I went less than a mile with towing and they charged me over 300 bucks.
That isn't true Skip towing. No driver came in 15 minutes so please stop trying to lie
Skip's Everett Towing was dispatched by my Roadside Assistance to grab my vehicle from the leasing office of my apartment building. They were supposed to pick up the keys & 2 tires from me at my apt, then take all to a local tire shop to swap the tires. They REFUSED to come get the keys, hung up on me twice, told me "it's not my problem". When we walked the tires & keys up to the leasing office, he had already left. I had to have a different tow set up. Never use this service.
Very unprofessional, insisted that i pay cash and then didn’t have any change, came in his personal vehicle (which had a blue lives matter sticker on it?), charged $114 for a simple lockout, took him like 10 minutes just to write the receipt and he spelt everything wrong, just overall a weirdo and i dont recommend this business ?
Nope never had any car in my life towed. Your dude on the phone when I called just to get some pricing info was rude but it's nice to know that it's not him that's rude there either
My truck died on the Boeing freeway, called skips the gentleman on the phone was nice and had a good attitude which is awesome when you’re dealing with a stressful situation of being in between a busy freeway and an off ramp. John the Driver arrived a lot faster than expected and towed my truck to the dealer a few miles away! Thanks guys

Seriously was amazing fast service! The breaks were totally done for... I called for the tow and he was there in less then 20 minutes!! Took us right to a mechanic that he suggested (which was an perfect place for our immediate needs) and was super friendly and great with my kids!! Was able to pay with a debit card since I had no cash on me at the time!! I’d recommend them to everyone!! Thank you so much for your service!!! I’d rate 100 stars if I could!! ?
Had a great experience moving a forklift last night. The driver Colorado was super he was quick but incredibly professional. Also the price was about half of what another local tow company offered me over the phone.
Skip’s Towing picked up my vehicle and drove it to a repair shop. The driver was extremely late, we waited for a while before calling him again to which he said we could lock our keys in the car and he had a tool to then get into my car. So we locked the keys inside and left to take our children home to bed. Upon arrival to the repair shop, the mechanic said that my car door was broken, he couldn’t get it to open from the outside and had to climb over the passenger seat to open it. My husband called Skip’s Towing and the rude unprofessional receptionist said that there was no way a driver broke the door and it wasn’t their problem. I then called them back and the same rude lady argued with me and then hung up on me. I asked her for details on when my car was picked up and she refused to give them to me, telling me to call the repair shop. I did talk to the repair shop after and they were just as frustrated as we are. The repair shop even said they will no longer be doing business with Skip’s Towing. I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional they are, not only damaging my door, but their phone etiquette and customer service skills are beyond ridiculous.
Skin's Towing towed my car from Monroe to Everett. Their driver was late and told me to lock the keys in the car. Now, magically the door will only open from the inside. They refuse to address it or to take care of it.
the after hours answering services is HORRIBLE! I had a customer on I-5 with flat tire and i was on the line with Elizabeth for 18 minutes because she could not do simple math for the cost of the tow or pull the location up to see how many miles the tow was going. I don't understand why there are answering services - there never any help.
The towing service was fine. The racist commentary I had to listen to while being driven to the shop was unacceptable. If this company supports this kind of behavior, I will not be using Skip's again.
The man who towed my car was incredibly kind and helpful, however i panicked when i got an abandonment notice after just a few days because i hadnt been told that was mandatory after a certain amount of time. The people i talked to on the phone were incredibly kind and helpful as well. Overall a good experience.
Worst towing company ever! Call them and requested a towing for my car and I was told it'll take and hour, 2 hours later still no one showed up in call back and they told me another half hour. Hour later still no one. I call from 11 am and 6 pm no one showed up. Never again call this place again!

After returning from an 8 month deployment on the Ingraham, I got back to a car that didn't run, some for obvious reasons. I called my insurance company and they got me a wrecker who could transport my car to one of the dealerships.
I noticed a big red flatbed with "Skips" on the side and knew that it must have been for me. They were very prompt in arriving and filled me in on what they were going to be doing.
My operator for the wrecker was Chad Anderson, and if you're up for a good conversation he's the man to see! He happily told me the process on what he was going to do, got my car up on the flatbed and off we were to the station. He was very interactive and made the time pass nice and quick, and once we got to the dealership, he brought my car down, signed some paperwork and wished me a wonderful day.
Now if you're looking for a good tow company to where one, you get excellent service, two you receive quality assurance that your vehicle will be transported safely, and three just looking for that great customer service when your favorite vehicle dies at the worst time, Skips Towing is the best one to go to! Hands down one of the nicest and "Best" companies that I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
Late last night, (Saturday before Easter,) we were stranded at a rest area off I-5 in Everett and needed help to know where there was a mechanic in the area as we are not from there. The first person to answer the phone was impatient with me and rude as I tried to get out what I needed to say. When I was put on hold and another answered I thought it was the same person and she let me know, in not a very nice way that she was the one there to help me now. Then she also put me on hold and came back to ask if I needed a tow or not. We chose to go with Dick's Towing. I'll skip Skip's and suggest you do too.
