They did an amazing job with helping me not only look over my vehicle an be honest but also between them and pastor Davis helped me get a whole other car well new to me I'm so blessed and they are great wonderful people who are genuinely here for us the people not just the money they can get in so grateful and appreciative for each everyone them from one answers phone died office work down to the mechanic doing the actual work thank you guys for being so kind hearted and helping so many of us that truly need it your truly appreciated thank you all of that work for this company

This place had my crv for a week! Not open during weekends. They told me to buy 2 things to fix the problem. I brought 1 that took 3 of those days to put in. Another mechanic told me those parts had Nothing to do with the problem! I won't be coming back here.

I gave 5 stars because of service but why would you need to pull someone’s vin and license and tell a customer, “we do that so if something happens it is registered to you.” So my question is why wouldn’t my car be registered to me and what would possibly happen?

My tire blew out and these wonderful people towed my car at reasonable timing and I got the best replacement tires at a good rate. You guys are awesome. 10/10 recommend. Thanks to Joey, Matt, and Amy for being great.

Amy is the best customer service representative. They are efficient, courteous and extremely reasonable price wise.

Proof there are still good people out there. My wife's car had an emergency as she was driving from the northeast to SC for the holiday weekend. We called Burrell hoping they could squeeze her in to take a look right away as she happened to be just 5 minutes away. They took her and my dog in, took care of her through the day, and jumped through hoops to get her back on the road. We are beyond grateful for their effort and humility in helping us.

Firstly, I would like WOMEN to understand to purchase your own parts & shop around. Why? When we pay the market price(more money up charge) from the mechanic shop, the mechanic pays whole sale price( way cheaper) the additional extra money you spend on part(s) goes to them plus their labor charges. Yes! It's true, when you purchase your own part(s)there's no warranty and if the part(s) are defected its the customer responsibility-do what your pocket can afford period. Secondly, just my personal opinion. I think they( the mechanic doing safety inspection) fails vehicles to profit money for repair or replace labor. Thirdly, my vehicle drives worse now😭😞😒. I failed my inspection for tier rods inner & outer plus motor mount(s). I was able to get my tier rods services done somewhere more affordable, but had no time to get the mount(s) done also. So, the mechanic at Burrell did the front engine mount and my vehicle when idling sounds like a tractor. When I shift gears to reverse my vehicle it jerk. It NEVER did that!!! I, called to explain what I'm feeling. The mechanic said-" its because I needed a rear mount as well." So, now my vehicle jerks when in reverse, I can feel the vibration of my motor under my feet and it sounds like a tractor when idling. How come my vehicle was shifting gears smoothly, the engine purrrrr like a cat and in reverse felt and sound smooth. It's hard to find honest, decent, mechanic with integrity. Lastly, the front desk receptionist told me that Auto Zone did not have the front engine motor mount in stock and the other parts stores as well. The only parts store was some place( I never heard of). The part for the motor mount was $283.00. I, stepped away to call Auto Zone to confirm truth and they had the part at Auto Zone two different dual last brand for my vehicle that's WAY cheaper for $133.32. My total was $602.00 and dropped down to $467.19. Make sure the conversation behind the desk with the receptionist and mechanic is OPEN and TRANSPARENT Ladies don't let this happen to you or allow them to make you feel like their doing you a FAVOR in order to get your safety sticker. I, have the sticker but my vehicle is worse not better. It was better before I came... Money Money Money

I have heard good things about this place but I have not been lucky enough to work well and quickly, they always take 2,3 and 4 months to do a job and when they finish it it does not take two weeks to return with the same problem, they they are good but the lack of work personnel is affecting them a lot.

I was referred to this shop by a friend for exhaust work on my Street Rod. I am Over the Top Satisfied with everything from the interactions with the staff to the work performed on my vehicle. TOP NOTCH OPERATION HERE!!! I will most definitely be using and referring this business in the future! By the way, I came from Maryland and am Very Happy that I came here! Initially, I had a hard time finding a shop that either had availability or was even equipped to work on a diesel pickup truck at all. Thankfully, a local shop referred me to Burrell Automotive as being a shop that does a lot of work on diesels. The folks at Burrell were able to accommodate me fairly quickly and did excellent work in small window of time, given the complexity of the job I needed done (replaced an exhaust manifold). If I'm in the King George area again and ever need work done on my truck, I would not hesitate to have them work on it again. Thanks!

It took this shop over a year to finish the work on my mustang. Cost over $4 grand to put the motor in and it still broke down. Big rip off. Don't take your car there.

I came to Burrell Automotive for an alignment after putting new tires on my truck. They found a couple of issues that needed repair. The repair was going to take a few hours between waiting for parts and installation. My wife had dropped the truck off expecting to wait for it. Rather than have her sit in the waiting room, they offered her a ride home and then picked me up when the truck was ready! Now that is customer focused service! The price for the repairs was also fair. Thank you for a great experience. We will be returning customers.

They were fast and friendly and got my inspection done quick. Only problem was they bolted down my hubcap wonky so I could not put air in my tire. I went back and they literally got me in immediately to a bay to fix the hubcap. Pretty nice recovery I have to say!

First visit here. State inspection, no appointment, in and out in less than 30 minutes, even though there were other vehicles being serviced. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great price considering what you might pay any other place. I think they are my new service garage. Highly recommend them. I’ll be back next time I need service.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Joey and his staff. I have been taking my car there ever since I started driving and I could not imagine taking it anywhere else. I am a college student who commutes to class daily so you could imagine that I rely heavily on my vehicle and I am always trying to save money because if the cost of college. They have always given honest prices and have always worked their hardest to get me in and out of the shop as quick as possible. Everyone there is professional and they are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Highly recommend this place!!

Took my diesel to Burrell for some diagnostic work and they quickly found and repaired my truck for fair price. I am particular as to who works on my truck and found Joel to be very honest and knowledgeable about diesels. Thanks guys--I will be back!

Mr. Burrell and his service technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain my automotive issues and discussed with me the must have, should and can wait. I felt no pressure that this was a money maker like other shops. It really felt like it was our fathers type garage. People and safety first. Thanks guys. Oh and I shall not forget the very nice receptionist. Her name is Kim and she does more than take money, write up tickets. I actually saw her run scanners on people’s cars and provide assistance to the mechanics. Truly a family shop.

Very polite and hard working. Did a wonderful job fixing my vehicle and were very respectful. Even fixed a tire sensor for me at a very discounted price as we are driving across country and couldn't afford it. Wonderful people!

Burrell Automotive is the only place I've taken our family cars to in the past two years. I've never dealt with a more honest, hard working mechanic than Joey. He has always fixed our vehicles far cheaper than anyone else and only fixes/replaces what needs to be done. They replaced the clutch in my car for $500 less than the 5 other quotes I had when I first contact them. From diesel engine to suspension work they have fixed everything right the first time!

Burrell Automotive is a first class company. I got run off the road in my minivan and bent two rims. I needed the van to deliver wedding cakes in in two day. They easily could have put two new rims on the van (a cost of over $500), but he contacted a company that straightens rims (total cost $200), replaced the damaged tires, aligned it and had it back to me the next day.

This place amazed me! Dropped my 2005 f250 powerstroke in for a vibration that I could not track down. Previous owners cut alot of corners when working on it. The diesel mechanic here, fixed it within a couple hours and called me saying that there was a bunch of loose things on it specifically with the exhaust system. Corrected everything! It runs better than when I first bought it. This guy could have taken me for everything I have, but he was extremely honest. The bill was drastically lower than expected. This shop will definitely be having my business from now on!

Spent $500 to have my timing set. Was told to bring it in on a thursday and it would be done that afternoon. Well after they found a bad part and needed to order a tool i got it back the next wednesday. When i leave the shop the car is running worse than ever. I call and they insist they did the job correctly and wanted to blame another part. Clearly trying to create more work. I know the timing isnt set correctly. Its bad when u leave a shop just to go to another shop to have the same work done again. I do not recommend this place. I will not even take it back to have them try again. But hey, staff was friendly, guess when they do work like that they have to be..

The Burrell team saved the day when we needed an emergency oil change and engine check. They were honest, friendly, and resolved all of our vehicle issues rapidly. Strongly recommended!
