I needed a vehicle moved to a repair shop. The truck operator was knowledgeable and friendly. They took great care to make sure my vehicle wasn't scratched up by some low hanging trees. I would use their tow service in the future if I needed it again!
A very timely, professional team that came in clutch for us during a moving out of state. They literally saved the day with top of the line equipment no other company around could provide.
Worst experience of my life! My golf cart was stolen and wrecked soon after. McDaniels Services recovered it when the police called it in. Three days later I had to pay $906 for the recovery fee, hook fee, towing after hours fee, admin fees and CC fees!! This is an outrageous fee for such services. I am almost positive there was a ploy for me to leave my golf cart behind so they could fix and sell it for tons more.
Best tow company around. They are always available and eager to help. I hope I don't need them anytime soon but it's nice to know if I do they will be there!
What an awesome experience! Had a horrible day. Got my Buick Lacrosse stuck in the mud (understatement!). My nephew tried to pull me out and also got stuck. He evidently got out, but no hope for me. Called McDaniel’s Towing, and they responded literally in minutes! Latched on to my car, and pulled out in a jiffy! Muddy, but no damage. Thank you McDaniels Towing! Quality individuals- father and son showed up! This is the type business everyone should support. You just don’t get service like that anymore!
