Called to have clear coat peal fixed 2018 f350. I was quickly told I cannot email pictures of the pealing and that it had to be brought in but not on weekends and not after 3:30pm. As this is when most people work I couldn’t do that. Was not given other options. How can I give this company my money to perform a service ?

This one time I hit a deer. This other time a tree fell on my car. These people are wonderful, communicative, and my car has come back both times with beautiful work. They work very well with USAA and have a perfect partnership with Enterprise. No complaints, highly recommended!!

Glenn and team provided an estimate and scheduled the work in a timely manner, completing the work with quality to make my suv look new again. Glen and all the staff were very honest and professional on getting my repairs done in a timely manner at the Chehalis facility. I was always informed of the next steps to complete my body shop repairs. I will recommend and use this facility if needed in the future. Keep up the great work Chehalis collision center.

One of the easiest processes I've had. Adam Engle was extremely transparent and responsive. Truck came back beautiful. Extremely professional experience, nice to know you can still get service like this.

I've used this company twice now and I'm a very happy customer. These guys not only are fast and efficient but went above and beyond on my vehicle. Never want to HAVE to go to a collision center but I won't go anywhere else. Great people 💫💫💫💫💫

My BRAND NEW vehicle was hit in a parking lot by a customer. I was devastated! The "at fault" parties insurance wasnt the ideal company to work with. I called Chehalis Collision & they handled EVERYTHING! They went above & beyond seeking original manufacturer certified replacement parts, having my vehicle tested at the dealership I purchased from to ensure all sensors were working properly, and matched the black opal paint perfectly & seamlessly! Evan kept me informed in the process & handled everything along the way, making everything so easy & convenient.

Very impressed with this shop! My car was backed into so I went there with an insurance claim, they made the experience as easy as possible. As for the actual repairs they did a fantastic job! 10/10 would recommend.

Terrible experience. Once they found out I was coming in for an estimate for my own personal records, when they thought it was for insurance claim, they basically disregarded me and assigned me to a guy that was leaving. He didn't need to examine my car he basically just took pictures. I went to Five Star Auto Collision in Chehalis and they were way more professional. They looked at every single part of the damage and discuss everything with me and gave me a much more thorough estimate. Didn't throw me under the rug because I was a person and not an insurance company I will never get any work done here

Chehalis collision center of Chehalis, WA , did an amazing job on my vehicle. They said it would take 2 weeks to repair & they finished 3 days early! The staff were wonderful to work with! I loved the updates on my phone letting me know the different stages my vehicle was on. I highly recommend this business for your vehicles repairs!

He took the time to walk me through the estimate, explain every detail clearly, and answer all my questions with patience and honesty. What really stood out was his communication throughout the repair process—he kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me total peace of mind. Evan genuinely cares about doing right by the customer, and it shows. The repairs were flawless, completed on time, and the car looked better than ever. Small dent in tailgate of truck. $2.7k to repair. I did not have to pay but it just seems high. Note... Never had body work done before and not sure the going rate. Repair was completed but paint looked like it had been textured on. Left truck to fix. Went back to pick up. Someone in shop apologize about not catching it before. Fix was good. Communication was great. Front desk was great. Not sure if I would use them again but next time will get more than one estimate to save insurance money if I can I hope I will never have to use a body shop again.

The customer service I received was outstanding. The staff demonstrated a remarkable level of knowledge, taking the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process to me. As a result, I felt well-informed and confident throughout my experience. When I returned to pick up my items, they were noticeably cleaner than when I had left them. This attention to detail and commitment to quality truly impressed me. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations.

Beware if you have a camper van conversion. The body repair work was good, took twice as long as initially quoted which is understandable as delays can happen. However, I cannot excuse the permanent damage they did to my electrical wiring, it was severed and no one told me nor have they tried to make it right. I emailed them and sent photos and no response. Makes me feel like they got their money so they don’t care to make the situation right. Additionally they left dirty foot prints on my table. Boo.

Dealing with Chehalis Collision Center was great. Until I went to pick up our 2020 Toyota Avalon that had a fender, plastic bumper, headlight, inner fender well and a few small parts replaced and painted because of a pretty minor parking lot accident. We got the call that our car was ready so I left work early to pick up my wife so we could get there before closing time. Walked up and looked at my car and was shocked at what I saw. At least 6 missing fasteners on the plastic bumper, fender, and inner fender well. A big scratch in the newly painted fender. Bumper was poorly aligned with the fenders. A large scuff in the headlight that wasnt replaced. Fender gap to door was off. But hey, the paint was nice. I was frustrated that we wasted a trip and had to leave the car for a few more days. Got the call again that the car was ready. Went to pick it up. Fender alignment was not good. Bumper to hood alignment was off. Took the car with arrangements to have those issues fixed at a later date. By the time we were able to get it back in the bumpers were pulling away from the fenders. So they tried to fix it again. Got the call that the car was ready again. Still wasnt happy with the bumper to fender alignment but out of frustration I told them I would live with it. Within a couple weeks we were having the same issue all over again. Our insurance gave us the OK to take it elsewhere. The shop we went to called Greg, the shop manager at Chehalis Collision Center and told him we werent happy with the car. I was on vacation and I got a call from Greg that he would like another chance to fix our car right. I told him I dont usually give a person 3 chances to fix something, but he was sincere and said he would order all new parts. I agreed to give them a third chance. Left the car again. Got a call from Gregg that everything fit great and all they needed to do was the painting. I could have it the next day. The next day I checked with Greg. Once again he said it was great and ready to go. Went to pick it up and as soon as I saw it I was ticked off. The paint wasnt even close. THe car is blue and the paint had a greenish tint. All that Greg could say was "I see it, it does look too green" So after dealing with this outfit for several weeks and taking several hours off work to pick up our car multiple times and umpteen 50 mile round trips our car is now scheduled to be repaired by a different facility the end of Sept. It will be 7 months from the time we went to pick our car up the first time to when we get it into a shop that will repair it right. Obviously the shop manager doesnt do any Quality control on vehicles leaving his shop. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for autobody repair. Wish I would have took photos of original repair.

Some vandalism was recently done to my car with a long deep single scratch (keyed) from the front of my driver's door to the rear quarter in addition to some heavy and deep scratches from a parking pillar on my left side rear wheel well. The below photos are the work done after (excuse the glint from sun). Amazing job looks like it just rolled off the show room floor. Will be back to fix the rest!
