I was passing through the area and had a car battery concern and found this store. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who eagerly tested my car battery and determined everything was good. A great conversation and I appreciated his assistance.
Consistently screws up. I show up today to pick up parts. Car is at the shop...guess what.. parts not delivered. So I the customer has to drive to another store to get them an hour away. And to top it off.. Im getting hassled. Now here 30 minutes waiting for a return and gift card to be processed as if my time isnt valuable. And Ayden needs to lean to keep his mouth shut. He only made this worse.
Came for a quick windshield wiper replacement, Both people behind the counter were wildly helpful: answered all my questions and offered to come out in the rain to help replace them. Even with me fumbling my install they were there to walk me through how to do it properly and didnt once crack a joke at my inneptitude.

I want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service I received from an employee named Dakota.From the moment I walked in, Dakota greeted me with a friendly and professional attitude. Dakota went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed and took the time to explain everything clearly. His knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to assist made a big difference in my experience. What really stood out was how Dakota treated every customer after me with the same level of respect and attention—he truly represents what great customer service should look like. It’s rare these days to find someone like Dakota. He is someone that cares a lot about his job, O’Reilly’s is lucky to have an employee like Dakota on their team. If you stop by the Moneta location and need assistance, I highly recommend asking for him; you’ll be in great hands. I think Dakota gets 5 stars all the way.
Went to get a headlight bulb for my truck. He shows me the screen of options.... Cheapest being $75 for a 2 pack... Walked out. Advance Auto just down the road had options, single pack for $18 or 2 pack for $38. Not the first time O'Reilly has been over the top in pricing.
I bought brake pads here. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was easy to find the right parts. The only issue I had was that in order to get my brake pads I had to buy the more expensive ceramic pads because nothing else comes with the hardware.
O'Reillys is my go to auto part store. It seems like they have a never ending back room because they always have what I need in stock, when other stores show they don't. Plus the staff seems to be pretty knowledgeable when asked questions.
Just want to thank Raven and Kirk for all the help they provided us Sunday morning. We were staying in the area with our motorcycles and my pals broke down. They both were helpful in getting us the tools we needed to get back on the road. Thank you 😊
Needed headlight bulb replacements. I went to this auto store because they had a rebate on a specific brand of bulbs and their website also stated they will install them.
I was told the rebate didn’t include the bulbs I purchased and they didn’t install them either.
No big deal. I went home to install them and found that I was given the wrong bulbs. I had to return to the store to get the correct bulbs and also found that the rebate DID include the bulbs. I was slightly frustrated. The attendant was apologetic for the trouble.
