The team at Craft Collision is top notch! Had an issue with Q50 Infiniti car hood, and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it when other shops had issues figuring out what was wrong. They did it quickly and at a very fair price! Thanks to Brad, Justin and Sarah for making it a great experience - highly recommended!!

They Did a Horrible Job repairing my 2025 Outback. Paint Doesn't Match Put " Fisheye " in a Perfectly Good Door panel trying to blend the color. Fluids weren't Checked Antifreeze Low Washer Low Door Trim coming loose improperly Glued.. Total Mess! DONT TAKE UR CAR HERE.. They wanted to get PAID AGAIN!!! To Fix There Mistakes... I also DID bring it Back for Paint repair eventually. At Which time "KIRK" Refused to warranty Their previously POOR Work... The Insurance Co. Had to Step-In to " Warranty" this recommended facility, Failed Repair Job! POOR Customer Service by " KIRK" manager at Craft. Grade = # F. Thanks to the Insurance Co. I have used Craft Collision now 3 times. 2 for deer and one hit and run. They go above and beyond when it comes to service. They make sure you are 100% satisfied and have a great experience. Also Justin Hatcher took the time to explain everything to me and the details of the repair and what I should expect. I greatly appreciate his time, expertise, and quick response. Thank you a ton and while I hope I don’t need to use you in the future, if I do, I will come back to Craft! Thanks again Justin.

They kept in touch with me during the process. The repair was completed a week earlier than promised. All the the moving parts work as expected and they went over them all with me before I left the parking lot. They got every speck of glass up and it was everywhere. Justin was so courteous and explained everything. Very good business.

I had what I thought was going to be a great experience. Communication was great, they kept me posted on all of the progress, and they worked with the insurance company directly when more hidden damage was found. They are busy, so it took some time to get in. They were open and honest about timelines. When I picked up the car, I was surprised to find misaligned panels (where the fender meets the A pillar) and incomplete paint on the edge of the hood. There was also some loose plastic trim pieces. The deer incident happened to occur right as we were selling the car, so while they offered to take it back in again and correct the issues, it was a hassle not worth it to me. Just a few moments of inspection before releasing to a customer would have made a disappointing experience a 5 star experience. I hope they learn from this issue. The hood was repainted with the edge unfinished or damaged as shown. This was not there when the vehicle was dropped off. The gap between the fender and A frame was flat originally, and still is on the opposite side of the car. The replacement fender sits out noticeably from the A pillar as shown.

Scratched my truck’s side that wasn’t too deep. I was unsure if I should mess with it because I am not familiar with the clear coat factors. Or is it serious enough that I needed an estimate. So I asked Justin, the manager and we discussed options. He said he could clean it up and it would only show a small imperfection. Since this is not a show car, I just had it cleaned up. He did it in no time and for no charge. Looks fine for my needs. Very nice of him to do that. I recommend giving them a call when you have any auto body repairs to attend to. I am very pleased.

Justin Hatcher and the folks at Craft Collision took great care of us. Our car was rear ended and need a bumper replacement. Our car was done sooner than expected and the workmanship was top quality. I would highly recommend them.

I hit a deer with my brand new vehicle. My insurance Company wanted them to put used parts on my vehicle. Craft told them no because my vehicle was new.. I really appreciate them looking out for the consumer knowing that I would want my vehicle exactly back as it was. Excellent Customer Service and we were kept up to date as my vehicle was being repaired. I highly reccomend Craft Collision. We have used them before and been happy so I knew this was where I wanted my car fixed at. Thank you Craft Collision for an awesome job on my vehicle!

Best collision place ever. My Bronco was destroyed by a deer and they communicated with me so well. They communicated directly with my insurance to push them to be quicker. The team was super sweet and sent me texts to keep me in the loop. Can’t recommend enough!

Had to have front and left front side body work done. All staff were pleasant and professional. The car was ready a week ahead of schedule! No problems with the quality of the work. While I hope I don’t have to, I will have them do any future work.

My 2023 Camaro SS sustained substantial damage to the left front due to hitting a deer. My insurance company sent me to Craft. My car now looks just like it did the day I picked it up at the dealership. Could not ask for a better job. I want to reach out to the body shop technician and painter for their outstanding job. Also, Brad kept be informed as to the progress and I knew the exact day my car would be ready. What a talented and professional group. Will highly recommend Craft to family and friends.

The communication was excellent. I knew what was happening with my vehicle on a pretty regular basis, and that was wonderful. The staff was very polite and helpful - especially with getting and returning my rental. They did everything! I only needed to show up. 10/10

I was impressed with how prompt they were with handling my claim as soon as I arrived at Craft collision. After a detailed inspection of my vehicle Craft came up with a itemized estimate to give to my insurance company. I really want to give this business a good review because I want to support small businesses. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience and feel like this review is a fair explanation of what happened to me. Hopefully, this won't happen to others. I called Craft the week before I was scheduled to take my van in for repairs (deer crash), and they told me that repairs would take 2-3 days. During that phone call, I explained that several dashboard lights came on when my daughter hit the deer, and I wanted all those lights off when I picked up the car. They said that they understood, so I dropped my van off later that week. I called the next day to check on my van and to reiterate the information about the dashboard lights. I did not hear from Craft the rest of that week, so I called on Friday to check on my car. They said that they had not started to work on the van since they had not heard from my insurance company. However, I had received an email from insurance company stating that they approved the repairs, so Craft was not accurate in how they represented the situation. At this point, they had my van for 5 days when they said that it would be 3 days. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. Craft ended up having my van for 30 DAYS. They continued to blame my insurance company (although I was copied on several emails showing approval for repairs) and to give me lots of excuses. To their credit, Craft was always professional and well-mannered, and while I appreciate that, what I most wanted was my van to be repaired in a timely manner. Worst of all, my van still has a dashboard light on and now has a loud noise which started right after I picked it up. Craft says that they will not diagnose or fix it. I am taking it to a repair shop that I know and trust, and I will cover the costs myself. This has been extraordinarily frustrating, and while I just wish that I could give a local small business my whole-hearted thumbs-up, I can't. Please be aware that while this company has good reviews, you may be caught in a tough situation like I am, and Craft has shown that it will not take responsibility as they should.

Done a good job had the car ready on time as promised even though I did have to return due to my fender rubbing on door they corrected the problem quickly while I waited. Great customer service! I would recommend them.

Craft Collision Center in Moneta is a wonderful place to get your car fixed. It was the second car I brought to them for deer damage. I got my car back in 13 business days and it looked brand new. They are very professional in every aspect and do high quality work. I would recommend them to everyone.

They do amazing work on the vehicles, and if you find anything wrong, once you get your vehicle home they get it fixed fast for you! The lady in the front Tiffany was amazing explaining all the cost and insurance! The manager Chad was really helpful answering any questions we had about our vehicle repair! I have had my mazda in their shop 3 times this year because of deer but Craft got my vehicle in fast and fixed before my rental was due back! Great job guys!
