I, of course, locked my keys in my car, after a long day of hours of driving and hours of doctors for my kiddo, and they were extremely helpful, quick, and affordable! And by quick, I mean within 30 minutes! They were 30 minutes away and made me their first stop on their way to another call, so my kids wouldn't have to wait in the cold. I'll keep their card visible in my visor in case I ever need them again! Anthony was so kind and helpful on the phone, and Frank was so kind and very fast and efficient with my car! They seem to be irreplaceable at that company! Or, if they own it, they certainly are the BETTER TOWING COMPANY lol I really recommend them to everyone :) if I could give 10 stars, I would!

Lawrence came like a savior in the night. I was in such a jam with my truck and didnt know how invasive gonna get it home. We'll out comes Lawrence in 15 minutes from me calling him. Mid-summer 2025, I broke down in the middle of the night on the highway driving south from the Seattle area toward Portland. My tire was completely shredded, and I had to stop immediately — there was no limping to a safer exit. The shoulder was narrow, traffic was still moving fast, and trying to change the tire myself felt genuinely dangerous. Cars were flying past inches away, and it was honestly terrifying. After calling several towing companies with no luck at that hour, I reached out to A Better Towing Co. and everything changed. Lawrence didn’t hesitate to help. He immediately told me to stay in the car for my safety and made it clear he understood how risky the situation was. He arrived quickly, handled everything with calm confidence, and set up a strong lighting rig that made the entire scene highly visible to traffic — which mattered more than anything in that moment. He was even surprised the aluminum rim was still intact after hearing how fast I had been driving, the condition of the tire, and the distance it was driven to reach a shoulder. He also loaded my damaged tire and rim so I could stay in the car and get back on the road safely — which meant everything, considering I still had a long drive ahead and work early the next morning. This may be one of only a very few reviews I’ve ever written in my life, but my experience was worthy of writing one! Who knew that you could end up enjoying your towing experience? I was stuck on the side of a highway on-ramp late evening on Friday night with a car that completely died, very far away from home. I submitted a roadside assistance request via my car insurance and went through the steps to getting a tow truck sent to my location. I had a very frustrating experience dealing with my insurance company and the wait time for the tow truck arrival was going to be a while. I kept calm (but was pretty upset in all actuality) and waited for them to arrive. It was a few hours until I was completely loaded onto the tow truck and heading back north, closer to my drop-off destination. I rode in the cab with Lawrence for the hour drive back. It was honestly a very pleasant experience. I was initially dreading driving back with a stranger and making small talk. Lawrence was very knowledgeable and personable. I felt safe and enjoyed our conversation. If I ever need towing services in the future, I would absolutely use A Better Towing Co. and request Lawrence if I could! I highly recommend anyone in need of towing (or other services they provide) to do the same. Thank you, A Better Towing Co.! You made an already stressful experience that much better. 007 My truck was not turning on after multiple attempts to jump the battery. John showed up to tow and asked if he could try his battery charger first. He worked magic and was able to get the truck started! He was very polite, helpful and did a good job explaining the issue in lay terms. He stayed the extra time to ensure the battery didn't fail again and we tested turning the truck on and off several times without issue. Saved us a bill at the auto shop, THANK YOU!

Frank was great. Communicative, respectful, gave great advice, handled my vehicle with care and very efficient with my time. I would use his services as well as recommend him without question. I don’t usually do reviews, but he honestly deserves a great review from me.

I set up a pick up for my vehicle from my resident, through my insurance. Within a few minutes of setting it up, I was contacted by Frank. He asked very specific questions but what impressed me the most was that he asked about the dimensions of the area my car was in and stated he'd hate to arrive and inform me that he couldn't tow me. Once he arrived, he pushed the vehicle out of the garage to better hook up and load truck onto flatbed. As we drove to the shop, Frank was very friendly and great conversation. He handled the entire process as if it was his own car. Definitely happy with the service that I received and not hoping for any more days of needing a tow, but if it does happen, I will definitely call this company and request Frank!

I had an AMAZING experience with this towing company! I believe my transmission went out when I was about 2 hours from home, watching my grandson’s wrestling tournament. They were able to tow my car all the way back and drop it off at the repair shop where I live. I didn’t have to be present for the transport or the drop off, which made a stressful situation much easier. Kick ass service! Morris and Chris saved our asses after my husband got our Sequoia (Murderbot), stuck in Capital Forest. He ran into a washed out road. Normal humans would have backed up, non-normal human husband decides to turn around instead. Spoiler alert- not a good idea. The front end ended up collapsing the side of the road and Murderbot nearly became Suicidebot. Called insurance and they hooked us up with these guys. Cue Morris and Chris to the rescue. After getting turned around several times due to crappy Google map info and our poor navigation skills (all trees look the same), we were finally able to locate Murderbot. They were very patient with our multiple wrong turns and my many road side pee breaks while navigating the woods. Once we arrived at the husband induced vehicle crime scene, they realized that Murderbot was in a very sad way and the original tow vehicle they brought was not equipped to rescue our girl from my husband’s “ just tried turning around” situation. Morris and Chris developed a plan of attack which involved a larger wrecker and lots of equipment (one of which shares the same name as a slang word for women’s parts- very exciting stuff). After swapping rigs, we were back in action and with Morris and Chris as our kick ass “adults in charge”, we were ready to tackle “The Murderbot Conundrum”. Now, Murderbot was in a very tricky spot and these men took their time extricating her. They caressed her lovingly out of her mud cocoon with lots of vehicle designed BDSM gear. She finally emerged and, despite being covered in mud, sicks and sworn at a lot, was ready to party yet again. Pros- professional, patient, excellent communicators, very reasonably priced for the amount of time it took. Additionally, Morris and Chris are the kinds of dudes you would like to have on your side during an emergency. Or maybe when hanging out at a strip club. Why not both?? Cons- my husband’s off road ego took a huge hit. Needless to say, he is not allowed into Capital forest without me unless he agrees to just back up and not try to execute a 46 point turn.

Arthur from roadside assistance was absolutely amazing! He arrived quickly, was very professional, and got my rental car jumped in no time. Devon arrived quickly to help our family as we ended up with a flat in one of the worst places to have happen ……. On the highway without a good shoulder to pull off and a very tight median between 5 lanes of traffic doing at least 60mph . He arrived before our indicated ETA . Took my husband to auto parts store only to find out he bought the wrong part . He then towed our vehicle to a tire company for the night ; all while make sure our family was safe and out of the way of danger . My tow truck driver was Lawrence and he could not have been more professional, skillful, and well-equipped to get my truck home. The area he picked my truck up from was very tight with lots of very large trees to navigate around. Larry handled it with expertise! I rode with him to the drop off for my truck and he was a really nice and engaging guy to talk to. The whole experience could not have been handled better!

John 007 is one of your best drivers . He was very knowledgeable. He went over and beyond and he just made me and my family’s day so much better by assisting us. You guys have a keeper. He was contracted through the AAA service. The photos and videos of him below show how he has overcome Hurdles and difficulties. We are very happy with this company. If ever, I am stranded, I will pay out of pocket expenses to make sure that they will be the ones to service us.
