Went to have brakes done several years back and left with brakes that were very spongy and soft. Took to another shop who said they were not properly bled. The second shop fixed and i left it alone. Fast forward to now, i bought aftermarket wheels for a 2026 truck. They company that i purchased wheels from sent me here for install. Left with a truck that was shaking and TPMS was not programed. Also had clearance issues from tpms being installed in wrong position. The mechanic told me he was done and i needed to find somewhere else to install properly when i requested the work to be fixed. Mind you the truck has 600 miles on it. Never in my 30+ years of business have i delt with such incompetence from a company. Pictured is the damage to the tpms on both front wheels. Keep in mind the wheels provide alternative mounting positions ment to address this. Mechanic stated he couldnt use the other one but when taken to a different installer there was no issue.??♂️
Avoid at all costs! Charged me $120 to install a battery that I purchased at Autozone after quoting me $48. She said it was because they also had to reset the computer, but I specifically asked for install and computer reset when I got the $48 quote. Very dishonest business.

Quality work… Awesome people… I work on my own vehicle, but my current problem was beyond my capabilities… If you’ve had a problem here then odds on it’s your fault because you agreed to use cheap parts or something along those lines. It certainly was not the mechanic.

The staff at Joslyn's provides professional, honest and reliable service. My daughter's car broke down in Roanoke, on a Thursday evening and we had it towed to Joslyn's. By 9:00am Friday morning, the owner already diagnosed the issue and contacted me to discuss the repairs. I apologized for having the tow operator drop the vehicle off at Joslyn's without permission (my daughter did leave a voice mail) but the owner was very understanding of the situation. I am grateful we have a business like Joslyn's in our community that I can trust to service our vehicles.

I went in because my car was making a loud grinding noise Jay and the team got my car and and fixed the problem within 15 minutes highly recommend them
