Seriously the best experience I’ve ever had in an auto repair shop! Usually I’m being made to think I’m an idiot in the world of vehicles but the reality is that I grew up learning to take care of my car and do what is necessary to keep it running. I’m a commuter, I drive A LOT and I’m with my vehicle all the time. It was nice to be given a chance to listen to what the concerns were with my vehicle and what ways were best for my pocket book. I appreciated that care the most. Will be recommending to everyone and will definitely be back!
I called in April 02 and spoke to Mr Harry I explained I was homeless, lived in my car and had a dog. This was the third shop in two days I have been to or called everyone else was booked up two weeks in advance so I did not expect much but to my surprise Mr Harry said Come On In and let's get her done, I was embarrassed by my circumstances but Mr Harry treated me like gold. They immediately put my car on a lift and started working
on her. I received five star service thanks to Mr Harry and Cindy and they have a new loyal customer!!!!!
Easily the best shop I have ever been to. The service is top notch, the staff remembers you even when you haven't been in a long time. They are honest and ask permission to do any services. They give suggestions and take great care of your vehicle. Again the best shop I've ever been to.
Cindy was awesome, I was greeted with a smile, she offered coffee, water and snacks, hospitalityty at its finest. Cindy also saved me alot of $$$. I went to another shop which tried to get over on me by saying I need over $3000 worth of suspension work, of which I didnt. I took my car in for the suspension, however found that my engine is about to go out, the other shop never told me that plus took over $1000 fixing small frivolous things, without mentioning the engine, so when I say, I am forever grateful to Cindy and her staff, they were professional, knowledgable, efficient and most of all honest. I wished I wouldve found them sooner.
I would advise anyone who wants honesty and knowledgable people to come here.

Had a great experience here from my initial call to picking up my car. Very very nice staff. Coming from Pennsylvania and needing to get my car inspected as well as an oil change. They made me feel very comfortable and able to trust them with my car. I will be coming back for any future repairs.

They were amazing! When I called I was told that it'd probably be waiting till about 4pm, but they were able to get my car done before noon! They offered me refreshments as well and treated me with a lot of kindness.
Harry gives awesome service and companion in what he do. He listened and asked detailed questions about my car. I showed him whats the dealership was saying whats wrong and the outrageous price that cost more than the value of my car. He knew the cost was the main issue. I was able to pay half for what the dealership was charging with some extra perks. He was honest and kept in contact. Teddy the mechanic did excellent job on my vehicle. They kept making sure my car was top notch before giving it back to me. I had went to multi shops that couldn't help me fix my car. They staff was nice and was glad to answer any questions I had. They will definitely get my money and referrals. Its not easy finding a place to get your money's worth.
Great experience! To start off they gave me a free ride into work when I went to drop off my car instead of leaving me to figure it out (which I was going to do but they insisted on providing a ride). Then throughout the time they had my car they kept me informed about everything that was going on and what they were doing. I talked to Harry quite a bit while my car was there and he was always great about answering any questions and keeping me up to date. Everyone I seen or talked to there was always really nice and respectful and I was offered snacks and drinks from multiple people while waiting to pick up my car. Due to my work I was also unavailable for chunks of time and they were always very understanding. One of the best experiences I’ve had taking my car to the shop. I will definitely go there again if I ever need to in the future!
Hands down best shop I have ever gone to really good price and the people here are really friendly and professional. Harry got me in very fast for a speedometer calibration with Teddy both were awesome and very efficient with the process and they definitely have earned my trust and patronage. Will return and absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to come here.

Harry and Cindy where there for me for the whole process, from trying to find out if carshield would pay for an engine if I needed one to the very end of me picking up my vehicle. They told me what was going on with my car and told me estimates as they found more issues. They are very nice and care about the customers. I will definitely go back for more auto repairs.

HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone needing auto repair. Cindy was fantastic!!! I had been advised by a different shop that I needed a repair costing $1000...and to make matters worse they refused to deal with my warranty company. Fortunately for me...their lack of customer service led me to Guaranteed Auto Services!!! I was assured they would take care of my issue and would definitely work with the warranty service. They did everything they said and more!!! They properly diagnosed my car and figured out that it only needed a minor adjustment which they did without cost...only charging me the diagnosis fee!!! This will be my "go to" place for all my car needs going forward!!!

Guaranteed Auto Repair is one of the most honest and professional shops I’ve ever dealt with. Harry set clear expectations from the beginning, especially with my extended warranty company, and kept me updated throughout the process. He took the time to explain my options and went above and beyond by dealing directly with the warranty company when needed. Teddy did a thorough diagnostic and was just as professional.
Even though the warranty company didn’t step up they way they should have, I always felt like Harry had my best interest in mind. I left feeling confident I was making the right decision, and that kind of peace of mind is hard to find with auto repair. Their honesty, communication, and integrity really set them apart.
