This particular store has the worst customer service. Called to get the price of a specific item. Drove all the way across town just to find out the guy lied. They don't even carry it.
Staff is helpful but this was the first time I've gone to this location and not been able to get what I wanted. Overall, it's a good store just not my most productive visit.
While I was out of town my daughter stopped by Autozone for some help with her car. I would like to say thank you to the manager Doug for going above and beyond. Great friendly, fast and very helpful customer service.
These guys were awesome! I needed a new battery for my car (2018 Honda Pilot) and had already been told by another auto parts place across the street that they couldn't do it because you had to remove the air intake to get to the battery. Well, AutoZone rocks! I stopped here to ask if they could do the battery (fully expecting to be told no like the other place), Brian took a look and said no problem. In all of maybe 10 minutes (if that) they rung me up for a new battery (cheaper than the other place quoted!) and installed it and had me on my way to enjoy the day! Thank you AutoZone! You guys are the best!
Had great service from Bryce at Auto Zone in Hayes Va today with a return from another branch. He was very helpful and determined to give me the best service with my issue he could. Thank you Bryce!
The people at this store are so helpful. I went in to get a blinker bulb for my truck without having a part number. They looked it up and even got it off the shelf for me. They helped me out a while back with an alternator and belt. They were so patient and helpful when I had to change the belt size 3x because the standard size wouldn't fit. They are definitely my go to auto parts store.
I had the best customer service experience at a store like this than I’ve had in a long time! Milton took the time to help me figure out what I needed to buy and the process was so smooth that I HAD to review!
My drivers side windshield wiper flew off of my car just after the Coleman Bridge and AutoZone was the first parts store I could get to. A very nice employee sold me wipers and installed them for me in the rain. I would definitely use AutoZone again.

Checkout was good, the person that helped me was patient and explained everything I needed. He was very kind. Unfortunately I had to return part of my order and when I came back in, Steve S. the parts manager, helped me with my return. He was pretty grumpy about the return, questioned why I would have bought something if I wasn't sure I needed it. Actually said it a couple of times during the return. He seemed overall displeased to have to process the return. I think he needs a vacation. :|
Didn't have a choice battery was dead all the other places were the same price and batteries I couldn't get down to Costco at the time to save me a lot of money so I had to pay double what I should have for battery
Have dealt with this store since it opened and they have always been helpful will pull up drawings and specs and print stuff out to help you along with tool rental that's free is cool have always been friendly to me
