Every call I have made has been handled with knowledgeable staff and quick out the door parts. They made sure I was aware of needed components to be included that aren’t obvious. This was for a rebuild on a 1978 Perkins 4-108 marine engine rebuild.

TAD shipped me a replacement transmission on an emergency basis in May 2023. The service back then was excellent. Fast forward 1.75 years later ... they provided additional info I needed instantly, no questions asked, although it didn't mean any new business for them.

Diane booths response to my damaged during shipping injection pump was hysterical and witty , had me and my wife laughing. Her two solutions to the damaged standing pipe was perfect . Send me a new standing pipe and all necessary seals . Or return pump to have it checked out and fixed. Both are no charge for me. Ex shipping maybe.

Marcus responded immediatel with very high knowledge of the TransAtlantic Diesel product line. Diane followed up immediately when my replacement parts were chosen and followed thru immediately with billing and shipping. I couldn’t be more satisfied, and sll this in obtaining replacement parts on a 40-45 year old engine. Top shelf operation. Look no further for your Perkins engine parts and spares.

Compass Marine Services only uses Trans Atlantic Diesels. There the best. They will rebuild this trans and send us back a better then new trans. Before and after. Tested and painted. Thank you for always providing a job done right and great customer service.

As always, the service is outstanding ! I have 2 older Perkins engines and Trans Atlantic is the only company that always says, "Yup, got it in stock"!! This is the fastest I have gotten parts for anything. Trans Atlantic Diesels was able to send parts to an island for a 30 year old Perkins faster than anyone or anything else for a newer outboard or even a common car. Diane was very helpful when ordering and the prices are fair.

Number of years ago my wife and I bought a trawler that has a Perkins Diesel which I was hunting for a dealer that knew what they were talking about and could back that up with great service . These folks are amazing. They service what they sell, what they sold, and what someone else once sold. They make getting parts and advice for my 1970s era Perkins engines easier than for a new car. They can promptly supply parts Perkins has long since forgotten, sometimes making them in house on demand. Friends who have repowered with them enjoyed the same service right out of the crate.

Very helpful and friendly. Marcus did not hesitate to answer any questions I had on my Perkins engines. For the owner of the company to take the time out of his schedule to help is great! The office staff was awesome is getting me a service manual shipped out fast. Glad to see that there are still companies around that take customer service to the level TAD does.

I love dealing with this company. After a bad experience with a competitor, I only purchase my hard to find Perkins diesel parts from Trans Atlantic. Always friendly and the people taking the orders over the phone are very knowledgeable and make great recommendations purchase additional parts that make sense to purchase in addition. I always receive my shipments when they say it should arrive. I couldn't ask for anything more in a company.
