. So telling a customer that they will have to wait another 4-6 weeks to get them back on the road is not okay. Nor should we as an installer be out $5k to fix someone else's lack of responsibility. For the several hundred dollars in shipping, the down time, and having a truck needing to be moved around the shop with no axle, we can just rebuilt it ourselves and get our customer taken care of. At the end of the day, Randy's just like most large companies don't care about the customer or end user, they care about $$ and Processes. Here's to you Randy's, go ahead and let us shops take the hit for your lack of quality and crap customer service, I'll go throw a set of gears in a customer's truck now. =(

I had a 1955 Pontic that needed a pinion seal I gave them the year and model and a day later , I got the exact right one, I was blown away, I’ve been a fan ever since, these are the go to guys, bar none , been working with them for over 40 years and I’m so happy they are still in business ?❤️

Terrible customer service. Forgot a part, endless wait times, phone transfer after phone transfer. Defective Yukon parts straight out of the box, tried to send me to tech support.. why? I'm not sure. Should've just ordered the Chinese stuff from Amazon like normal.

Called in, for a dana 44 with 4.88 gearing, they had everything in stock. Waited 2 days to arrive at my work, and fair pricing. Great people, they're happy to help people, you get what you pay for, and so far everything is perfect. Great and acknowledgable customer service. Will call and order more parts next time. And they're local which is a huge benefit for me! Thanks to Randy's ring and pinion, and their amazing team, I am able to get my Jeep back on the road, and set in motion the cross country trip I planned.

Ordered incorrectly due to poor description. Then, in consultation with the seller, it will be returned within a specified period to the address that the seller specified under 'Seller information'. And then even though the package arrived according to the shipping company's tracking, no credit was received

The repair shop is closed down permanently. I just called today, and their voicemail explains it.

Great customer service is why the three stars but other than that 1 star, you can't just go in to the office and get parts you have to talk to some sales person before you can, what if say my problem I havent been able to find a simple seal and was hoping I could bring it in but obviously not possible..

Over the past 30 years we have used Randys with great results. However our most recent transaction was completely unsatisfactory, due incomplete kit and ridiculous hold times.
