Hansen's towing is legit THEE best in the biz!! I locked my keys in my car at the gas station and EJ was fast on arrival, had a positive and professional attitude; he got down to business right away! He's a real SUPER STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ He had my door open and keys in my hand in less than 4 mins; literally!!!? Car broke down trying to get to the mechanic and I called Hansen's and Maggie got me a truck within 20 minutes. Will recommend and will use again.

I had a stressful situation with my car, but Maggie made everything so much easier. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient. You can tell she truly cares about people, not just the job. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the information I needed and felt taken care of. In a tough moment, her kindness made all the difference. Towing companies need more people like her!

Scheduling was easy and with a friendly person. Luigi was here in less than 15 minutes to tow my car. He was friendly and did his job quickly and professionally. I felt confident he knew his job and would take care of my needs and concerns and he did!!!

Worked over the phone with Maggie about a vehicle that I thought I sold back in 2022. Come to find out it was abandoned and still in my name. The tow company did what they were supposed to do and towed it off the streets and stored it and then sold at auction. I had and have no issues with that since I live in Georgia and didn’t even know I was still the registered owner. So why the good review. Maggie represented the tow business with professionalism and pride. She went through her database and explained all the billing data and charges. She went over where the vehicle was found and what all steps they do to take care of contacting the legal owner. It was a pleasant experience and very informative to go through this unexpected ordeal with Maggie. We talked and there was no drama, insults, short answers, or snarky comments. Just two adults figuring out how to work together to come up with a solution which is very rare in today’s world. We were able to come up with a solution and I just have to reiterate a big THANK YOU and not sure you actually realize how well you represented your business to a person that doesn’t even live in WA any longer.

My car as definitely not the easiest to get loaded onto the truck, but Mike took such extra special care and addressed my concerns thoughtfully. His empathy and positive chat kept me from the usual negative ruminating one gets into after an accident. I appreciate the hard work and amazing service! I will recommend Hansens to anyone I know needing tow help in the future!

From the start of my service call to my tow truck arriving in fast timing. My service was FANTASTIC with Hansen's Towing. Mike the tow truck driver did an amazing job loading my vehicle on the flat bed and transferring it to my dealership with tremendous ease! I felt it was 5 star service all the way!

Luigi helped me out, not once but twice in the same afternoon (shame on me) and waited both times to make sure I was back on track in my commercial vehicle before leaving! Very professional and helpful!

Luigi went above and beyond to call, was fast, efficient and careful with my car and my garage not to hit it. He was clean and well presentable and knowledgeable. Maggie at the front desk has to be one of the SWEETEST, AMAZING and kind people in towing I've ever met.. Yeah, it sucks I had to pay so much for the tow fees, but it ain't her fault and she made it a WAY better experience! Thanks for all the help Maggie, and I'm so glad I got to meet you!

Hansen's Towing was the best part of my terrible day when my car was wrecked in rush hour traffic on the highway. Fast response and Jason was so nice and handled my car with care. He explained my tow options to help me make the best choice, and drove very well as we made our way to their office. At the office, Maggie was incredibly kind and funny, soothing my rattled nerves as we laughed at the Mario Kart racing shirt I happened to be wearing. And, when I picked my car up from the yard, it was neat, orderly and secure. I've had my share of tows over the years, and this was the most pleasant interaction I've ever had. I was very impressed with the quality of service that Kage provided to me today. I was crying and panicking and he had so much patience not only guiding me through the whole process but making me feel like everything was going to be ok. I honestly felt like his compassion and patience made this experience of being stuck in the road a lot more bareable. We had to have two vehicles towed today. We called Hansen's and they were at the shop with the first car loaded, even before we could get there! Kage was awesome and super helpful. I shredded my tire on the way into work on a Monday morning and a Washington State Trooper pulled up behind me to offer to call a tow truck. He explained that when he calls a driver, they're obligated to arrive faster than a driver that I would call for roadside assistance. I took him up on his offer and before I knew it, Kage and his flatbed pulled up in front of me. He was fast and knowledgeable and told me exactly what to do. In the cab, he explained that sometimes he's mistaken as aloof and bossy but that his main focus is to save his customers money by moving quickly since they charge per hour. He was a joy, my whole ordeal was significantly reduced in terms of Monday morning trauma, and he had me and my car with its shredded tire at the service provider in no time. I'm grateful for him and now know that if I should ever need him in the future, I can call him directly. He is a saint and I hope everyone gets as lucky as I did with a fantastic driver!

Our car got hit and wasn't drivable. Hansen's showed up quickly and did a great job and, the next day, Michael (I think it was Michael) even helped me take pictures in the lot for the insurance company - including crawling under the car to take pictures of the suspension. Super friendly and helpful and they made a bad situation a little less awful. Thanks so much!

I blew a tire on I5 and got off the freeway and needed to get my car towed. I started calling tow companies and came across Hansen's. They were friendly, quick and got my car towed to my home in no time. Kage was amazing. He was professional and courteous and was upfront about the whole process. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great job at a great price in recovering my car from down a hillside. EJ and Michael C did fantastic work getting it up and positioned right where I wanted it. The neighbors were all impressed too, heh. A mix-up at the dispatcher scheduling a next-day appointment made them late but not going to dock them a star for that because the price was fair and they were pros!

driving downtown everett Saturday near the middle school when my truck started to smoke and fluids stated to leak. Call Hansen’s and within 15 minutes Michael came to get the truck towed to my mechanic in South Everett. very impressed with the initial phone call and the quick service. Michael was a nice guy and took care of everything. Thanks again for making it an easy process.

They were great, the driver was a young man very polite, willing to answer all my questions about his job, he knew what he was doing. They came within 20 minutes of my calling them. I would recommend their service to all, I was very happy with them and as far as towing charges they were lower than the 2 other towing company's I called . Fast, fair priced and polite !

They missed their loading time but made good on it with excellent customer service. Had 2 empty shipping containers moved driver was polite, save and fast.
