So thankful to Absolute collision of SML for the recent repair/replacement to my passenger side mirror that got snapped off my truck, after pulling in to a tight spot. They not only did an excellent job at a reasonable cost, but they worked me in as quickly as possible …& they had even washed it up for me when I went to pick it up! Absolutely recommend them if your vehicle needs a repair!
The best of the best no doubt! not only did they do a great job fixing the whole driver side of my car, they fixed my backup camera, put air in my tire and detailed the inside of my car. thank you fellas for your excellent work!

Philip is great to deal with. He worked the repair job on my rear bumper into the schedule really quick. They did a phenomenal job on the repair, matching the paint and cleaning/polishing the exterior. The car looked better than it has the whole time I’ve had it! Excellent service!

I had a run-in with a deer and took my vehicle to Absolute after reading the reviews. Philip is great at keeping you constantly informed, even sending pictures to me in emails as things progressed. I also asked them to take care of a rust spot while he had my truck and although they don’t normally do rust, he agreed to do it and it looks amazing!!! Paint all around is a perfect match. The striping was done very well and they even cleaned it inside and out!! I would recommend Absolute to anyone who needs body work!!

I had the best experience! I had hit a deer and was recommended I take my car here. The customer service is outstanding! They keep you updated every step of the way. If they need to order extra parts or something happens you get updates right away with timelines and details. I picked my car up today and she looks better than when I first got her! They even detail cleaned my interior! It smelled so clean. I highly recommend anyone needing good body work to go here. They are professional and extremely talented.
Right before Christmas, I got hit by a deer and needed to get my (still drivable) car fixed. I was traveling to SML for 2 weeks for the holidays so decided to have my car worked on down there instead of my home in NoVA. Absolute Collision was able to fit my car into their schedule (LONG before anyone in NoVA could) and they were great about communicating timelines, issues, and exceeded expectations for quality of work, professionalism, and timeliness. Even with back orders of supplies and wrong parts sent, they got the job done in an extremely quick manner. Phillip came recommended to myself from a former employee now living in NoVA and I was extremely satisfied with the service. On top of that, they buffed out a few extra scratches and dings as well as completely waxed and cleaned the exterior and interior of my vehicle. Although I hope to never have to use them again, I most definitely will return should the need arise!
Absolute Collision SML did a fantastic job repairing my car after a minor accident. The repair appears to be a quality job, headlights work, hood lines up, paint color matches. It looks and works great! They also washed and vacuumed the car, which was an unexpected treat. Customer service was excellent. Would definitely use again.
In my 40 years as a automotive technician (now retired) I have seen a LOT of repair work. Absolute just repaired my GMC and I can not remember the last time anyone has done work like this. Perfect in all aspects. Paint color, finish texture, welds, and body panel alignment is spot on! Would recommend highly!
The customer service and repair work I received was above and beyond my expectations. I had read their reviews before choosing them and understood they were respected, but I was truly blown away with their professionalism, timeliness and genuine kindness following every interaction. My car was hit and hatchback was totaled while I was at a stop sign and what started as a negative bout of unluckiness, turned into a positive experience with an opportunity to meet some truly great people. I can’t thank them enough for making the experience so easy and smooth and doing such a great job with the repairs. Maybe it’s because I developed a greater appreciation for my car during the repair phase, but I really do think it looks better than before! ??
