The most horrible customer service. I called to buy an engine and no one would speak to me. They re-direct to Pick-n-Save, which they have no idea for whatever reason. Even with a stock number provided. Not sure if they only deal with Insurance claims or not as it isn't specified. Would not recommend.

I have experienced rudeness and dishonesty in my interactions with this company. Consistently, I have encountered inaccuracies regarding the delivery timelines of your parts. Additionally, I have had to pay upfront with other vendors whenever I obtained a part. Notably, I can simply write a check for this particular transaction. I must emphasize that paying upfront is a prerequisite for me, as I ordered the parts on Wednesday and today is Monday. They assured me that the part would be ready the next day, yet I am still awaiting its arrival.

Very rude incompetent liars Kevin . talk to this guy at least nine times and six days every single time he was lying all will take to place the order and get the part from another store which you already charged my credit cards that never happened last on Wednesday. He told me the part is ready if I wanna come and pick it up I drove 2 1/2 hour to pick up the parts and they tell me he never plays the parts or at least he placed it that morning coming from another store drove back 2 1/2 hour without Parts and no one to talk to call the accounting no one wants to take responsibility. The worst Junkyard I would call it because this is not a used parts store. This is really a junkyard. The people are a junk. They treat people bad. I will stay away from this place as far as I can.

Absolutely worst customer service. Absolutely will never buy parts from this place again. Casey the sales rep is a complete liar. I asked for the manager Tracy to call me and never got a call. Bought and paid for and engine and they decide to give me another one and not even tell me. DONT EVER SHOP HERE.

I purchased an engine, didn't get it installed till after the warranty period. I was amazed when it was replaced after I installed it and found it defective. I highly recommend these folks.

Desperately needed a part for my Nissan and called these guys. Mr. Stirling was very awesome. I called on a Thursday and had the functioning part I needed at a wonderful price by Saturday. They also offer a 6 month warranty. Just very pleased with the ease, speed and quality of service. The original part would’ve cost $4000 I spent a little under $300 so very happy!

we own shop and been in mechanic business for over 15 years. we ordered infiniti motor from them and it was bad. I asked for replacment one and they refuse to send replacment one. I also ordered transmission for 2015 elantra and they send 2 transmission and they both bad. we ordered one from bruce auto parts and it ran perect. more to the store please take your money somewhere else before you get scammed

They have a sign warning you that they won't load engines into the trunk of your car. The fact that they have to say this absolutely makes my day. Folks here are friendly and they have used parts. What's not to love?

Zero communication or customer service skills. Overpriced, over rated, and not deserving of your money. Buy your auto parts else where. Tracey was especially a nightmare for my husband to deal with.

It was a very unpleasant experience They were refunding the wrong credit card for my core charge and I had to tell them to look up the original transaction to find out the discrepancy. What type of 30 year business doesn't know this

These folks were the best. Not only did they help me find all the parts I needed, but they helped me get them transferred locally to Butch’s Broadway Garage and Body Shop to get them installed. Great customer service.

If I have something below then 1 star that's what I would have given to this place They charge my card $395 some dollars for the transmission which I never picked it up or they delivered calling and speaking with Matt,Ray and Tracy was waste of time each time I was told will call you back never got a call finally when I start question they said they don't have my part info in there system they are simply smart cheaters to take your money DO NOT BUY from them ever I wont recommend to spend your money at the place they lie and lie and lie never gave my full refund.

Have you ever heard someone answer the phone with a reluctant "Hold Please" before you can even get a word out? Then you think to yourself "the way that they said hold please probably means that they won't click back over, or I'm going to be on hold for a very long time." Well, that just happened to me, and it's an experience that I've had quite a bit with certain companies in America. No clue why they're so rude and aggressive, but it is what it is.

Dont usually review things and would give it a zero but can't. They couldnt find part after saying they had one there. Then it was they had one in Lynchburg or wherever but they couldnt get that one either. I paid cash they gave a refund check. There bank isnt local so have to deposit into ur own bank and wait for a few more days. They never reached out to me on an update unless I called them. Then u have to sit on hold for 20mins before someone actually talks to u. Then u may be transfered to a voicemail or placed back on hold for an additional 20mins.. I'm serious about the wait time. Ive even called them while standing in the office with them doing nothing amd was placed on hold for 20plus mins.. Ur gonna stand around when u go to the office too.. First and last time.. Smh Good: cheap prices

I have bought plenty of quality motors and other parts from them in the past 10 years of running a shop. recently i got a rear axle that was wrong, and they had a new part to me within 24 hours. absolutely exceptional customer service, would always recommend Action Auto parts/ Cunningham Bros/ Team PRP

Called for a quote on a wheel, was given a price. Got approval from the customer. Was then said they couldn't sell it for that price. And they would tack on a $40 core. SO I would have to pay shipping 2 times. Be up front on pricing and this would be a different rating. Its 2019 when you quote something it should be recorded,

Mark's customer service was great. That is about it. I paid well in-advance for a $280 part. It only took 5 full business days to complete, not including holidays or weekend. When I finally arrive to pickup the part. They leave out the main component to keep it from running. Why do business with a store who skimps out on the little things to get results? Anyone reading should buy with low expectations. I would NOT recommend Action Auto Parts!

Paid cash to order an alternator on Thursday afternoon, they said it would be there Monday. I call Monday evening because I never got a call and they told me it will be there Tuesday. I called Tuesday afternoon and they said they pulling off the part and it'll be here Wednesday. I drove down to Hopewell from Richmond and they said they were still taking the part off the car and it would be there Thursday. I politely asked for my money back, but I got a check back instead. I was highly dissatisfied because of the inconvenience of having to wait a full week for a part and ask for my money back. They never called to notify me that there was a delay on my part. I never dealt with this company before, but they came highly recommended from my uncle and coworker. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this place for any parts that have to be shipped. Worst experience ever!!!

Well i orginally went to Lacy's auto parts. When it was discovered tgat the part in drobe down for wasnt in stock, the Javaris (sales mangaerl made it happen for me. Called up Mark, and thw rest is history. Both of yhese giys are A1.

Recommended by a friend. Bought replacement passenger, driver's airbag and controller for my car. Called first and they had them in stock for the right model and year. I inspected the parts at pickup. Parts were wrapped well to keep moisture out. Prices are competitive. Friendly people. I installed all the parts, plus a clockspring, which they didn't have, and had absolutely NO performance issues. I definitely will go there again. They are always turning over inventory, so IF they don't have it one week, they may have it the next. I would recommend to a friend. Just make sure YOU have the correct info, especially model and manufacturer part numbers.
