The first thing I could say about this Napa corporate store is how unprofessional both the salesman and the manager were. As a NAPA auto care center in Wakefield, Virginia I tried to get a customer’s Battery Replaced under warranty a day before getting the call from the customer that the battery was dead. I had told the customer to please have it on charge overnight . This customer is mechanically inclined and does know how to charge a battery for he does have several battery tenders on the vehicle vehicles that he owns he called me today to inform me that the battery was not holding a charge. I verified the customers battery was still under the warranty of three years for replacement nationwide checked with my local NAPA to verify that as well and was told all as well. When I went to the customers vehicle, I pulled the battery out of the vehicle. Performed a load test and as you could imagine the battery tested bad battery replace battery. I went to the local NAPA store which was the Hopewell location told them that I was on a service call that I am A NAPA auto care owner and was on a service call to replace a battery. After explaining all The battery replacement protocols which included charging the battery first and retesting I was told at the store would have to do the same, so I guess the manager didn’t want to hear anything I said, and let it go one ear out the other, very frustrated. The gentleman also had a tag with his ASE suppose certification on it, which should be declared as stolen valor, because any professional to another professional should’ve been handled differently you don’t have to worry about Me or my shop purchasing anything from this store in the near future.
I went in to buy a windshield washer fluid hose and when they said it was $26.99 I looked at the other auto parts stores in the area and it was quite literally double the price than it was at AutoZone. I won’t be going back there, that’s for sure.
Came here today to get antifreeze for a truck. Store is well stocked and staff was friendly and were able to answer any questions we had. Would recommend a trip in if you are nearby!
I was lied to on the phone and made to believe they could order a part that they really couldn't order. I drove all the way to the store because conveniently you can't order over the phone, just to be told they can't order it. Raggedy place
My engine was running hot. Something is wrong with my car and I didn't know it and I don't know what it is yet, but I got some coolant and they were very nice and helpful there.
Great service here! Stopped in to get a locking gas cap and they had exactly what I needed. They were willing for me to go try it and be sure it fit before I paid for it even. How rare is that?! Store was clean, neat and the staff was very helpful. They didn't have any steering wheel covers I liked, or floor mats. Selection there was low, hence the 4 stars. They will probably have what you are looking for so go check them out!
Ordered a filter in the morning was told it would be there by 2pm. Came back at 2:45pm, guess what... no filter. All I was told was sorry. That's not good enough. Advance, O'Reilly here I come.
No greeting to customer..2 people opening a box..dont say hi. Dont come to front counter..these people have no initiative.. when they have a sale they have great prices expecially this synthetic oil you cannot beat for $15 for 5 quarts
I was in Napa auto parts on Sat, May 18th. In search of windshield wiper blades, in which I called first to see if they were in stock. My entire experience from beginning to end was exceptionally great!! Thanks to Cheselle service associate and Tony assistant manager. Who both went above and beyond to assist me, both were very friendly, professional, helpful, and patient all while working with a smile. Would definitely recommend to anyone to shop this store first impressions are lasting impressions. So for any of my future needs in auto parts this is my Togo to store and not to mention the location and cleanliness of the store.
I recommend using another parts store. This NAPA location is not convenient are consistent place for parts. Save your self a trip on your journey towards finding your parts. I have come several times and either the store is closed, not accepting credits cards, or does not have my part. So I usually have to go to another parts store.
This location has horrible hours of operation and their weekend hours are even worst than the weekday store hours of operation. I have also found that the price are a little high for the quality of service. Save your self one less trip and try another location.
Called and asked for Lucas Marine bearing grease and was told they have it. When I got there they told me the other one was just as good. Vortex hubs and bearings require the marine grade, otherwise the warranty is voided
