I needed a battery for my car. O'Reilly had a battery for my car, but unfortunately, they don't install them. I was looking for full service. Thanks anyway.

Let me tell yall, Thomas Eastwood!!! He was assisting us with a Battery Terminal. I came in and he had no issue telling me what needed to be done. As we was working he answered all questions and was explaining as I was watching and learning. Me having to comeback in the store, Pete was inside assisting me with the parts and trying to figure out nuts and bolts. A customer came in right behind me trying to fill all LIDUIDS in the car and Pete was on it. All, using are heads and a lot of patience we got the job done. These two O'Reilly's associates made my visit VERY VERY pleasant. Thanks again Thomas and Pete!!! We really appreciate you. OREILLY while working however your cooler was empty of drinks.

Was in there today after visiting the OTHER TWO close by. I had the pleasure of being assisted by a young man by the name of Pete. He was very helpful, came outside to assist me and everything. The two other auto places I went to the employees just wanted to stand behind the counter. Pete went above and beyond excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning. I sure hope he's recognized as a liability to this company...good employee's are hard to come by. Good service is even harder to come by nowadays. Thanks again.

Pete is an exceptional guy! He hooked me up with the parts I needed when I thought all hope was lost. He is gonna be my parts guy from here on out. O'Reillys is gonna be my preferred auto parts store from here on out. Thanks!

I can't say enough thank you to Mr Thomas and Mr. Pete for the help they gave me tonight. Something as simple as a battery change that I should be able to do myself was not easy. I got there around 6:30p and by 7:00p. I was done. Mr. Thomas reminded me so much of father who recently passed away with the way he explained what he was doing and why. It really touched my heart. It was humid and icky and neither one of them complained about the temp and just got it done. Mr. Pete was so polite and helpful and I'm honestly so very thankful to them both for the help. It was my son's car and he was able to talk with them by phone (3000 miles away) and felt just as comfortable with "his baby" as I did and that gave me so much peace of mind as well. I haven't always had the best experiences at this store, but I've also have way worse experiences next door and other places locally. It was really nice to just be treated like a person who needed some help and get the help needed. I always come back here because I always get treated better than other places. Tonight was hands down the best service I've gotten in the 20 years I've lived in this area from an auto parts retailer. Who would have thought something so simple would end up touching my heart so much?! God bless Mr. Thomas and Mr. Pete for what they did for us tonight. Thank you!

O'Reilly Auto parts store is an awesome car parts store. They always have everything I need. They have just about everything dealing with car parts. They also test batteries. The store is clean and the associates are nice. They are willing to go out of their way to help you. I recommend O'Reilly Auto parts.

Woke up to a flat and a missing jack. Came into the store bought a new cheap one and went to work. The store manager came out with a better jack and changed my tire. Great service.

First I just want to say I like O'Reilly. Reason for this 2 star is the lack of training. I called to see if they test starters (for free of course). Answer received was I was yes but it has to be on the car. Now if my car was there the starter must have worked. Then I told the worker it was off the car and he said "I don't think we do. I asked him to ask someone because an answer of I don't think" tells me he is not trained. So he came back and says yes we do but only the manager knows how and isn't there. So again poorly trained. Sad day when employees don't know how to do everything required to help customers. The manager is lacking skills to train his people.

So I visit the store to get a check engine check a the guy in there name Matt wanted to debate with me why my car said what it said I explain to him that I had all that stuff done. Last I wasn't going to keep debating with him all he had to do was hook the machine up to my car I just walk out o don't know why they have him working there if he can't do what a customer ask I have visited there before never had a problem. I won't go back because of h>m he need to be fired horrible customer service
