Had two Wooden Crates and Stupid me loaded 37 k lbs in the front 20 ft of trailer, of course over Axles caught at the State Scales
Dicks Towing came Right out and moved the one Crate back several Feet to get Legal !!

Let me tell you about the worst day of my life. My dog was dying and I was rushing to the vet in my car when I went on to the highway my car ran out of gas I didn't realize it wasn't full because I was more focused on my 16 year old Chihuahua dying in my arms I got the car and I ran to the evergreen Mall Way exit and didn't make it back in time and within 15 minutes to fix towing came towards my car I called them telling them that I need the car so I get to the vet and they told me too bad I didn't have my ID was in the car and they told me about ID I can't get my ID out of the car and told me that I had to have the title. I call back 3 days later and was about to go get my ID and ask them how much would it cost to get my car up impound and they said $825 and told me to go up by 250 more at 5:00 how are these monsters able to price gouge people.
My driver, Cody was outstanding. Completely understood when he arrived that I was cold said for me to jump in the truck to be comfortable. Very nice. Had everything on the go, I was home safe, vehicle is safe. He is a very good driver. Thank you Dick's towing for having such a wonderful thoughtful, polite human. We need more people like Cody.
What really stood out was how carefully he handled my vehicle and my belongings — he treated everything like it was his own. On top of that, he even gave me a ride, which went above and beyond what I expected. Highly recommend this company and John, but beyond that will be definitely using him again
AAA let me Down.. Again, Even was on the Phone with AAA Dispatch saying No-One is Available at 3am please Wait until 9am, and that was When I saw a these Guys Pass by.

Delivery of a collector vehicle with freshly restored exterior from shop to my home. Arrived in perfect condition. Could not be more pleased. Highly recommended!

Excellent service! Was adaptable to my needs and quick to get me. The lady who answered the phone call and the driver who towed my car were both professional, helpful and nice.
Guy showed up as quick as anyone could with the traffic on 90, hooked up to my semi quickly and had it where I wanted it before I even got there. I'd call that great service.
Luke rescued me this morning when I had a very unexpected engine failure on a busy highway. He got my car where it needed to go and made the whole experience quick and painful. Thank you so much Luke - you were so kind and helpful and made this significantly easier than it could have been.
The staff at Dick's Towing are amazing people. I call them up for an appointment to tow my car the next day, they were on time very pleasant to talk with and patient, took the time to explain a question to make sure you felt comfortable putting your car in their hands. I would really reccomed people use their service. Reasonable prices. Thanks team have an Amazing Holidays

I called crying, stressed and panicky. Cheryl(sp?) answered the phone. She was polite, kind and patient with me during my emotional meltdown. I so appreciate her help. Then to top it off she sent me Jarrod in his tow truck to save the day. He went above and beyond when he arrived. He didn't just help me get my car out of a sticky situation, he put me at ease and calmed me down with his kindness, professionalism and just the right amount of humor to get me through. Thank you. Thank you for employing such good people.
This was an unfair unreasonable tow by the parking Nazis
Dick's tow had to tow my boyfriend's motorcycle but they gave him a swell deal on the tow fee upon retrieval. So, can't complain. Thank you for helping Johnny out! That bike is everything to him. Now the parking Nazis got his bike again but now it's with Ron May's. At least it's not your problem this time! Thank you!
Ron May has his Dad's bike and it just sold at auction for 575$ I hope that sinks in. But who cares about what happens after this.
Wish I could remember the name of our driver, drove a truck with Stanwood on it, early thirties, impressive beard, less than 10 grey hairs. In all seriousness, great service and would recommend.
Lost my brakes in Mt Vernon. Tried calling a competitor first and got stuck in a robot phone loop. Gave up and called Dicks.
Daniel arrived in about 15 minutes and had me hooked up and dropped off at the shop in under an hour. Very courteous, professional and friendly.

Called Dick’s Towing after my insurance company’s “road side” service left me hanging for 2 hours. I should have known better and called Dick’s Towing immediately because I have always heard good things about them. They responded promptly and efficiently. And if I need service in the future, they will be the first that I call. Thank you!
I’d give zero stars if I could. From the original phone call not being accurate in time or services requested. to the last 3 calls that were never returned after ending the call with “we will get back to you within 24 hours.” I finally went into the business in person and still did not get a full refund. Talking to all the receptionists you could tell the business is full of narcissistic behavior clearly passed down from the boss. Would not recommend this location to anyone from my personal experience.
