Can’t thank enough for honest and excellent customer service. Walked in thinking needed to replace a battery for my truck. Gentleman asked if I wanted to test my battery and just said let’s replace it. While he was looking for my needed battery, we were talking about my scenario. The gentleman stopped tested the battery and told me the battery was in excellent condition but needed a little TLC. He cleaned the battery and would even accept a tip, even though he had just saved my $250. This type of service is almost impossible to find any longer and this it should be recognized and appreciated. Thank you!
Staff was unresponsive and judgmental. Brian Riley and Jeff Cogley (store manager) ignored myself and my brother upon entering. Had to asked to be assisted while they stood in the doorway smoking.
Very helpful! Went for a battery check, they charged it to see if that would solve the problem, then checked it after and turned out needed a new battery. Staff was very efficient in finding the problem and installing the new battery!

Had defective tube of glue did not beleive me hesaid it was my fault argued over it it was hardened already spented nearlly 2000 dollars in the past weeks there never went back very unprofesional staff as well not all
Went to this advance three different times and all three times, they gave me wrong size oil filter for my car. Bunch of young kids working there that obviously know nothing about cars or how to use the computer to look up a car part. I will never go to this advance ever again.
They were very helpful. I ask for a battery, alternator, and starter check. Both which was fast n free. They came back saying I needed a new starter it was reading low voltage, something the shop I went to could not diagnose. The guy even gave me some tips on how to put in the new starter and how to diagnose some other problems he believes I may have. I will be going there tomorrow to pick up my brand new starter which will save me about $200.
