The driver backed into our driveway running through our grass almost taking out our shrubs but collapsing our asphalt driveway along the side. Things happen I get it but the phone call to get it resolved was completely unprofessional. We were told that they weren’t responsible because they deduced from the picture that our asphalt was “too thin”. That’s like saying sorry that your car is totaled after I hit you because your sheet metal was just to thin. Based on the way this was handled and I was talked to I would definitely not recommend using this company. I will be contacting the roadside assistance company that sent them and I will be filing a complaint against this company with the company that sent them because no one should have their property damaged and told it was their fault and not take responsibility.
On Friday, 01/23/2026 @~11:45 AM, I was on Victory Blvd driving my car back from the mechanic's shop. The car broke down in front of Panda Express. I called the mechanic and he arranged for a towing service to pick up the car, a 1969 Corvette, with a flatbed to truck.
Within 40 minutes of the call, a flatbed arrived. The driver, 'Dustin', had the car hooked up and ready to go in 15 to 20 minutes. I rode with Dustin back to the mechanic's shop and determined that the fuel pump had failed and that the car would not be ready until the following week.
Throughout the experience, Dustin was pleasant, professional, respectful of the car and sympathetic to the situation, even asking if there was anything else he could do to help. When I asked if he'd mind giving me a ride back to my house, Dustin said that wouldn't be a problem.
Based on my experience with Revolution Roadside Towing and Recovery, I would not hesitate in recommending their service. Well done to Dustin and the rest of the team!!
I’ve had them tow my truck a couple of different times now and they are amazing. Their service is fast, friendly, reliable, and a great price. They can also get on base without me having to sign them on which is very convenient. Highly recommend them if you need a tow.
One of your drivers lives in Smithfield and almost ran me over as he was backing out. Not like a close call, I literally had to run across or he would have ran me and my puppy over. He rolled his window down, but ignored me and drove off after I told him he almost ran us over. Had he apologized, I would have felt a lot different. It Really shows the type of people you choose to employ. Hopefully he watches out for other people in his neighborhood who just want to walk their dogs.
Best experience ever with Vince! The minute he came I knew I was taken care of! Yes unfortunately not battery something worse! Hr made sure I was taken care of I’m 68yrs old and he was not leaving me till I got things squared away he was a saint in disguise ! I told him I could walk to work only couple miles ! He would not let me ! Dropped me off right at my school to work with my special ed kids! 5 star does not say enough for his service !!!

100% stand up dude. My wife and I broke down in the middle of the road and he happened by. Super awesome, calm, knew exactly what to do. He got my truck up and got me home. He was on his way home and didn't have to stop, but he did. Good Samaritan and even got my wife a ride home as well. I recommend him to anyone in the super stressful situation of being broke down. I needed a vehicle towed and did some research and came across Revolution Roadsoad. This company has never failed me and is very punctual with fair pricing. A person in particular that has been truly helpful to me and that has amazing customer service is Vince. Everytime I call Vince is able to help me and get the job done. I'm truly satisfied and highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a quality tow.

One of the owners showed up for me to tow my car after a gasoline leak. I called my insurance company for help, and Revolution responded. Got to me in a timely manner, very polite and friendly. Help a very unexpected day go a little more smoothly.
The owner towed my car to a shop for body work after an accident. He was very kind, friendly, and knows his stuff! He even got the car on the tow truck in time for the trash trucks to be able to scoop my cans. Really appreciate his service!!
