I live out of town and come in once a week and have lots of meetings when I do. I did a walk in oil change in between meetings. They took care of my car and had it waiting for me right after my meeting. They are always kind and assure me that they got me. That’s why I bring my car in when I’m in town even though I’m an 1.5 away. Thank you all

Easy to work with. They always accomplish the job quickly and communicate well with the err customers. Also they are friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I was not expecting when I called to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation that they said I could just come on by within their operating hours. I'm used to making appointments for this. I did not have to wait too long when I dropped my vehicle off to be able to drive out either.

I was in need of an oil change and got there just as they opened. They got me in right away, fixed a few other things that needed attention, and had me on my way in under an hour. They were very nice and professional and my car was well cared for while they had it.

Be careful. After an oil change, they said they found a coolant leak in my Audi Q5 and recommended a repair for a cost of $2650. Went to Audi and got it repaired for $1730. Liquid Lube did not do a proper diagnostic. The repair they recommended covered replacement of all components in the coolant system. Obviously, not everything was leaking.

Very satisfied with the walk-in oil change for my car. The following day I returned for new tires and was back on the road in less than an hour. Clean facilities and friendly staff.

Terrible customer service. Had a scheduled appointment with certain technician. Drove there, tech was out sick. Next day I called first. Tech still out. Service writer promised me a call a 830 the next morning… 2 weeks later, still waiting for that call . He couldn’t care less. Very unprofessional in my opinion for service. Called westlake auto instead and service was top notch !

I needed a tire patched. They were busy and still got me in and out very quickly. Great customer service also.

I have been using this company for many years. With many different cars and needed services and never disappointed. The staff is always courteous and they are efficient. When you get back into your vehicle the trunk or interior is in good condition. They try to make every possible effort to make your experience a pleasant one. JLM.

This is my "go to" service center for oil changes and inspections at SML. You can make appointments and they are generally right on schedule with excellent and courteous customer service at a reasonable price.

Subject: Great Experience at Liquid Lube and Wash Since moving to the area last year, I’ve been bringing both my Silverado and my wife’s Suburban to Liquid Lube and Wash for car washes. The staff has consistently been friendly and helpful. Recently, when my daughter’s 2016 Traverse developed a loud grinding noise while turning the steering wheel, I brought it in, and Daniel provided excellent service. He quickly identified the issue and ordered the necessary parts. Although they expected repairs to take about a week, which would have been too late for my daughter’s return to school, I was surprised when Daniel called just two days later to say the car was ready. The repairs were completed as promised, and the cost was exactly as estimated. The vehicle now drives smoothly, with the original problem completely fixed. Daniel’s professionalism stood out, and I highly recommend Liquid Lube and Wash for anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy car repairs. I’ll be taking all my vehicles there from now on.

Everyone at Liquid Lube always takes excellent care of me. They even go above and beyond to top off my washer fluid if I’m there for an oil change and they’ve even vacuumed my floor mats just as an extra kindness. Love them!

They always take care Of my car every time I bring it in there it’s always fixed in a timely manner. I’ve been using them for 10 years now, probably so I would definitely recommend them to do your service and small maintenance and stuff when you’re on your vehicle. They always try to go with a less expensive option if available and they always like I said earlier, get my car fixed at a timely matter when they say it’s gonna be ready I would recommend anyone to them to get their car fixed or just for a regular maintenance

When I walked in, I was greeted right away. Told the guy what I needed done, oil change, he gave me an estimated wait time of about 30 minutes. There was another vehicle in front of me. My total wait time was about 40 minutes. Always very pleased with the customer service and quality of service as well.

Called for an appointment for 4 tires and 4wheel alignment... Received a next day appointment!! Called the next day because I was running approximately half an hour late, I was told no worries they would work with that 😀 Took my vehicle right in, work was done and I was on my way, no complications... They were very accommodating, especially considering how long you may wait to get auto service on the lake. The staff were friendly and professional. I did see some dirty areas on my seats when they finished, but they quickly took care of it when I brought it up.

I was visiting from out of town. My truck needed the oil changed. They took took me in right away. Really took care of me. Recommend them for your needs

I’ve been coming here for a while and it is a great place to get an oil change and tire rotation. Quick service, clean waiting room and friendly people. Only complaint I have this time, which has never happened before is my tires do not all have the same psi in them, there is a 6 psi difference between the 4 of them. I drive a wrangler with big tires and can feel the difference between them 2 front tires being so different. Also, I cannot get one of my valve stem covers off to fill with air. I did love my free car wash and vacuum that came with it. The issues I had this time were the first ones I have had in 5 years.

I called for a State Inspection. Other area businesses were booked way out or had no availability. Daniel scheduled me promptly. He was kind, courteous and professional. The waiting area is clean and has a coffee bar and restrooms. I was in and out! I am a customer for life!

Great teamwork. I had an issue with rotors at 4:45 pm and this great group of teammates and Manager, took extra time at the end of the day. With their extra help, I was able to feel safe driving for a business trip. I appreciate the special efforts. Thank you.

They have a new so-called manager with a shaved head who obviously has zero management experience. New technicians make mistakes, management is there to solve problems and he is proven to be incapable. I purchased brand new tires for them I took my car in for a simple rotation the technician didn't even bother lifting the trunk mat to find the lock key for the lugs. I got a text stating they can't rotate my tires because they won't go in the trunk and look at the spare for the lucky. The manager then made the excuse that they're not going to unpack people's trunks. So I made a second trip down to the shop popped my trunk and it was clean and empty I lifted the trunk mat and the key was right there with the spare. I got nothing but a lousy attitude from the shaved head manager and I will never return to this establishment. When I came to the shop for the third time to pick up my vehicle there was no apology just handed me the key and said there you go. I am in need of a new set of oversized tires for my truck that usually costs around $1,800 bucks I sure as hell will not be giving them my business. Ben needs to realize if he's going to put a manager in place he better do so with someone that has some management experience and knows how to solve problems and keep customers. Not just make excuses and then act offensive. The street I live on has 12 homes I know of two other residents that are through with liquid Lube because of experiences like this. My message to Ben is get rid of any manager that can't solve problems and has poor attitude with the customer base. I cannot recommend anyone to use this establishment and how can I possibly want someone from here to work on my vehicle when they proven to be so incompetent they can't even lift a trunk mat to get a lock key from the spare tire.

On my last visit to your shop l had a leaking tire. Upon inspection l was told a nail was found in the tire. Then l was informed it was to close to the sidewall to plug or patch. I then went to a friends house where we removed the tire to inspect. We found the small nail about 1 1/2 inches from edge of the tire on the driving surface. We removed it and plugged the tire. It is working fine with no issues. I am very disappointed that l was charged $19 and change for the inspection while you couldn’t do what we could do in a home garage.

Great customer service. I understand mechanic issues can be somewhat of “trial and error” so to speak. Some issues you have to replace several things before the issue is truly fixed; like my vehicle. With this process I found Liquid Lube and their staff to be very honest, informative and efficient. I also found them to be very fair on the price considering what all needed to be done. I highly recommend Liquid Lube for all your mechanical needs.
