After having a flat tire yesterday, I relized that my car had security Lugnuts and I didnt have a key. I ended up missing work for a day and overall being in a bad mood. However, Marcus, the tow truck driver, came to the rescue not only punctualy, but also friendly. When my day was going bad, be brought some joy into it. He was helpful, professional, and personal. I greatly apreceated his help and cheer and I'm very greatful to have received his help!
Sons car towed 20 min from their office for parking at an apartment complex to visit hus grandmother. That’s on him for parking in wrong spot. But Picked it up within hours.
Had to go through a ton of stuff to get them to release it. Even though his wallet was in vehicle with same address as car and insurance card matched his name and vehicle. And they Charged nearly $1,000! Ridiculous. They obviously have expenses and need to make a profit. But have folks over a barrel in a tough situation. Merry Christmas to us. ?
$300 would’ve been reasonable. Filing a complaint with BBB and the state.
My suv got stuck in the draining ditch on an unpaved road to a camping site in the evening. David from Ron May towing was very helpful. Keeping me informed on ETA and towed my suv out without a scratch! Really appreciate the rescue.

Wow, we had an unexpected dead 12V battery on our VW EV. We called VW roadside assistance and they connected us to Ron May. Our tow driver, David H, was incredible, so over-the-top professional. He explained where the 12v battery is and where to charge it. He sent photos of the car once delivered to the dealer. He called before arriving. He navigated into and out of our tricky driveway. We couldn’t be more impressed with his knowledge and professionalism! Well done!!!

They tow for our condominium and I can’t say how many times they’ve gotten neighbors out of my paid for parking spot quickly and discretely.
Today I had a flat tire and Dale took care of me. This man deserves the world. Normally on a day like today I would have been annoyed but seeing him pull up put a smile on my face. He’s just a guy you trust and he will do everything he can to be gentle with your car.
Professional as we rode to the tire shop. He had great stories and life advice. I have had a great morning even if my pocketbook disagrees.

Mike with Ron May towing is amazing! I was told 60-90 min through the app with my insurance company and he was there in 30 minutes. (I realize this is not always the case). He was really good at his job and had my car hooked up and home in about 15 min. He was so kind and easy to talk to. Car trouble is never a fun thing to deal with, but his kindness and positive attitude made all the difference. THANK YOU!!!

I had a tire burst near Everett on my GX 460, I cannot give enough stars to MIKE, Mike was able to come within 20 minutes, He was so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I was back on road within minutes. Thank you so much for going beyond and above to make the situation great within minutes. You are such an asset!!
I never leave reviews anywhere but this company deserves this review . Very very rude , customer service was extremely disrespectful to my girlfriend . We weren’t even mad about her car being towed . we were frustrated because they slashed her tire when they were towing it and instead of owning up to what they did and offering to help cover the cost . they lied and said it was already flat when they came to tow the car , which is a lie because those tires were brand new lmao. when my girlfriend asked for photos of the tires before they towed, they refused at first to give pics and then after having to asked more than 3 times they finally printed us pictures that clearly show the tire was fine and not slashed when they arrived to tow the car . they THEN tried to shift the blame of the tire being slashed on to the maintenance man in our apartments, even though he ( maintenance man ) sent us EVIDENCE /photos of the car before it was towed & all 4 tires on her vehicle were perfectly fine. we went to go purchase her a new tire and the car place we went to even said that the cut came from what the company puts on the wheel when a car is towed , it is not from a knife slash lmao . this company is super unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate and does messy work . Many thanks for Ron May Towing team for the tow on Christmas Eve. Picked us up on the side of I5 in Everett within 15 minutes of calling them and towed back to Snohomish. What could have been a terrible day was saved by them. The person on the phone was about the friendliest person I have ever talked to and the towman was super nice and professional. When it happens again Ron May will be my first call.
I want to thank this company for hiring such a kind and talented employee! I locked my keys in the car and was stranded at Providence Hospital! After a long visit with my dying relative I was so distraught especially when I left to find my keys locked in my vehicle! Well I did have road side assistance so I thought things would go smoothly. They sent out a two company and the man worked on my vehicle for a very long time and used several tools and could not get in! He finally gave up and suggested leave my vehicle and come back tomorrow to get help from someone else. Well I called my insurance back and they sent out a request for a different tow company- Ron May Towing and Recovery of Everett and the service was amazing, Mike arrived with a friendly, kind and professional attitude. He was so efficient he got my vehicle unlocked in less than 5 minutes using the same tools as the other company! I really appreciated his friendly, positive personality and skills! Mike helped make a completely horrible night turn around! I highly recommend Ron May Towing! When I called today to talk to the manager of both him and his receptionist where wonderful too! Thanks again!
Ron May is one of the best towing companies I've had the opportunity to work with. Their dispatchers are very professional and courteous. Garrett came out and helped with getting our vehicke towed. He was very professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ron May Towing for anytime you need services.
Dale helped us out with our tow. It was a totaled company vehicle and he was able to maneuver it into an extremely tight space. He was incredibly kind, respectful and helpful.
Most tow truck guys aren’t professional but Dale carries himself in a way you don’t feel like you’re being taken advantage of
My truck broke down and called Ron May up, they are more on the affordable side. Mike helped me out and was super professional and transparent. These guys are a different breed and deserve nothing but respect for what they do. I am thankful for your help.
John from Ron May helped me change my tire this morning. He responded right away and was professional and efficient. He even took the time to give me some tips and tricks in case I ever need to change a tire myself in the near future. I am very happy and will definitely call Ron May in the future should I need roadside assistance.
Ron May towing was a lifesaver last night they Immediately answered my car and we’re able to get someone out extremely fast. Brandon was
knowledgeable and properly assessed the situation with my transmission being out. He got me hooked up easily and my vehicle home safe! He was there at 45 minutes as the call service had said and helped me understand that the vehicle is unsafe and unable to use.
These guys called me to about a car that I had sold years prior. I reported the vehicle sold, but their system didn't produce the correct record. I produced the correct record via WA DOL from KC's Auto Licensing and submitted it to them.
They also became aware of someone impersonating me coming to their tow yard and making fake documents. You would have thought that would be good enough for them to realize I am not responsible.
I got a bill in the mail for $500 for a tow and recovery of a vehicle I had not owned for many years. Documents provided. These guys only give 2 cents about what they can get way with.
2 thumbs down for this organization. I will take my case to my attorney, and enjoy putting these folks in their place as they pay me for my attorney's time.
Reliable, prompt service, and fair price. Had car troubles 60 miles from home. Road side assistance would only tow 10 miles and I needed to get my car to my local mechanic. Ron May was recommended by my local mechanic as a company I could trust to transport my car to them for service. They provided amazing service and got my car to my local mechanic without any issues. Just had Mike pick me up for a tow. That man was the NICEST tow truck driver ever in my life. Very kind and considerate and patient. I've had a couple tows or jumps with different cars and by far he is very professional quick and great at his job very impressed how he was in out.
I feel for towing companies, because it's fairly rare that having your car towed is a pleasant situation and I feel like typically reviews are born out of these negative experiences that people get themselves into. That being said, there are also just some blatantly unpleasant towing companies out there but my experience with this one was great. They were very friendly, communicative, and showed up earlier than the projected timeline my insurance company provided. The driver was super professional and kind, which is always welcome when dealing with a stressful situation. If I had a need to I'd absolutely use them again.
Ron May is fantastic. They are super prompt, reasonable, reliable and honestly just great to communicate with. Their drivers have always been kind and quick to aid us, and I always enjoy calling the office because they are just so great and personable over there. Highly recommend if you are in need of a towing service.
Tyler was amazing! I had a lock out in Lake Stevens. He was courtesy, quick and VERY knowledgeable. Tyler was transparent and professional about the process. He let me know what to expect from start to finish. I used my insurance for this service but would recommend Ron May towing for all services! Family owned and local.
On the 7th of August geico selected Ron Mayes towing to help with my car the driver scratched up my bumper he got very angry he did it he was mad at his self. he dropped my car and said I wasn't gonna touch it anymore I couldn't believe the service then 3 days later they needed to take my car somewhere else to the dealer the same driver? picked up my car and dropped it off at a different dealership where he was not supposed to take it. and threw my keys in the weekend slot I couldn't get my car keys back until the following Monday. very bad service that day I gave it a try the 3rd time I have got good service from a different person at Ron Mayes and everything worked out OK.?
