Customer service was great, nice people! William L. Was actually the person who towed my project car, I no longer wanted anymore! I would highly recommend coming to A better towing co. to go to!! 10/10 service!

Patrick was so nice and got to my vehicle quickly. Managed to get it up on the back which I know was a pain in the ass seems it was missing a wheel and tire, back to my house and unloaded in a tight spot. I would definitely recommend Grant's and the driver Patrick again!

Had a fluke incident where they had something fall off their tow truck it. damaged our vehicle, but they took care of us 100% highly recommend them. Great customer service and happy with the repairs. They really care about their clients. Would recommend them to anyone

Patrick was amazing. It felt like things kept going wrong all day but he was the one bright spot. He’s personable and friendly and took everything in stride helping to get our car towed to safe location.

Patrick took 30 minutes to show up and less than 5 minutes to take my vehicle off my hands and head down to the shop. Thankful for his years of knowledge with vehicles in general and being able to give me tips on what to do to diagnose the alternator issue I was having in the future. Would highly recommend him.

I'd never run over a deer or been towed before and was pretty stressed out and upset - on top of the fact that it was a Friday evening and all businesses were closed until the following Monday and I was over 100 miles away from home. The guy who towed my car was super friendly and calming and made the experience easy. Grant's connected with my insurance and had my car brought to a nearby auto shop without any work on my part.

Called AAA and Grant's came right out and helped my mom get her Prius running at our home. She told me how kind and knowledgeable the driver was. Very thankful they were able to assist today.

Patrick was extremely helpful and very easy to get along with. He really saved us on our road trip. We had both a tire problem on the car and needed a battery jump on the RV. He handled it all and we appreciate it. The AAA dispatch service was also very responsive wwhich we appreciated since this was a holiday.

Frank and his training were extremely informational, and Frank knew exactly what he was doing an expert. I felt very comfortable as we discussed other possibilities. He was very open and honest with me about the service the whole way through. It was a rough way for me to start the new year, but Frank and his trainee fully changed that for me! Grant's set the standard for how towing should be done. Dispatch was quick in taking my info and relaying me to a driver. My driver, Patrick, was timely, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He was able to back into a tight spot, identify safe hookup points on my classic, and maneuver the car on the ramp with ease. The cost was a fair, flat-rate, negotiated ahead of time. Glad to see there's still folks like this in business

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Arthur, the tow truck driver who came to my rescue. From the moment this delicious man arrived, he was courteous, calm, and incredibly reassuring during what was a very stressful situation. Arthur was not only punctual but went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled safely and efficiently. He clearly knows his job inside and out and handled my vehicle with great care. What really stood out, though, was his friendly attitude and willingness to help beyond just towing — he offered advice, checked to make sure I had a ride arranged, and didn’t leave until I felt totally taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone who takes so much pride in their work and treats people with such kindness. If you ever need towing services, I 100% recommend asking for Arthur. Patrick was an awesome operator. My wife’s Tesla had a high voltage issue that left the car without power. The windows automatically rolled all the way down and Patrick is going to put plastic and tape over the windows to keep the rain out. Super great service, went above and beyond, really really appreciate it.

Driver was awesome was very professional and was very nice did an excellent job service was quick recommend them for service the truck broke a ball joint and axle he took tire off slid it on a block didn’t drag it he definitely new what he was doing and was a super nice guy

Called to see if they could transport a large toolbox. They came out immediately! Patrick was VERY nice, knew exactly what he was doing and got the job done seamlessly! It gave me great peace of mind to have him here as it is very difficult to safely move a toolbox that is as heavy as ours is without a professional. Will likely be using them again soon! I made sure to ask for an extra business card so we can refer him to others. Thank you Patrick!
