Blew a tire at 5am coming down the Coleman bridge on my way to work. Mark was the only towing company that answered the phone. I did call other towing company’s more local to me and only received voicemails- even though the others said they were “open”. He was very timely and polite. Great communication! Will use again when my next tire blows!

Called triple aaa . Said it would be 3+ hours . I called mark’s auto &welding and he said be there in 20 minutes . He came and asked if he could look at the problem before he towed it. Car started and I drove it to the dealership myself . No tow needed. He didn’t want to charge me for a tow . I insisted. He is the only one I will call . Thanks for your great service .
They’ve towed me twice, and have been nothing short of kind and helpful. They have been able to get to me quickly both times. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

My car recently broke down on the main street of the town of Gloucester & Marks towing was recommended by a local resident who was trying to assist me. Not only was he quick to respond to my unexpected car issue, he also gave practical advice for not towing my car all the way back to Richmond Va, he called a local auto body shop to assist me with my car as well. Highly recommend.

Mark showed up and was fast. He said he would be there within 30 min and he was there with time to spare. He was very nice and polite. His pricing was fair and reasonable. If I'm ever in need of a tow again,I will be calling him!!
Had my dads old wrecker shipped to Virginia from Ohio to start the restoration. The shipper was unable to off-load at my house due to the size of the transporter. The wrecker was dropped off a few miles away where it could be off-loaded. I talked to Mark about getting it transported the rest of the way to my house and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service and price that I received. I think he may have been just as excited to do the job as I was to have it done. Top notch professional service and will be used again in the future.
My cousin was in an accident with my vehicle that has full coverage. The owner gave us a hard time trying to get all of my cousins tools for work out of the car. He said we could take 1 item because he didn't know if we just had liability or maybe no insurance. We got as much as we could and as we were leaving he said "I said you could only take one item." I didn't know if there were things in the interior of the car that my cousin needed so I called the insurance company. They informed us that the tow company did not have a right to not allow us to retrieve any item from the car.
Apparently, after some research, this is a common occurrence with tow companies. This was a simple car accident, no arrest and no investigation pending. With this situation the tow companies do not have a right to keep your items.
