Well my friend got my car impounded and it cost me $685.99. $400 an hour. Don't know how much it should cost nowadays because I always tow my vehicles and it only costs my gas. Last time I had a vehicle towed was 38 years ago and it cost $290 to tow it across the street. I don't know. Hey but the guys that I got the car from were great. Looks like a good place. If I needed another tow, yes I would call them.
I accidentally locked myself out of my car, and Silverline Towing responded promptly. Despite the challenge, they persisted until the vehicle was unlocked. The owner personally came to assist, and they provided the service free of charge.
Silverline towing and transport are a huge life saver we just moved and we are tapped for the next 2 weeks they are doing us a huge solid helping get the truck home so that we can try and get it fixed and back on the road so that my husband can go to work. I will recommend them over grant any day!
1 Star – Deceitful, Judgmental, and Zero Customer Service
I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Silverline Towing and Transport LLC. This company destroyed my personal property without justification, failed to communicate, and treated me with clear disrespect and judgment.
A legally purchased dab rig, still sealed in its original container, was left behind in the tow truck. Instead of contacting me—as any professional business would—they opened the container without consent and then chose to dispose of it, labeling it as "paraphernalia." This item is legally sold across Washington State and was not being used or tampered with in any illegal manner. Their actions were not only invasive but flat-out defamatory. Labeling me publicly as someone carrying "paraphernalia" based on assumptions is profiling and completely unacceptable.
Your employee initially told me he would return the item—either by mail or in person. I waited over a month with no word. No calls, no follow-up, no notice. Instead, I found out the item was thrown away. This isn't just poor communication—it's a complete lack of professionalism and respect for your customers.
To the owner: it was your responsibility to secure the item and contact me, not to pass judgment or make assumptions about what was found. There was no posted policy about retaining property, and no excuse for the way this was handled.
I am requesting full reimbursement of $600—the original purchase plus replacement costs. If this issue isn't resolved, I will pursue legal action and escalate through every channel necessary, including AAA, which should reconsider working with such a disrespectful and dishonest company.
Avoid Silverline at all costs. They do not respect your property, they do not respect you, and they certainly do not value customer service.
I had my Suburban towed today. I was pleased with how quickly it was done and the driver, Frank, was both knowledgeable and courteous. Very pleasant experience.
I highly recommend Silverline! Donald got there asap. Eli and team changed my wheel bearings on the side of the freeway when I lost a boat tire on my trailer. They are a class act! They wouldn’t leave me stranded even calling competitors while they were busy. When they got time (I called right during prime time) they got the job done and got us on our way. Trustworthy, honest, hard workers, and just good people.

This past Monday I had 2 flat tires !!! Caleb was the driver of the flatbed tow truck that toed my car from Lacey to Tacoma. He was professional, courteous & kind. I was impressed and grateful for the company’s promptness. I would highly recommend them.

Big shootout to Steve and the lightning fast response and towing services from Silverline towing and transport! Our car got some issues on the way to Mt. Rainier National park and we called Visa roadside assistance. After two disappointing towing services providers with endless delays (we ended up waiting for 9 hours and had to leave the car there overnight unfortunately), Visa helped us to match with Sliverline. Unlike the other two providers, Sliverline has quick response and clear estimation. Steve, the towing truck driver who were responsible for our case also kept us updated when he’s close to the pickup location. Credible, reliable, and trustworthy!
Awesome experience. Druver was punctual, helpful, professional, went the extra mile to get the car or of the space carefully and safely, nice... One of the best AAA experiences I have had for sure.

I was stranded near the base of Mount St. Helens for 2 days before I figured out I actually had cell service. The place in Morton wanted a lot more than Silverline and that place actually recommended Silverine. I like the recommendation and the service and the price were very reasonable considering where I was at.
Shoutout to Tom for being my beacon of light after my car broke down. He went above and beyond his normal duties to ensure my safety and emotional well-being after a crappy, long day. I cannot thank him enough!!
They wouldn’t answer their phone at all. I was stranded in the middle of the night. Finally called Grants towing they came right away and helped me out.
It is never a "positive" to need a tow truck or flat bed (unless they are delivering a new car!). But, I am so pleased that AAA dispatched Silverline Towing & Transport for my stranded-vehicle-situation yesterday. Eli kept me updated about the timings and Chris showed up (a bit sooner than I expected!), ready to "save" me. Chris was professional and competent ~ I felt like my rescue-situation was in good hands, because of how I was treated and how efficiently my vehicle was loaded & transported. [I have updated my "preferences with AAA", to reflect that Silverline Towing & Transport is my first choice for future needs! Technician Chris & Owner Eli earned my business +++++ and I stand-by this referral!]
Jason was so helpful! Our brand new rental car was stuck, not going into reverse or drive. It looked like it would be a long day of returning to SeaTac to get a new car. Our rental agency arranged for the tow, and when Jason arrived (on time!) He was able to persuade the car to go into gear. Jason was pleasant and knowledgeable and he saved us several hours of our vacation.

AAA failed to provide help or guidance and Eli & Steve worked with us to get past the AAA failures, and to get us safely from Olympia I5 to Renton so I can get my tire fixed! Thank you so much!
