This place is awesome! My dad recommended them from maybe 2 decades ago now as being super trustworthy, and it seems like they haven't changed! I wasn't sure what was going on with my car, so I brought it in and they test drove it for free to see if it was a transmission issue or not. They weren't positive initially what it was, but they managed to figure it out and got it working perfectly again. I live about an hour out, and Cody was kind enough to stay a little later on a Friday so I could pick it up and have it for the long weekend.

I had Crowder and Draper take a look at my Chevrolet Silverado to be sure my torque converter was was failing even with the low mileage on the truck. The verdict was in, the torque converter was failing. They were able to take care of it and price was very reasonable. If you have any transmission problems I highly recommend you let take a look at your vehicle. You will be in good hands.
This is a top quality business. Bob did the work on our transmission, a full replacement. You can tell in conversations with him he is committed to his quality and work. The receptionist, Carol, is always sweet, cordial and helpful. I FULLY recommend this business, it is top notch, which can be difficult to find in these type of businesses. Useless. I was told "can't help you with that one" when I told them I have a Hyundai Elantra. Apparently, they don't work with Hyundai vehicles. Didn't volunteer to recommend any places either. Horrible customer service
They did a great job rebuilding my transmission took only 2weeks and he is very reasonable and the best in the area if you have to travel a little it's worth it
Mr. Draper worked on are truck and it is running great. Also the other people we took it to said we need a new transmission for $5,000. Mr. Draper found out is my was something small and only cost us $400. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody that needs transmission work.
I will refer to this business from rivers been repair when I got there they treated me very rudely like I'd been matter as a customer in any way shape or form. The previous shop gave me information of colds that they need to research in order to do the work that I needed on my transmission they didn't even bother to look at it and just told me a price of $5000 he couldn't look at anything I had to do today
Dropped off my GMC on a Tuesday the week of Thanksgiving, they called me the Monday of the following week for pickup. I made it there just after 5pm when they close due to traffic, Ricky drove by after already leaving for the day and came back in to help me. He then offered to call in the office finance person to let me go ahead and take care of everything that night instead of coming back the next day. Really professional, fast service, and very friendly; I would recommend them to anyone needing transmission work in the tri-city area.
This shop came highly recommended. Their cost to rebuild, including removal and replacement, was much lower than having a garage replace the transmission with a junkyard transmission. After 6 months, the transmission is working flawlessly. I highly recommend them!
